Responsibilities
As a Subject-matter expert you will be required to develop a vision and roadmap for the different media products based on input from internal stakeholders (Commercial team, Consulting team, Modeling team) and final clients. Also, it would be required to be up to date on the industry trends to improve the product with the current environment needs.
You will work as an individual contributor, coordinating with other members of the product team on different aspects of product development/improvement and BAU support as required.
Key accountabilities as a Subject-matter expert:
Review and monitor the development plan for the Product
Identify gaps in the current process and methodology (either by yourself or based on feedback) and work on improvements of the overall methodology/process
Engage in POC for new improvements on the product
Engage with PMO and tech team using Jira Boards helping them prioritizing different enhancement requests (taken up by tech for PI and Sprint planning)
Facilitating BAU in case of custom requirements and associated workarounds
Facilitating BAU by supporting Consulting team (checking feasibility of answering any custom business question)
Monitoring Bugs reported by Modeling team and seek for recurring patterns and work with Tech team to solve those
Communicate important releases related to improvements if the product to the different internal stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of Experience in Analytics Domain
Working knowledge on statistical methodologies - Regression is a must know
Experience with Media Analytics or Media Related products/services is preferable
Experience in building POC's for the different improvement ideas
Sufficient coding skill, preferrable python
Should be comfortable working with MS Office suite
Working experience with JIRA/Confluence would be an added advantage
Knowledge on Cloud Fundamentals would be an added advantage
Solid Analytical Skills which a good eye at problem solving
On top, your English communication skills are great, you are a team player and should be able to open to work in a dynamic environment
