Trackman is a global leader in baseball tracking technology. As a Seasonal Calibration Support Specialist, you would play an important role in commissioning Trackman systems. This position provides an opportunity to speak to a wide variety of people in baseball. This is a seasonal job is based in Phoenix, Arizona that could lead to a full-time role with Trackman Operations/Support or help launch a career working in baseball.

Trackman will provide full training and no prior knowledge of Trackman systems is required.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Using internal tools and software to remotely guide Trackman customers and contractors through system calibrations and aimings
  • Speaking with a variety of people in baseball and help ensure that their systems track accurately
  • Scheduling appointments with customers and contractors
  • Watch Trackman data being captured in real time and monitoring system performance
  • Over 700+ Trackman systems globally will need to be re-calibrated in 2024

  • Monitor all TrackMan Range sites and proactively communicate internally and externally when a site goes offline or is not tracking.
  • Create knowledge base content to be shared with T1 support.
  • Prepare and provide routine reports.
  • Log and explore technical support questions and problems to identify trends and opportunities for platform enhancements.
  • Provide support to clients both deskside and remotely.
