The Vice President, Global Total Rewards, HR Technology and Operations is a key member of the HR leadership team, responsible for developing and executing comprehensive total rewards strategies, overseeing HR systems and operations, and ensuring the organization attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. This role involves taking an enterprise view on HR strategic planning, policy development, and operational excellence for the total rewards, HR technology, and HR operations functions. Influencing and collaborating with Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Legal partners is key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Total Rewards Strategy

  • Evolve and optimize a global total rewards strategy that meets the changing needs of our business and is aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Determine and gain alignment and buy-in for differentiating rewards strategies that will contribute to a world-class Employee Value Proposition.
  • Lead the design, optimization, and management of market-competitive global compensation programs.
  • Oversee the development and administration of benefits programs, including health, wellness, retirement, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure competitive positioning of total rewards packages through market analysis and benchmarking.
  • Conduct analysis and modeling to assess the impact of total rewards programs and initiatives.
  • Actively participate in the development of the annual corporate proxy and lead the creation of the CD&A.
  • Proactively interface with the Compensation Committee and engage in Board Director activities. Build strong and productive relationships with the Compensation Committee chair.
  • Support efforts to mature our global job architecture.

HR Technology & Operations Leadership

  • Transform how HR technologies are used to continue to create efficiencies, effectiveness, and automation in HR.
  • Lead global HR operations, including employee relations, compliance, and employee data management.
  • Bring an experienced, strategic approach to driving efficient, scaled HR operations, reduced complexity and improved practices for all team members.
  • Provide leadership for global HR processes, establishing best practices and improving service delivery.
  • Review emerging technology and trends to capitalize on future benefits to the HR technology stack.
  • Drive the HR technology roadmap for future state initiatives (learning management, contingent workforce, and time management) and emerging technologies (e.g., AI tools).
  • Lead the selection and evolution of emerging HR technologies and negotiate with vendors.

Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR COE leaders and business leaders to ensure alignment of total rewards, HR technology, and operations with organizational and people goals.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on compensation, benefits, and HR systems-related matters.
  • Own the fiscal responsibilities, budget, and continuous spend optimization for total rewards, HR technology, and operations. Manage and develop the budget while ensuring the cost-effective use of resources.

Employee Engagement and Communication:

  • Drive employee engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and delivery of total rewards programs.
  • Develop strategies to educate employees about the value and benefits of total rewards offerings to drive adoption and utilization.
  • Contribute to building and enhancing a compelling Employee Value Proposition and employer brand.
  • Bring a change leadership mindset and approach to rolling out new programs and initiatives and driving stakeholder engagement and organizational adoption.

Data Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of total rewards programs and HR systems, making data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to the executive team and board of directors on total rewards and HR operations metrics and initiatives.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field required. Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in HR) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive global experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, HR systems, and operations. 5+ years in senior global HR leadership roles
  • Proven history of leading total rewards and HR functions in large, complex, multi-national organization(s).
  • Experience in developing and implementing compensation, benefits, and HR technology strategies at an executive level and across multiple countries/regions.
  • Extensive knowledge of global HR practices, including comp and benefits, compliance, and HR tech.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence at the enterprise level as well as build buy-in and influence senior executives/c-suite.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM-SCP) are highly desirable.

This Role

iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support our Clinical Digital product team. In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of our next generation clinical reports to support our newest monitor form factor.  You will be leading a team and working closely with engineering, design, and UX to build products that operate at the intersection of AI and human clinical expertise. Aside from the core development team, you will also collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to gather internal and external VOC, define product strategy, and launch new products and features.

 Responsibilities include:

  • Inspire and lead product portfolio vision & strategy, communicating to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
    • Define the near term and long-term Clinical Reporting roadmap to shepherd the launch of our newest monitor form factor.
  • Collect voice of customer and internal stakeholder feedback to understand unmet needs and pain points. 
  • Develop product roadmap and communicate/align with cross functional team.
  • Work with engineering, design, and UX to deliver high quality features and user experience through iteration.
  • Define, analyze, and communicate analytics data and KPIs to monitor product performance and outcomes.
  • Ensure organizational readiness for all product updates and enhancements.
  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

