 Overview:

The FP&A Analyst will be an expert on LivePerson's revenue and expense and participate in preparing compelling, data-driven analyses and presentations to influence LivePerson's leadership. This role will report to the Director of FP&A and interact regularly with Accounting and business unit leaders.

You will: 

• Support the global forecasting and core planning process while assisting with the long-term financial models.
• Help produce the financial reporting package. Ensure a high degree of quality, highlighting and communicating key business insights to management.
• Support global revenue and expense consolidations efforts through budget reviews, forecasting and analytics.
• Partner with the business, FP&A counterparts and the broader organization to evaluate the effectiveness of current plans & initiatives, communicate key insights, and make recommendations to senior management
• Support the financial systems and process optimization, capturing efficiencies by simplifying data structure, streamlining workflows, standardizing templates and identifying opportunities for automation.  Implement AI tools to drive automation of transactional work.
• Improve growth and profitability by leveraging expertise in revenue and expense drivers

You have:

• At least 3 years of finance experience in corporate finance/FP&A or related finance/analytical role
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets

• The FP&A Analyst will join a tight-knit FP&A team that is committed to building out a best-in-class operational and analytical function.

The Senior FP&A Analyst role may span a range of experience and expertise. Our starting salaries for this role range from $84,000-$130,000 per year. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, and company stock options.

Overview 

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will be responsible for a wide variety of analytical and planning tasks including: revenue planning, expense budgeting, capacity planning, forecasting, general financial analysis, as well as directly supporting our internal business units. • Carries a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 
• Has 2+ years of experience in FP&A experience.
• Demonstrates strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present financial data and insights to non-financial stakeholders. 
• Demonstrates proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, financial planning software). 
• Is detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills. 
• Can work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with business partners. 
• Can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.

Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future.
