About the team

This role sits in the Content team of the Product organization. The Content & Editorial team is responsible for the Angi Solution Center, HomeAdvisor Cost Guide Center, and in-product content that drives business objectives. We are a high-performing editorial team focused on new customer acquisition and growth, setting the content standards and strategy across the user experience through consistent day-to-day management of our 9,000 article library and by implementing new strategies to make our site best-in-class.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the keyword research that defines the direction for all of our content creation, going deep into individual categories to understand the best and most impactful articles we can create. You’ll be creating briefs for new content, as well as briefs to suggest improvements to previously published articles based on content best practices, page layout, and competitor research. You’ll be mapping content within our categories to ensure we have solid internal linking and category structure. You will work closely with Content Editors and writers (freelance and in-house) to ensure content satisfies user intent by being insightful, useful, relevant, engaging, and ultimately more helpful than any other content online.

  • Own monthly keyword research for assigned categories focused on increasing organic traffic goals
  • Own the creation of content briefs to ensure deadlines are met and production goals stay on track
  • Ideate and manage new content outline research, providing feedback and ensuring all stakeholder input is implemented
  • Incorporate generative AI tools into content research workstreams, leveraging platforms like OpenAI to improve efficiency
  • Review article performance and proactively suggest improvements with the help of writers and editors
  • Perform relevant SEO workflows and deliverables as it relates to content:
    • On-page optimization (titles, H1s, URLs, etc)
    • Merges and redirects
    • Content mapping (links, CTAs, additional content components)

Who you are

  • 1-2 years of experience with SEO, creating and/or editing content for the web.
  • SEO knowledge and experience required.
  • Demonstrates a track record of improving content for the web and a passion for researching and creating content.
  • Experience with industry tools and analytics required: Adobe, Google Search Console, Google Data Studio/Looker, Google Keyword Planner, SEMRush, Ahrefs.
  • A degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Journalism or a related degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be seriously considered.
  • Quantitative and pragmatic qualities are a plus.
  • Google Sheets experience, including usage of vlookups, pivot tables, and other data manipulation tools.
  • UX or UI for SEO experience and best practice knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary band for this position ranges $50,000 - $65,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.

As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will be critical in ensuring our largest customers are successful. You will own our rapidly growing high value customer base and define some of the core processes for this new segment. ✨ Your Role

  • Onboarding Expert: Partner closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to provide a smooth handoff experience as accounts graduate from Prospect to Customer.   • Customer Lifecycle + Renewals Management: Continue partnering closely with sales to maintain updated renewal and upsell account plan strategies, with a focus on customer retention. Define goals, action plans, playbooks, and key metrics based on each customer’s objectives, and regularly review progress with the customer and CS leadership. Develop supporting programs aimed at driving usage and satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring retention. Monitor and own customer health metrics to proactively identify the most high-potential areas of opportunity + risk.
  • Face of Lumos: Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders and executive sponsors across all relevant teams within a customer’s organization through interactions on a regular basis, timely resolutions, and purposeful meeting agendas. Develop collateral + conduct quarterly business reviews across multiple stakeholder levels (ie C-Suite, VP, Director, Champion, Owner, etc) that highlight impact, reflect their unique business goals, and drive mutual success plans for ongoing engagement.
  • Voice of the Enterprise Customer: Work closely with cross-functional teams to influence our product roadmap and marketing investments. Use customer feedback and identified trends to act as the link between customers and engineering - sharing customer insights to remove roadblocks, influence the product roadmap, and drive adoption. Provide feedback and guidance to leadership on key signals, Identify customer challenges and risk areas, working closely with other Lumos teams including Support, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Sales to proactively develop solutions and avoid churn.
  • Trusted Advisor: Leverage your product expertise to provide consultative guidance on Lumos best practices and their overall technology strategy. Demonstrate and promote the latest features and capabilities Lumos is releasing, ensuring customers are using key product features to improve success. positioning and recommending product features and best practices to accelerate customers time to value and growth. Guide how customers can drive business outcomes using technology across all platform products.

As a Support Engineer at Lumos, you have the opportunity to be one of the first 5 folks building out our support organization. Partnering with the Solutions Engineering team as well as Customer Success Managers, our goal is to find the equilibrium between quantity and quality, where speed and accuracy are our best offense and defense. About the Role

As the first Product Operations Manager on this team, you’re stepping into a transformative role with the opportunity to help us define & scale our operations motion. Today, we have Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Success teams handling data entry, quality assurance, analytics, and market intelligence, in order to provide customers with the data they need to save on SaaS costs.