About This Role

The Financial Analyst is a key part of the iRhythm FP&A team who will support financial analysis, planning and reporting activities. This role will be responsible various aspects of financial reporting, variance analysis, short and long-range planning, business modeling, and driving continuous improvement to team workflow through report automation. He or she will possess a keen attention to detail balanced with curiosity for the big picture while being a self-starter and a highly communicative individual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate planning cycles for short and long range updates.
  • Prepare financial packages, business review presentations and quarterly earning support schedules.
  • Support of detailed, timely and accurate analysis of financial results, variance to budget, and tracking to forecast, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Design, improve, and rebuild financial models and templates for scalability, consistency, ease of use, and accuracy. Incorporate automation to simplify processes, minimize manual errors and reduce reporting time.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to build and update financial models, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback periods for business decisions.
  • Identify and communicate risk areas and emerging trends through research and benchmarking.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA preferred
  • 2-4 years of related analytical experience required
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred and/or other relevant ERP systems
  • Experience forecasting a variety of financial and or operational metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent relationship skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels staff and outside professionals. Demonstrated success in effectively communicating and presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Ability to take large amounts of data and form trends and conclusions; critical thinking and solutions orientation

The Senior Manager, Software Quality will play a key role in delivering products and services of the highest quality and maintain regulatory compliance to applicable standards and regulatory requirements.

This role supports all global iRhythm sites and may require approximately 10% travel. The role may be remote or based in San Francisco, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Software Quality Engineers focused on all aspects of software lifecycle quality assurance, testing, documentation and regulatory compliance related to iRhythm’s products and services.
  • Lead the development and implementation of software quality process strategies, policies, and procedures in compliance with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304 and other relevant standards.
  • Provide expertise and guidance on FDA Part 820 Design Controls and other global regulatory requirements applicable to medical device software development.
  • Ensure software development activities adhere to regulatory standards throughout the product lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and post-market surveillance.
  • Support regulatory submissions and audits by providing documentation and evidence of compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain change control processes for software development, ensuring that changes are properly evaluated, documented, and implemented while maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Monitor and track changes to software requirements, design, and code, assessing their impact on product quality, safety, and effectiveness.
  • Utilize project management skills to develop comprehensive R&D project plans for software development initiatives, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirement.
  • Establish, implement and maintain the processes for development, testing, administration and maintenance of SaMD, ancillary software tools, non-product software and manufacturing firmware/software at iRhythm.
  • Provide training, education and guidance to team members and stakeholders across the organization on SaMD, Software quality documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure the products and services developed at iRhythm are delivered in an effective, efficient and compliant manner.
  • Develop and maintain process interactions with the iRhythm Quality Management System to ensure compliance and oversight.
  • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address software-related hazards and ensure patient safety.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and audits of software development processes and deliverables to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop strong working relationships and synergy with the broader quality/compliance team, software development (systems) and product development teams.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and execution of software verification and validation activities to ensure software meets specified requirements and standards.
  • Manage the CAPA process for software-related issues, including investigation, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and effectiveness monitoring.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve CAPA findings in a timely manner, ensuring continuous improvement of software quality and reliability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assurance and process management within a regulated industry, preferably medical devices.
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations (e.g., 21 CFR Part 820), ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304, ISO 14971 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies in large-scale dynamic environment, with a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in risk management methodologies and tools, including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and risk assessment.
  • Experience leading CAPA investigations and implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
  • Preferred experience with SaMD and/or AI-based devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage project plans, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Engineer) and project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

About This Role

The Senior Manager, Global Legal Operations will report to the Sr. Director, Legal - Corp & Legal Ops and will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing the non-legal operational aspects of the global Legal function, including the systems and processes used by the global Legal team to support the organization.  Responsibilities will include budget and planning, vendor management (including legal billing), the department’s technology and document management strategies, and leading the analytic and reporting process.

About This Role

iRhythm seeks a highly motivated and successful medical Territory Manager to call on major health systems throughout their region, focusing on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other applicable stakeholders, to expand the growth of the Zio Patch platform. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, developing, and closing new business.  This requires building support from EP’s, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.  Must be able to target and identify  key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within an assigned sales territory.
  • Perform sales presentations to key prospects and customers to influence the use of Zio within the territory.
  • Consistently achieve territory sales goals and objectives.
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities to help drive the business.
  • Enhance iRhythm’s relationship with providers and systems through strategic partnership with our payer relations and billing teams. 
  • Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities within assigned territory and execute on those opportunities.
  • Partner with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow management, inventory, and depth and breadth of product usage throughout facilities.
  • Utilize salesforce.com to manage all aspects of business: sales leads, daily activity, report generation, including providing timely and accurate feedback.
  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals.  Partner with sales leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential to establish and achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Promote iRhythm as a leader in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptive, innovative, and a team leader

 About You:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related sales experience; with at least 3 years in medical device sales.  Cardiology and electrophysiology call points preferred.  IDN experience also preferred.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing a strategic sales plan
  • History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; Very adaptive, innovative, and results driven
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus are required.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or similar sales tracking system preferred.

About This Role

The Customer Experience team is responsible for partnering both internally and externally, including sales and commercial team along with key stakeholders at large health systems, to design and execute solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes.

