About This Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director of Health Systems to join our dynamic team at iRhythm Technologies. The Senior Director will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption and integration of our cardiac monitoring solutions within healthcare systems. This individual will lead the development and execution of strategies to establish partnerships with health systems, hospitals, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and utilization of our products. Additionally, the Senior Director will lead a team of Strategic Health System Directors, providing leadership and guidance to drive collective success in expanding our footprint within health systems.  This role will report into the Vice President, US Sales. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive the adoption and utilization of our cardiac monitoring solutions within health systems and hospitals.
  2. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, cardiologists, electrophysiologists, procurement officers, and IT leaders within health systems.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of Strategic Health System Directors, providing guidance and support to facilitate the successful integration and utilization of our products across multiple health systems.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and regulatory affairs, to ensure alignment of strategies and tactics to support health system partnerships.
  5. Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic partnerships and collaborations with health systems to enhance market penetration and revenue growth.
  6. Serve as the primary point of contact for health systems, providing guidance, support, and resources to facilitate the successful integration and utilization of our products.
  7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes impacting health systems and hospitals within the cardiac monitoring space.
  8. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics related to health system partnerships and revenue goals.
  9. Represent iRhythm Technologies at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to promote our cardiac monitoring solutions and build relationships with key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of 12+ years of experience in healthcare sales, business development, or account management, with a focus on selling medical devices or technology solutions to health systems, preferably within the cardiac monitoring space.  Minimum 3 years of leading a team required. 
  3. Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships with health systems and hospitals.
  4. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in cardiac care, including knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, reimbursement mechanisms, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  6. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
  7. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute long-term business plans.
  8. Ability to travel as needed.

About This Role

iRhythm is looking for a strong Sr.Java Software Engineer - Clinical Reporting to join the team. As a Java engineer on iRhythm’s Software Engineering team you will be working with data from our ECG monitoring devices and data produced by our Deep Learned ECG analysis algorithm and building the back-end system for generation of the clinical reports that go out to medical practitioners. In this role, you will adapt our products for international markets, including translation, software testing, and tailoring to meet diverse customer needs. You will also contribute to the end-to-end integration of a cloud-based mobile telemetry ECG monitoring solution for collection, storage, and analysis of data to both DynamoDB and MySQL datastores. You will be working with real devices and software making an impact on patients’ lives. The team is fast paced, collaborative, with lots of opportunity for learning as well as personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing back-end Java services that support clinical analysis and clinical reporting tools.
  • Building Java back-end PDF clinical reporting engine (Jasper Reports).
  • Designing and developing data access using MySQL (Hibernate) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
  • Leveraging AWS Cloud Infrastructure using the AWS CLI, Terraform and Docker.

About This Role

iRhythm is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Digital Platform and Infrastructure for the Zio software platform.  In this role, you will be the strategic business leader owning the roadmap and direction of our platform agile team focusing on system integrations, data backend, and device intake software. This role will be key to our internationalization, partnership integration, and adjacent market initiatives.  You will be leading an agile team and working closely with engineering, technical project management, and software QA to build products that serve as the backbone of our end-to-end Zio system. About This Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for our Boise/Salt Lake area. In this role, you will be responsible for providing superior support to grow, nurture, and maintain iRhythm’s highest-volume accounts. What you’ll be doing

  • Strategically partner with the iRhythm Sales organization to ensure the success of customers and patients within our large account segment.
  • Drive customer and account performance by monitoring and measuring activities including; registration volume, device inventory management, customer and patient satisfaction, clinical effectiveness, and workflow efficiency.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for iRhythm internal teams regarding assigned customers. Liaison with key stakeholders in billing, clinical operations, legal, finance, inventory, and customer care to ensure efficient account performance.
  • Train customers on the iRhythm service tools (ZioSuite, MyZio, etc.).
  • Act in a timely manner to resolve customer issues.
  • Provide continuous evaluation of processes and customer workflow. Suggest new methods to create efficiencies through improved processes and additional technology. Leverage iRhythm regional expertise as necessary.
  • Manage, onboard, and support assigned accounts.
  • Attend and support key customer meetings and sales Quarterly Business Review sessions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts and the internal sales organization.
  • Lead or participate in strategic initiatives within assigned accounts.
  • Conduct in-person account management initiatives as needed.
  • Monitor and communicate key performance trends across assigned accounts. Work to develop action plans to improve account performance.

