Trackman is a global leader in baseball tracking technology. As a Seasonal Calibration Support Specialist, you would play an important role in commissioning Trackman systems. This position provides an opportunity to speak to a wide variety of people in baseball. This is a seasonal job is based in Phoenix, Arizona that could lead to a full-time role with Trackman Operations/Support or help launch a career working in baseball.

Trackman will provide full training and no prior knowledge of Trackman systems is required.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Using internal tools and software to remotely guide Trackman customers and contractors through system calibrations and aimings
• Speaking with a variety of people in baseball and help ensure that their systems track accurately
• Scheduling appointments with customers and contractors
• Watch Trackman data being captured in real time and monitoring system performance
• Over 700+ Trackman systems globally will need to be re-calibrated in 2024
• Other varying office, operational, or support tasks may be assigned to fill up a full work week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find, plan and deliver product demonstrations to teaching pros, club fitters, ambitious amateurs, and other client segments on a continuous basis.
• Generate leads leveraging all communication channels including cold calling, workshops, and social media activities.
• Demand generation through cooperation with the local PGA and other golf organizations.
• Ensure the highest customer satisfaction through ongoing training and service.
• Proposal preparation and order administration.
• Customer training and 1st level support.
• Organization and implementation of TrackMan University workshops.
• Product testing and provision of feedback to our software and hardware development teams.
• Development and continuous improvement of your territories sales strategies.

As a Tier 1 customer support technician, you will be providing an exceptional customer experience, interfacing with multiple internal and external teams, and using technical disciplines and know-how to resolve complex issues. This position is based in Scotttsdale, AZ.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide a positive and respectful customer experience during interactions
• Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and answer question
• Perform troubleshooting of issues with vendors, customers, and on-site staff
• Performing incident management and problem resolution tracking for Trackman systems
• Identification and troubleshooting of production-related incidents and problems. This includes detection of system, application, or performance degradation or unavailability
• Escalate outage and other production interruptions to appropriate individuals/groups
• Document and accurately describe observed concerns and resolution methods to resolve issues
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail while following documentation of equipment and activities regarding systems
• Ensure that all communications are handled or forwarded internally in a timely manner
• Enter all calls into the ticketing system and track progress on all issues to ensure timely response and resolution
• Possible light travel or on-site testing in the local area
• Other non-support job duties will be given based on experience and qualification
• Test TrackMan and TrackMan related software(s) then provide quality feedback to the QA department
