Where you can make an impact:

  • Build tight partnerships with internal stakeholders including channel sales and marketing, and field and sales marketing, and field sales to successfully build partner marketing plans that drive partner sourced pipeline growth

Ideal background:

  • 5-7+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably within the tech industry and preferably with partner marketing experience

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; additionally, the role is eligible for bonus potential, equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Who are we looking for?

We are growing and looking for a Senior Marketing Associate to manage and contribute to ongoing strategic efforts for our State Retirement Savings programs, also known as State Automatic IRAs.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to support marketing efforts to promote both employer registration in state retirement savings programs and saver engagement with their individual retirement accounts (IRAs). You’ll work closely with state clients and internal teams to identify new distribution channels and corresponding outreach strategies.   • Manage marketing campaigns and business as usual communication needs that drive engagement with employers and savers in our State Automatic IRA programs.