What We Need To See

  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • At least 3 years in an account management or customer success role supporting large or complex accounts.

About This Role

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced Staff Regulatory Affairs Specialist. This can be a remote or local position and an opportunity to be at the forefront of medical wearable and artificial intelligence technologies that are making a difference with patient outcomes and better healthcare.  As a Staff Regulatory Affairs Specialist with a fast growing, AI software and wearable hardware medical device company, you will be responsible for working with cross functional teams to assess and develop global product registration strategies, help guide project teams from preparation to submission and through successful dossier reviews with global regulatory agencies to gain and maintain international product registrations. You will independently organize regulatory information and apply advanced regulatory expertise to guide cross-functional partners through strategic and creative thinking. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Develop sound global, regional, and multi-country regulatory strategies for new and modified medical devices such as SaMD, wearable patches and/or OTC devices
  • Provide regulatory intelligence to aid in market assessments and portfolio planning
  • Prepare international and domestic submissions/registrations to established timelines and company objectives (e.g.,510(k), Q-submissions, Technical Documentations)
  • Represent Regulatory Affairs on assigned projects and provide regulatory guidance to the cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with cross functional partners in driving and implementing new process to address non conformances or remediation efforts.
  • Anticipate regulatory and related obstacles and emerging issues throughout the product lifecycle
  • Interact with regulatory authorities during the development and review process to ensure submission approval
  • Defining requlatory requirements on device labeling and review labeling content for compliance for global markets
  • Coordinate with international contacts on product changes, regulatory notifications and registration/license maintenance
  • Review and approve product design changes to maintain regulatory compliance for significant changes
  • Author or revise SOPs to improve regulatory compliance of the Quality System
  • Monitor impact of changing global regulations on submission strategies & registrations
  • Perform other quality and regulatory-related duties as assigned.

About you:

  • >8 years of regulatory affairs experience with a Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S. required); >6 years experience with Master’s or other advanced degree in a related field
  • Lead and/or author 510k or MDR submission experience required
  • Software as a medical device (SaMD) experience highly preferred
  • Wearable and OTC medical device experience preferred
  • Familiarity with global medical device regulations; 21 CFR 820, MDD/CMDR, EU MDR, ASIA PAC, LATAM, etc. highly preferred
  • Demonstrated understanding of ISO 13485, ISO 14971, ISO 10993, GDPR, HIPAA and other international regulations/directives/standards highly preferred
  • Product development experience highly preferred

About This Role

As theSr. Quality Systems Engineer – CAPA, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a robust global CAPA process across iRhythm. You will serve as one of the advocates for cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliance, with the responsibility of driving excellent quality system CAPA process performance globally. This role will work closely with cross-functional CAPA owners to provide training, guidance, and review of CAPA investigations and phases. This role supports various U.S. and UK iRhythm sites and may require 15% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the CAPA system is compliant with U.S. and applicable international Medical Device standards and regulations.
  • Work alongside CAPA owners and stakeholders on assessing issue descriptions and ensuring containment, root cause analysis, correction, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness checks are appropriate, of high quality, and timely
  • Support CAPA Board meetings, drive decision-making through data, and follow through on outcomes.
  • Train and mentor CAPA owners in all required elements and best practices of CAPA, including use of the CAPA tool.
  • Support audit program during regulatory and internal audits as it relates to CAPA files and audit readiness.
  • Maintain the quality and compliance of CAPA system records to ensure audit-readiness for internal and external quality system audits.
  • Produce, analyze, and present trend metrics and reports and establish further actions as needed.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of the CAPA program by identifying opportunities and recommending actions.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent quality/regulatory experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality or Regulatory related role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Corrective Action and Preventative Action activities, within a medical device or equivalent healthcare company.
  • Must have a deep understanding of corrective and preventive actions systems and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in a medical device with working knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, European Union MDD/MDR
  • Strong investigational and problem-solving skills
  • Must build rapport across functional teams within the organization and have the ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization
  • Attention to detail and timeliness are critical
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required
  • Basic statistical methods including trend analysis

Our Legal team is looking for a Commercial Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team.  The responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Assists the Sr. Corporate Counsel in support of the global sales organization including review and negotiation of various forms of commercial contracts and advising on commercial programs.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to Market Access, Payer Relations, and Commercial Sales business clients, including providing guidance related to new programs and pricing structures.
  • Independently review and draft contracts, and lead negotiation of strategic contracts.

