The Role

Modern Health is looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. The role reports into our Manager of Analytics and will work cross-functionally with our Go To Market teams as their dedicated partner for all things data.

In this role, you will identify which metrics matter and how to measure them, implement them in our database, and report out via Looker. You will own client reporting and partner closely with Client Success to understand current gaps and plan for future development of the platform. About our Enterprise Risk Team:

We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst  to join Monzo’s ever growing, high performing Risk & Compliance team! In this role, you’ll give support to the business in rolling out and embedding core elements of the risk management framework through projects to transform our policy suite into a database and improve our risk reporting so that we’re ready to support our business ambitions as we grow. You’ll be comfortable working within ambiguity, exploring problems and executing solutions.

You’ll cover a large scope of our entire risk data suite including risks, incidents, policies, issues and actions.

 

Your day-to-day   

  • Work closely with the enterprise risk team and other stakeholders to understand our risk data and support with second line risk data projects as Monzo grows.
  •  Build a policy database to high specifications using your experience and understanding of data to meet business needs
  • Develop understanding of european regulation for risk data 
  • Use your commercial awareness to help understand and solve the problems with the greatest business impact 
  • Use your expertise to generate data insights to support the team to set and meet their goals
  • Contributing to data across Monzo by sharing your insights, improving our core data pipelines and proactively spotting opportunities for applications of your work in other areas of the business
