Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10years experiencein a contact centerand/or related consultingenvironment, including leadership & management of contactcenter transformation
  • Provenexperienceof consultative selling, specifically promotingconsultingservices to domestic,regionaland global accounts (high touch with VP / C Level experience)
  • Has significant experience in delivering business consulting & transformational guidance in theCCaaSspace, including ACD, IVR.WorkforceOptimization(WFO)a plus
  • Proven ability togenerate demand forconsultingservices via thought leadership
  • Is able to explain theneed and importance ofconsulting services via credible,real life scenarios
  • Combination of Sales & Consulting experience in a contact center space;selling in a team capacity a plus
  • DirectExpertise with more than one domain a plus (example –CCaaS/speech analytics/RPA/Asynchronous messaging/etc.)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Enterprise software knowledge, direct experience with NICE solutions a Plus
  • Excellent problem-solving ability in high pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency to meet deadlines
  • BS or BA degree, or higher
  • Must be willing to travel up to25%

The role

What you'll do

Tasks and Duties

  • Support the responsible sales account managers in different territories across APAC, with technical expertise that will help them achieve commercial goals in the respective accounts
  • Help to differentiate Vizrt’s products from established and new competitors
  • Ability to identify customer’s business needs, challenges, and technical requirements and map to Vizrt solutions. 
  • Build and deliver custom demonstrations and proof of concepts. 
  • Provide and present product demonstrations including advanced product features and benefits specific to customer requirements. 
  • Ensure contract terms and conditions are adhered to during presales phases. 
  • Smooth delivery of presales activities such as technical consultancy, scoping and quoting, RFP/RFI responses, technical showcases, solution audit/assessments, on site, online and in-house demonstrations.  
  • Capable of setting up the in-house demo rooms, remote and mobile demos.  
  • Act as conduit between sales and project delivery teams, ensuring a close working relationship and successful conversion from initial interest to PS handover for project delivery. 
  • Ability to write and provide technical responses and designs to RFPs and RFIs. 
  • Build strong working relationships with sales, professional services and other internal stakeholder groups.  
  • Travel to present Vizrt systems and integrations at customer sites across APAC as required 
  • Assist our support organization with technical issues encountered by customers 
  • Always present a commercial acumen and willingness to support sales and project delivery. 

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor/ Master’s degree in relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience on Broadcasting IT
  • Proficient in English & Korean language skills
  • Technical knowledge skills with particular understanding of IP, Cloud
  • Ability to run well-structured and clear product demonstrations
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft products and IT knowledge
  • Ability to listen to customer’s requirements and translate it to Vizrt’s products and solutions
  • Having a high sense of urgency, and able to think both strategically and tactically
  • Consultative approach to technical pre-sales engagements with clients 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of internal staff and external clientele
  • Experience with Vizrt’s MAM, graphics, automation, sport and Viz Story projects preferred

The Local Marketing Sales Consultant is responsible for the local partner education and communications of client marketing programs. It is both an inbound, outbound, and consultative sales role fostering a relationship with our local affiliates. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Avoir des compétences efficaces en matière de vente consultative, de présentation et d’art oratoire.
  • Avoir une solide connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Connaître ou savoir utiliser SAP (un atout).

  • Être capable de travailler de manière indépendante avec un minimum de supervision.
     
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the selling and specification of electronic and/or hydraulic systems, as well as direct experience in the development of a dealer base
  • Strong working knowledge of heavy trucks, and/or mobile hydraulic equipment
  • Good mechanical aptitude, ability to work with service personnel in trouble shooting system problems
  • Completed Fluid Power Technology (or equivalent) and Electrical/Electronic Technology (or equivalent) Diploma or Degree
  • Must complete and pass CPSA Professional Selling Training program within 8 months of start date
  • Effective consultative selling, presentation, and public speaking skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • SAP Knowledge or experience an asset
  • High customer service orientation
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
