Job Summary

This position is responsible for leveraging expertise in data and analytics to oversee and analyze marketing performance data on the JDA Digital Experience team. This person will have a proven foundation in roles emphasizing data utilization, interpretation, and analysis, with an ability to clearly communicate and present data findings. Proficiency in a variety of data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, Domo, and a familiarity of digital marketing metrics is required. The ideal candidate is technical, organized, results-driven, communicative, has strong attention to detail, and has a passion for digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and implement digital data strategy plans aligned with project goals.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of data governance policies and procedures.
  • Create interpretable dashboards and disseminate analysis reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Set-up Tag Manager and events for clients in Google Tag Manager.
  • Review, optimize, and support client needs in GA4.
  • Collaborate with team and clients to ensure alignment and understanding of performance reporting to better analyze, access, and comprehend digital marketing data.
  • Act as a liaison between client and digital team to support technical tracking and reporting efforts of marketing campaigns.
  • Support data collection, cleaning, checking, and analysis according to project goals.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis to evaluate marketing campaign performance.
  • At least 3 years of experience in roles focused on data utilization, analysis, and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Domo, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery and LookerStudio.
  • Experience using and understanding marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, and Pardot.
  • Familiarity with social analytics platforms (X, Instagram, Facebook, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta).

  • Support key aspects of the cash.app website, driving growth strategy through SEO and conversion rate optimization (CRO). 

  • Build out app store optimization (ASO) testing and improvements.

  • Manage tracking and reporting for these channels in partnership with marketing analytics teammates to measure success and identify opportunities.

  • Manage and work with agencies to execute on channel strategies while tracking activity and performance.

  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and increase product awareness utilizing the above levers.

  • Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to ideate assets and messaging.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in growth marketing or user acquisition, ideally in a high growth B2C tech or startup environment.

  • Experience across a variety of growth marketing channels (i.e. paid social, paid search, affiliate marketing, referrals programs, web).

  • ASO experience is a plus.

  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities: you can analyze data to answer your questions, and develop insights to take action from that data. 

  • Familiarity with mobile advertising concepts (attribution, LTV, CAC, return on investment, payback periods).

  • Experience writing SQL queries and proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau and Mode) are a plus.

The Role
As the Senior Marketing Associate, you will support Lark’s growth strategies on the consumer marketing team across all channels and touchpoints. What You’ll Do:
  • Attend partner-facing meetings as a marketing representative to answer questions and speak about campaign updates
  • Work with account management to provide assets requested by partners, such as examples of campaign creative and reports of previous campaigns
  • Hands-on use of our CRM Automation platform, Braze. Within the platform, you’ll be manipulating HTML, setting up campaigns and canvases, segmenting audiences, building A/B tests, and serving as a final quality assurance check before campaigns are launched.
  • Own execution of campaigns across email, push, SMS, and direct mail
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance on daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadences against internal targets
  • Build and launch A/B tests, analyze results, and present recommendations and best practices

  • Actively monitor progress of website template build and migration of 500 websites for on-time completion. QA websites that are built and provide minor fixes to page content.
  • Provide a weekly report of website case support activity.
  • Build out and manage landing pages that encapsulate both design and development. 
  • Assist in onboarding efforts of new team members, and serve as a point of escalation for any SEO, ORM, or website editing issues. 
  • Manage our Binary Fountain platform by sending monthly reports when requested: (1)  Press Ganey on new doctors and broader (2) To Care Center partners regarding their online reputation management performance. 
  • Manage the broader Press Ganey solutions, including: reputation manager, local listings, and reports and notification. 
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including physicians, office staff, Marketing, Technology, Web Development, Performance Management, and Customer Experience, to support the infrastructure needed to efficiently support our Care Centers’ digital presence
  • Support strategic digital initiatives by proactively identifying usability issues or areas of improvement; defining possible causes and solutions; and implementing new processes or fixes to resolve within a reasonable timeframe

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, computer science, or related field preferred 
  • 1+ years of experience with a track record of increasing responsibility
