  • Knowledge and experience in AI/Big Data topic (machine learning, Big data models, Generative AI)
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in the ICT sector, ideally with a focus on modern Cloud technologies (Public Clouds, preferably OpenStack-based, or Docker or Kubernetes).
  • Ability to understand Low Level Design and be able to work with it.
  • Willingness to create proof-of-concepts with the help of necessary scripting languages and other tools for testing the concepts in practice.
  • Excellent ability to assess technical solutions individually.
  • Make the necessary decisions when solving incidents and any kind of tasks.
  • Agile mindset.

Overview:

Join this digital revolution and work on one of the biggest OpenStack cloud services in the world!Network Operations Center (NOC) is responsible for monitoring LivePerson services. LivePerson NOC is monitoring 6 data centers around the world, with ~6K servers. The data centers serve ~10K customers, with millions of visitors, and thousands of real time engagements.

You will: 

  • Monitor LivePerson services and servers and handle incidents quickly and professionally, to ensure a high level of services availability and performance.
  • Trigger operational procedures for various types of production incidents
  • Troubleshoot Production incidents
  • Manage internal incident notifications, in order to update LivePerson’s employees and management about any service degradation or impact in real time
  • Interact frequently with the LivePerson Support division, in order to make sure that service incidents reported by customers are handled properly and resolved timely.
  • Actively participate in customer affecting incidents, by providing data, clear communication and status updates.

You have:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar role, 1.5-2 years is a big advantage.
  • Ability to operate in a 24x7 operational environment (working in shifts) - Including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work 8-9 hours shifts, 5 shifts a week (07:00-15:00 , 15:00-22:00, 22:00-07:00, Local time) - Onsite, excluding night shifts.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a level headed approach
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills (English)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking skills, capable of reacting quickly to multiple issues in parallel, and following established procedures to implement solutions.
  • GCP background / experience operating in a linux environment
  • Familiarity with Networking concepts.
  • Candidate MUST be located in Bulgaria

Essential Functions of the Job:

  • You will provide advanced post-sales engineering support for Arista's Open Networking Data Center and Campus networking deployments for our enterprise and commercial customers.
  • Review customer network designs for an EVPN, VxLAN, leaf-spine architecture and make recommendations for deployment
  • Migrate or interconnect to/from Cisco, Juniper, and other vendors to Arista infrastructure
  • Assist with configuration build-outs including creating network provisioning automation using Python and tools such as Chef or Ansible
  • Assist with implementation and change controls
  • You will assist with proof of concepts (POC) and in-depth testing to validate design scenario
  • Provide bug scrubs and code recommendations
  • Provide interface to TAC and internal development teams and the customer
  • You will provide customer advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc.
  • Translate complex business requirements into Leaf-Spine Network solutions
  • Assist Pre-Sales Engineer and Account Executives with designing Network solutions
  • Establish and maintaining strong relationships with key partners
  •  Attend key partner events, training sessions, and provide ongoing training with the customer teams globally
  • Continue training to maintain expertise
  • Ability to understand the client’s business objectives and technical needs

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Network Industry Certification preferred ACE (Arista Cloud Engineer or equivalent CCIE (R&S), JNCIE)
  • 5+ years’ working experience with network technologies including network design and deployments of Campus and Data Center networks. Knowledge of leaf-spine arhcitectures highly desired. 
  • 5+ years’ minimum experience with Cisco-based technologies focusing on infrastructure and voice
  • Demonstrated experience in technical post-sales, as either a Network Consulting Engineer or as an Advanced Systems (AS) Engineer preferred
  • Experience with Arista/Juniper/Cisco enterprise routing/switching within large data center enterprise customers (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR)
  • Expert knowledge in the following areas: Ethernet, VLANs, VxLAN, EVPN, IP Routing, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, eBGP, Multicast, QoS

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Constantly go above and beyond to serve our customers and be a shining, standard-setting example of our Core Values.
  • Triage, diagnose, and provide solutions to most complex configuration issues with Dynatrace solutions and non-Dynatrace integrations.
  • Provide advice and guidance as the subject matter expert to ensure successful ongoing usage, adoption of the product, and foster growth of the customer’s footprint
  • Be the customer’s advocate by knowing their goals and use cases, then suggesting process improvements, product adoption, configuration, and additional features to meet their requirements
  • Provide web-based training to user groups to support organizational adoption
  • Undertake discovery and education activities to identify opportunities for Dynatrace usage across organizational functions and processes

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, a related field of study or equivalent work experience.
  •  Portuguese native speaker and advanced English required.
  • 3+ years of experience working with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership, including but not limited to technical account management, customer success or technical sales. 