About This Role

iRhythm is seeking a Corporate Counsel, Procurement to join the Legal Department and will support the business globally.  The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for supporting the Company’s Operations, IT, HR and Procurement teams and report to the Senior Legal Director, Corporate and Legal Operations.  Our ideal candidate will be an experienced, creative, and pragmatic problem solver who excels at negotiating complex agreements and contributing to key team initiatives, including the improvement of templates, processes and cross-functional workflows.

Responsibilities:

The candidate selected for this role will:

  • Work closely with iRhythm’s Operations, IT and Procurement/Supply Chain teams and business partners throughout the organization on inbound transactions for technology and services.
  • Structure, review, and negotiate inbound vendor agreements, such as agreements for software, SaaS, consulting, software development, and managed services.
  • Provide sound advice and guidance on legal and commercial issues to senior business leaders.
  • Balance legal risks against real-world business imperatives to provide pragmatic and market-based solutions.
  • Monitor overall deal workflow to identify logjams and stretch past the boundaries of the role to (diplomatically) nudge things in the right direction.
  • Help develop and improve forms, policies, and playbooks.
  • Work well in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Education and Experience:

  • JD and licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one state and one federal jurisdiction within the United States.
  • 4-6 years law firm and/or in-house transactional experience, with such experience focused on negotiating inbound services agreements (e.g., MSAs and SOWs) for a wide range of professional services, consulting services, business process outsourcing and contingent staffing.
  • Experience negotiating contracts involving complex IT agreements with large industry players, intellectual property ownership concerns, SaaS, professional services, privacy laws, data security, and AI/ML.
  • Work independently, manage multiple deals and requests at once, ability to navigate effectively through ambiguity.
  • Highly responsive and collaborative attitude.
  • Experience with legal workflow technologies such as e-signature, document management, and contract lifecycle management.

About This Role

This position is part of the Legal Department and will support the business globally. The position involves handling major projects, transactions or matters under the supervision of Legal Director, Regulatory, Marketing and Employment and has principal responsibility for planning and directing more discrete projects, transactions, or matters. Serves relevant business leadership and other legal department members as a key advisor in defined areas of medical device regulatory law.

Responsibilities:

The candidate selected for this role will:

  • Provide legal guidance and counseling to business and functional teams (such as sales and marketing, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, government affairs, patient access, clinical, quality, R&D, finance, and others).
  • Proactively identify and manage regulatory legal risks for complex US or global issues and develop and approve action plans. 
  • Collaborate with legal colleagues and cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate expertise is applied to specialized issues, including regulatory strategy, product development and product approvals; advertising and promotion; post-approval compliance; FDA enforcement actions and litigation; due diligence reviews and transactional support.
  • Train business on legal topics including Anti-Kickback Statute and safe harbors, good promotional practices, reimbursement, and other relevant regulatory issues.
  • Support for M&A projects through due diligence review of regulatory issues and integration work.
  • Provide support to the organizations lead by the Chief Medical Officer, Chief Scientific Officer and EVP, Product Innovation with respect to a wide variety of legal issues including contracts, technology transfers, regulatory considerations, general operating issues, and international complexities.
  • Provide support to the Commercial group on government reimbursement issues.
  • Responsible for interpreting, negotiating, and drafting clinical trial agreements and a variety of other agreements related to interactions with healthcare professionals/institutions, as well as handling other legal projects or matters as assigned.

About You:

Education and Experience:

  • JD and licensed in good standing to practice law in at least one state and one federal jurisdiction within the United States.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant professional experience with a mix of work in a law firm, government agency, and/or comparable corporate environment.
  • Experience in the device industry and/or similar healthcare regulatory experience.
  • Working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act, FDA promotional and other regulatory requirements from FDA, CMS, DOJ, and various state regulators, and industry codes governing interactions with healthcare professionals.
  • Experience with Government Reimbursement preferred but not required.