In this role, you’ll own everything to do with our customers’ software spend data. You’ll create the processes needed to ensure that our customers can get a complete, accurate, and up-to-date view of their software spend during their first few weeks with Lumos, and that they have the insights they need to be successful for their lifetime with us. You’ll play a key role in shaping the product operations function at Lumos, helping us scale the team as we gear up for rapid growth.

✨ Your Responsibilities

  • Build Scalable Processes: Lumos supports hundreds of customers with their daily spend management activities. You’ll be responsible for identifying + reporting on key KPIs that ensure our customers consistently have a high quality experience using the product, as well as establishing internal process needed to ensure this is the case.
  • Lead by Doing: We are a small and scrappy team. Alongside your PM counterpart, you will be responsible for interpreting complex vendor agreements, transcribing their details into our system, and verifying that automatically transcribed agreements are accurate.
  • Enable Customers with Data: Develop our internal database of pricing benchmarks & negotiation tips, ensuring that customers are getting the best price on their software renewals. Identify new and novel ways for our customers to save using Lumos data, and work with product & customer success to translate those insights to customer action.
  • Influence Product Direction: Build subject matter expertise within the software spend management category, act as a “voice of the customer”, and share insights you’re learning with your engineering, product, and design counterparts. Collaborate with your EPD organization to improve our internal and in-product automation, shape the vision for how we help customers save on SaaS, and build a product that delights customers.

$100,000 - $170,000. Note that this range is a good faith estimate of likely pay for this role; upon hire, the pay may differ due to skill and/or level of experience.

We’re seeing very strong adoption with core products, and in order to double down our investment and support accelerating growth, we’re hiring a Staff Product Platform Engineer to join the team. You'd be among the first 100 employees and set the foundation for extreme growth. ????

TheProduct Platform teamplays a critical role in ensuring Lumos executes towards company goals by enabling our product engineering teams to execute more quickly and with higher quality. This team develops the core frameworks and primitives used by engineers across the company, including our human-in-the-loop workflow framework, core user and account data pipeline, and more. Product Platform also invests in external-facing API infrastructure that allows customers to deepen their Lumos usage, as well as a shared frontend platform for product engineers to build consistent user experiences. On this team, you'll be involved in scaling the engineering team and the entire company! ????

✨ Your Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our core architecture and data models. Collaborate closely with other engineers to develop the frameworks and systems used by other teams.
  • Design and build robust, scalable systems that enable us to scale our platform to 10x the number of users.

As our Data Lead, you will enable Lumos to make clear data-based decisions. You will have the opportunity to take our existing data foundation, build upon it, and shape the way we measure the business, communicate with our customers, and enable cross-functional teams to look around the corner. 

✨ Your Responsibilities

  • Data Infrastructure + Enablement: Spearhead projects in conjunction with our infrastructure and product engineering teams to build our core data layers and ingest various data sources to build simpler queryable tables.
  • Data Enablement: Transform the data into actionable dashboards and insights for cross-functional teams such as Customer Success and Product.
  • GTM Enablement: Empower our sales/customer teams by surface customer-level data at an individual and aggregate-level to support faster adoption, implementation, growth and retention.
  • Product Analytics: Collaborate with Product to develop and refine key KPIs in support of product health. Support product managers in using data to uncover the biggest bottlenecks and find answers to product adoption questions
  • Operational Reporting: Align with leadership to define business-level KPIs to lead the development and maintenance of our core business dashboards to help teams drive operational rigor and manage performance. Support business partners in understanding metrics movements and trends in our business and while product, while also proactively detecting issues in metrics and triaging with cross-functional partners.
  • Operational Deep Dives: Tackle complex business questions where the data and insights lie across several data sources. Proactively use data to highlight findings and make recommendations that shape Lumos’ growth.

  • 7+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or related role within the SaaS space
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Data Modeling experience using tools such as DBT 
  • Experience using BI Tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or Metabase 
  • Ability and desire to work autonomously and navigate through ambiguity as the company scales
  • Experience prioritizing and taking ownership of data projects that align with company OKRs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Architect Python-based API Microservices that make calls to LLMs to support business needs.
  • Work on Python-based API Microservices that provide AI-enabled (LLM powered) solutions for business needs.
  • Keep up with the latest LLM technologies including OpenAI, Llama and Gemini.
  • Understand and become the company’s expert in LLM API methods.
  • Work as a product manager to understand the business needs for business process automation tasks.
  • Turn business needs into API requirements for microservices.
  • Work with the DevOps team to ensure deployment of the Python-based APIs are live and kept functional.
  • Assist in the integration of your API microservices with other software and tools throughout the organization.

     

 

  • Graduate/PostGraduate
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience developing Python-based REST APIs.
