Your Mission

Reporting to the VP Talent Management, the Junior Knowledge Management Specialistwill contribute to develop and contribute to develop, implement and execute our new knowledge sharing strategy, which is crucial for ensuring compliance and enabling effective knowledge sharing across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to identifying and developing novel ways to improve knowledge sharing within the company
  • Identify and document best practices, lessons learned, and key insights to improve knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Implement and execute  the new knowledge sharing strategy, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate knowledge sharing and optimize knowledge workflows in the company
  • Help create e-learnings, based on provided content and communicated audience
  • Curate and manage 3rd party content and content vendors as needed
  • Monitor and report on the progress of knowledge sharing initiatives, providing regular updates
  • Organize and participate to workshops, training sessions, and other activities aimed at fostering a knowledge-sharing culture within the organization
  • Grow your organizational knowledge to create proactive solutions

 

Requirements

The Managing Director, Asia Pacific (APAC)reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (COO). The Managing Director, APAC is responsible for setting the sales strategy for all Asia Pacific countries and executing it to achieve or exceed market penetration objectives and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities

  • In conjunction with commercial strategy and sales operations teams, the Managing Director builds sales strategy, aligns territories and sales targets for the APAC region
  • Develops strategies to obtain sales leads and prospects for maximal market penetration, and sell new and existing products to customers and prospects
  • Reviews progress of sales opportunities (sales pipeline)
  • Constantly monitors routine usage by customers and takes action when needed
  • Monitors the achievement of sales and revenue objectives by territory sales managers
  • Reports sales activity and progress in the region and provides sales projections to executive leaders including the CEO and COO (selected opportunities, back fillers, etc...)
  • Provides feedback, support and coaching to territory sales managers
  • Regularly travels to meet key prospects and customers and ensure there is high customer satisfaction in the region
  • When required, directly manages a small number of strategic accounts (customers and prospects) and institutional actors (consortiums, hospital groups, insurances, pharmas)
  • Enforces all sales policies, practices and procedures including all technology tools (Salesforce, Jira, etc.)
  • Ensures territory sales managers have the necessary resources to perform properly

  • Proven experience as a sales leader in the APAC region
  • Minimum of 5-10 years Sales experience (preferably Consultative Sales) in Life Science, Diagnostic or Medtech industry

Training & Development

What you will need to succeed in the role:  

 

Basic Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, or 6 to 8 years of relevant experience with no Bachelor’s degree 
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting and/or designing Sales Enablement programs 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Deep understanding of Sales processes, methodologies and best practices, preferably in B2B SaaS

Your mission

All experience is valid, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:

 

  • 1-3 years experience within an inside sales or volume sales environment, ideally with technical, scientific or software product

OR

  • Technical knowledge of Bioinformatics, Diagnostic sequencing or Genomics and an active interest to move into a commercial/sales role

  • You’ll need to be fluent in English, and any other languages are highly beneficial.
  • You’ll be an excellent communicator, comfortable engaging with new individuals, listening to needs and quickly build relationships
  • Organization is key, and you will be able to manage multiple projects and dealines in a fast and methodical manner.

To help us achieve our ambitious mission, we are now searching for a Customer Services Specialist, Wetlab Lead, to join our team in Rolle. 

As our Customer Services Specialist, Wetlab Lead you will be responsible for managing customer cases, guiding customers to success with the workflows, analyzing client data, and creating /updating support documentation. You will work closely with the bioinformatics services, wet lab teams and level 3 IT resources to train and share knowledge to improve the resolution rate and time of client support cases. 

The value you add: 

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues related to NGS workflows, including sample preparation, library construction, sequencing, and initial data interpretation. 
  • Proactively follow up with customers to ensure they are achieving success with our products. 
  • First point of contact for supply chain related issues 
  • Identify, investigate, troubleshoot client issues remotely or onsite if needed  
  • Acts as a consultant to advise on best practices in using NGS. 
  • Provide on demand short client trainings to facilitate the use of SOPHiA platform, when applicable  
  • Identify similar client issues and request and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) as needed  
  • Search knowledge base for known solutions and create documentation for solutions that are not documented  
  • Help build business cases for new PS offerings, when applicable 
  • Resolve customer issues by diagnosing problems, offering solutions, and providing follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.  
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment on customer needs and product developments. 

The experience you bring: 

  • Advanced degree in life sciences, computer sciences or related field  
  • 4+ years' experience hands on in the lab with NGS technology 
  • Experience in a client facing Support role, ideally focused on NGS 
  • Automation experience would be a plus 
  • Must be fluent in English  
  • Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and genomic data analysis is a plus.