About This Role

iRhythm is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution Paralegal with experience supporting IP litigation to join an established but rapidly expanding in-house legal team. The candidate will assist the Director, Global IP in the practice of intellectual property law, specifically patent prosecution, and in the management of IP litigation. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and manage the entire spectrum of paralegal responsibilities within the prosecution and litigation life cycles. Candidate must be detail oriented and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with cross-functional collaboration, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of patents, trade secrets, copyrights and/or trademarks
  • Draft and prepare legal documents appropriate to IP prosecution
  • Docket and take appropriate action to monitor and meet USPTO prosecution deadlines, while coordinating with firm-wide IP attorneys and paralegals on related matters
  • Monitor applications and file responsive forms
  • File replies or requests for reconsideration during phases of prosecution
  • Conduct patent research
  • Provide paralegal support to attorneys during patent litigation, which may include drafting and preparing legal documents appropriate to the litigation, docketing, and taking appropriate action to monitor and meet court deadlines

Required Skills:

About This Role

  • Collaborate as an embedded team member with payer relations, market access and commercial market development teams to develop account-based marketing strategies and creative approaches to differentiate cardiac monitoring and our brand within the accounts.
  • Create value proposition content for direct customer presentation as well as the potential for case studies, videos, website copy and blog posts, that will be pulled through integrated marketing campaigns, programs and channels. 
  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.  Create mechanisms to share and syndicate actionable information to business partners, including sales. Own and build competitive response tools and objection handling materials for sales team.
  • Translate marketing messages and content into sales enablement tools to maximize selling effectiveness and productivity.

Skills / Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of marketing experience, mostly in healthcare; master’s degree preferred in business, integrated marketing or healthcare economics

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
  • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
  • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
  • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
  • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
  • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads

Required Qualifications:

About This Role

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key part of the iRhythm FP&A team with exposure to executive leaders.  This self-starting, highly communicative individual will collaborate across numerous areas of the business including, but not limited to, product management, R&D and other corporate functions.  The SFA will be responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, short and long-range planning, business modeling, and driving continuous improvement to team workflow through report automation.  He or she will possess a keen attention to detail balanced with curiosity for the big picture.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed, timely and accurate analysis on financial results, variance to budget, and tracking to forecast, on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Support monthly close for designated departments
  • Design, improve, and rebuild financial models for scalability, ease of use, and accuracy. Incorporate Adaptive Planning reports in financial models to simplify processes, minimize manual errors and reduce reporting time
  • Gather data from various teams and sources to analyze statistics trends and financial impact to various projects and departments.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to build project-level financial models, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback periods for long-range planning decisions.
  • Identify and communicate risk areas and emerging trends through research and benchmarking and develops recommendations to senior management
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA preferred
  • At least 4yr’s of related analytical experience required
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred and/or other relevant ERP systems
  • Experience forecasting a variety of financial and or operational metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent relationship skills and the ability to effectively interact and communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels staff and outside professionals. Demonstrated success in effectively communicating and presenting information to senior leadership.
  • Proven and demonstrated experience in financial modeling; high level of proficiency required
  • Ability to take large amounts of data and form trends and conclusions; critical thinking and solutions orientation
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status)

Travel Requirements:

  • Less than 10% domestic travel required.

About This Role

iRhythm seeks a highly motivated and successful medical Territory Manager to call on major health systems throughout their region, focusing on cardiology, electrophysiology, and other applicable stakeholders, to expand the growth of the Zio Patch platform. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting, developing, and closing new business.  This requires building support from EP’s, cardiologists, and other clinical stakeholders.  Must be able to target and identify  key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales within an assigned sales territory.
  • Perform sales presentations to key prospects and customers to influence the use of Zio within the territory.
  • Consistently achieve territory sales goals and objectives.
  • Build advocacy and champions within facilities to help drive the business.
  • Enhance iRhythm’s relationship with providers and systems through strategic partnership with our payer relations and billing teams. 
  • Develop a pipeline of sales opportunities within assigned territory and execute on those opportunities.
  • Partner with facilities to manage existing service business, including workflow management, inventory, and depth and breadth of product usage throughout facilities.
  • Utilize salesforce.com to manage all aspects of business: sales leads, daily activity, report generation, including providing timely and accurate feedback.
  • Cultivate a business plan and formulate sales strategies to attain revenue goals.  Partner with sales leadership to identify and evaluate market opportunities and potential to establish and achieve annual sales objectives.
  • Promote iRhythm as a leader in cardiac diagnostics and monitoring.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

 About You:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years related sales experience; with at least 3 years in medical device sales.  Cardiology and electrophysiology call points preferred.  IDN experience also preferred.

  • History of outstanding achievements and proven sales skills.
  • Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal skills; Very adaptive, innovative, and results driven
  • Strong work ethic and customer focus are required.