Preferred Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in leadership, mentorship, and organizational behavior
  • A track record of going above and beyond for your team and customers
  • Exceptional corporate presentation and relationship-building skills with technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Impeccable time management skills and an ability to self-direct
  • Proven excellence in communication (written and verbal skills),

Rattaché.e à la tribe Project, entité dédiée au pilotage des évolutions technologiques innovantes et plus précisément la squad Datacenter, vous serez au cœur des projets d’évolutions des infrastructures, des projets de gestion de l'obsolescence ou de programmes Move Datacenter.

Vos principales responsabilités en tant qu’Infrastructure Project Manager

Voici une liste non exhaustive de vos missions au quotidien, nous vous faisons confiance pour les prendre en main et les enrichir à votre façon ????

  • Piloter et gérer des projets d'Infrastructures physiques et virtuelles, des phases de cadrage au déploiement de la solution,

  • Définir, mettre en œuvre et conduire les projets de transformation technologique.

  • Mener ces projets dans le respect des coûts, des délais, de la qualité des livrables et de la satisfaction du client.

  • Organiser, coordonner et animer l'ensemble de l'équipe de maîtrise d'oeuvre du projet,

  • Arbitrer les éventuels différends entre l'équipe et les autres intervenants,

  • Superviser le déroulement du projet,

  • Assurer la qualité des validations prononcées,

  • Faire circuler et diffuser l'information côté maîtrise d'oeuvre,

  • Gérer la relation avec le ou les fournisseurs (depuis la signature du contrat à la validation finale du projet),

  • Garantir le respect des délais et des coûts,

  • Etre force de proposition en cours de projet pour  d'éventuelles modifications, d'objectifs (qualité, coût et délais), liées à des contraintes de réalisation ou des modifications d'environnements,

  • Recueillir, prioriser et suivre les exigences client,

  • Construire des dossiers de choix (scénarios / avantages / inconvénients) et analyser les risques.

Où réaliserez-vous vos missions ? Chez des clients grands comptes de la banque, de l’assurance, de l’industrie, du retail de la Défense, du luxe ou encore de l’énergie, porteurs de projets innovants.

Qualifications

Ce que vous apporterez à la Tribu ?

[Les compétences idéales] 

Diplômé.e d’une école d’ingénieurs ou d’un Master 2 en informatique, vous avez déjà évolué dans des environnements technologiques de type: VMware vRO et vRA, OpenStack, et Citrix ou Cloud Privé.

Vous êtes certifié.e en gestion de projets (Prince2, PMP) et vous détenez également des certifications techniques VMware, OpenStack ou Citrix.

Vous êtes aguerri.e aux méthodologies agiles et parlez couramment français et anglais.

Vous êtes capable de qualifier et d’expliciter un besoin client, possédez de solides capacités d’animation et avez l’âme d’un(e) leader!

Vous êtes ouvert.e au changement, force de proposition et êtes un véritable moteur au sein d’une équipe.

Vous êtes convaincu.e par la culture Cloud et souhaitez affirmer vos convictions.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of support engineers to provide effective and timely support to customers.

Customer Support

Product Expertise

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OpenStack technology and industry trends to provide informed support and guidance to customers.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the support organization and implement initiatives to streamline support workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and implement product enhancements and bug fixes based on customer feedback and support insights.
  • Develop and maintain support documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials to enable customers and internal teams to troubleshoot issues independently.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for support engineers to enhance their technical skills, product knowledge, and customer service capabilities.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience in managing a support team and or operations of cloud infrastructure in a technology-driven environment, preferably with experience in OpenStack or cloud computing.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in Linux, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues, prioritize tasks, and drive resolution.

Nice To have:

  • Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Confluence, Jira etc.
  • Experience with agile software development methodologies. 
  • Familiarities with Cloud Native Technologies.