Scope of Work:

  • Ability to perform role effectively for an average of 6 opportunities concurrently.
  • Support customer clinical, operational, financial goals via designing customer journeys to drive adoption of the Zio Service.
  • Align with brand priorities to ensure the customer experience (CX) is streamlined, personalized, and optimized.
  • Responsible for creating and leading end-to-end customer experience strategy and differentiated solutions informed by insights, analytics, and best practices.
  • Differentiate iRhythm as a trusted partner in ambulatory cardiac monitoring through the creation of operational efficiencies and standardization of care for patients with cardiac arrhythmias.
  • Partner with key stakeholders (Director + VP of Cardiovascular Service Line, Population Health, Chief of Cardiology + EP, etc.) within large health systems to align on goals and success metrics of cardiac programs, identify challenges with current cardiac monitoring program, and recommend solutions that enable health systems to optimize their program
  • Leverage career experience and iRhythm tools to create standardized, reproducible experiences for customer engagements
  • Collaborate closely with CX Senior Manager peers, with iRhythm area sales leadership and cross-functional team members such as EHR Integration Managers, Key Account Managers, Revenue Cycle Billing Managers, Clinical Operations and Customer Service to effectively meet the needs of our customers and drive adoption of the Zio service.
  • Accountable to prioritizing work that meets the needs of iRhythm business goals
  • Held accountable to performance metrics that demonstrate physician adoption across large health systems, contributing to the health of IRTCs business
  • Strategically partner with geographic sales team to understand their business plan, and how you can best support them impacting deep + broad penetration of their large health systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred:
    • Minimum of 6 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of experience in a similar role and a Master’s degree.
  • Experience in device or clinical sales working with large health systems in a consultative capacity preferred, or experience working in healthcare in process improvement, cardiovascular leadership, or clinical degree preferred
  • Key attributes: Ability to influence across teams with strong teamwork and collaboration; ability to quickly build trust with sales team, cross-functional partners, and customers as a strategic partner. Willingness to be flexible to the needs of IRTCs business goals, ability to quickly onboard and execute within role within 3-6 months
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and deliver on strong performance during times of ambiguity and complexity

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
  • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
  • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
  • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
  • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
  • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads
  • Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly productivity metrics
  • Produce high-quality, high-volume work by leveraging self-motivation and initiative in a remote work environment
  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment
  • Respond to inquiries, complete order fulfillment and provide information to external and internal customers and accounts
  • Maintain a positive attitude and working relationship with all customers, patients and iRhythm associates

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, virtual communication tools - especially Outlook, Teams; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment
  • Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities
  • Must be patient and customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations; Resourcefulness and high levels of emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and collaborate with others to discuss potential solutions
  • Must demonstrate independent thinking and sound judgement skills not covered specifically in manuals or procedures

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
  • Experience with health insurance, benefits investigations, and reimbursement

About This Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Boston area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior support to grow, nurture, and maintain iRhythm’s highest-volume accounts. In this role, you will cultivate and sustain long-term customer relationships, while meeting and exceeding KPIs.  Proactively delivering value services to support customers and advocating internally for the solutions required to drive business outcomes are key to what you will do as a KAM. You will collaborate with iRhythm’s Marketing, Customer Care, and Clinical Operations teams. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the customers' primary escalation and intervention point of contact. 

What you’ll be doing

  • Strategically partner with the iRhythm Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within our large account segment.
  • Drive customer and account performance by monitoring and measuring activities including; registration volume, device inventory management, customer and patient satisfaction, clinical effectiveness, and workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for iRhythm internal teams regarding assigned customers. Liaison with key stakeholders in billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care to ensure efficient account performance.
  • Train customers on the iRhythm service tools (ZioSuite, MyZio, etc.).
  • Act in a timely manner to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide continuous evaluation of processes and customer workflow. Suggest new methods to create efficiencies through improved processes and additional technology. Leverage iRhythm regional expertise as necessary.
  • Manage, onboard, and support assigned accounts.
  • Attend and support key customer meetings and sales Quarterly Business Review sessions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the internal sales organization.
  • Lead or participate in strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct in-person account management initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and communicate key performance trends across assigned accounts. Work to develop action plans to improve account performance.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 3 years in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Sales Account Manager in a healthcare, medical device, or biotechnology environment.
  • Self-directed and proactive.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tools commonly used in a business environment including; CRM customer relationship management (Salesforce), reporting, and Microsoft Office.
  • Exceptionally collaborative, highly responsive, flexible, and adaptive.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 20%.

  • Proven understanding of how to apply key performance measurements to drive commercial development.
