About This Role

As theSr. Quality Systems Engineer – CAPA, you will be responsible for the maintenance of a robust global CAPA process across iRhythm. You will serve as one of the advocates for cross-functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and compliance, with the responsibility of driving excellent quality system CAPA process performance globally. This role will work closely with cross-functional CAPA owners to provide training, guidance, and review of CAPA investigations and phases. In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact product and process quality and regulatory compliance at iRhythm.

This role supports various U.S. and UK iRhythm sites and may require 15% travel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the CAPA system is compliant with U.S. and applicable international Medical Device standards and regulations.
  • Work alongside CAPA owners and stakeholders on assessing issue descriptions and ensuring containment, root cause analysis, correction, corrective and preventive actions, and effectiveness checks are appropriate, of high quality, and timely
  • Support CAPA Board meetings, drive decision-making through data, and follow through on outcomes.
  • Train and mentor CAPA owners in all required elements and best practices of CAPA, including use of the CAPA tool.
  • Support audit program during regulatory and internal audits as it relates to CAPA files and audit readiness.
  • Maintain the quality and compliance of CAPA system records to ensure audit-readiness for internal and external quality system audits.
  • Produce, analyze, and present trend metrics and reports and establish further actions as needed.
  • Engage in continuous improvement of the CAPA program by identifying opportunities and recommending actions.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent quality/regulatory experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality or Regulatory related role.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Corrective Action and Preventative Action activities, within a medical device or equivalent healthcare company.
  • Must have a deep understanding of corrective and preventive actions systems and associated regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in a medical device with working knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, European Union MDD/MDR
  • Strong investigational and problem-solving skills
  • Must build rapport across functional teams within the organization and have the ability to work comfortably at all levels within the organization
  • Attention to detail and timeliness are critical
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills required
  • Basic statistical methods including trend analysis

About This Role

Our Legal team is looking for a Commercial Attorney to join our rapidly expanding team.  The responsibilities for the role are as follows:

  • Assists the Sr. Corporate Counsel in support of the global sales organization including review and negotiation of various forms of commercial contracts and advising on commercial programs.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to Market Access, Payer Relations, and Commercial Sales business clients, including providing guidance related to new programs and pricing structures.
  • Independently review and draft contracts, and lead negotiation of strategic contracts.

About This Role

iRhythm is seeking an Intellectual Property (IP) prosecution Paralegal with experience supporting IP litigation to join an established but rapidly expanding in-house legal team. The candidate will assist the Director, Global IP in the practice of intellectual property law, specifically patent prosecution, and in the management of IP litigation. Candidate must be able to hit the ground running and manage the entire spectrum of paralegal responsibilities within the prosecution and litigation life cycles. Candidate must be detail oriented and possess exceptional oral and written communication skills. Candidate must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with cross-functional collaboration, as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Working knowledge of patents, trade secrets, copyrights and/or trademarks
  • Draft and prepare legal documents appropriate to IP prosecution
  • Docket and take appropriate action to monitor and meet USPTO prosecution deadlines, while coordinating with firm-wide IP attorneys and paralegals on related matters
  • Monitor applications and file responsive forms
  • File replies or requests for reconsideration during phases of prosecution
  • Conduct patent research
  • Provide paralegal support to attorneys during patent litigation, which may include drafting and preparing legal documents appropriate to the litigation, docketing, and taking appropriate action to monitor and meet court deadlines
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, USPTO personnel, court personnel, experts, attorneys, and others as directed.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree plus a paralegal certificate (ABA-approved preferred) or an equivalent combination of training, education and experience
  • Possess 3+ years of patent prosecution experience and including intellectual property litigation experience with an emphasis on patent litigation matters.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Market Access and Payer Relations who will be primarily responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure and optimize reimbursement for iRhythm Technologies portfolio of products. This role will work closely with Payers, health system leadership, and internal teams to drive revenue growth and ensure the financial viability of our cutting-edge healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payer Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Payer reimbursement strategy that aligns with iRhythm’s business objectives in your defined geographical target area.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with Payers to secure favorable reimbursement agreements for iRhythm services, ensuring that contracts are aligned with industry
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key Payer stakeholders, health system administrators, and reimbursement decision-makers to promote iRhythm's solutions and secure favorable coverage.
  • Revenue Optimization: Monitor and assess reimbursement rates and payment policies, identifying opportunities for revenue optimization and advocating for appropriate reimbursement levels.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about evolving Payer landscape trends, regulatory changes, and healthcare policies that may impact reimbursement, and adjust strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and legal, to ensure alignment between Payer reimbursement strategies and overall business goals.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of reimbursement agreements on iRhythm's financial performance and growth
  • Compliance: Ensure that all Payer reimbursement activities comply with relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in healthcare Payer reimbursement, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role focused on health systems.
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement processes, Payer policies, and revenue cycle management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable reimbursement
  • Experience with medical device reimbursement is required, IDTF knowledge is
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with Payer executives and health system leaders.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who understands the full scope of the healthcare landscape and is on the leading edge of innovative models with payers, IDNs, ACOs, CINs and other innovative models of healthcare delivery and reimbursement.  The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer who also has a strong command of innovative care models, ideally from past experience working within or consulting for a payer, IDN, ACO or a similar type of organization. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate as an embedded team member with payer relations, market access and commercial market development teams to develop account-based marketing strategies and creative approaches to differentiate cardiac monitoring and our brand within the accounts.

  • Maintain and manage competitive intelligence and comparisons by working with cross-functional stakeholders and executing self-lead research.  Create mechanisms to share and syndicate actionable information to business partners, including sales. Own and build competitive response tools and objection handling materials for sales team.
  • Translate marketing messages and content into sales enablement tools to maximize selling effectiveness and productivity.
  • Measure and metric campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators and make recommendations for program, content, or messaging improvements.

Skills / Requirements:

  • 10-12 years of marketing experience, mostly in healthcare; master’s degree preferred in business, integrated marketing or healthcare economics
  • Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Anticipate overnight, domestic travel for conferences, team meetings and customer engagement of up to 20% will be required
  • Experience working within legal and regulatory requirements for messaging.

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
  • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
  • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
  • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
  • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
  • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads

Required Qualifications:

About This Role

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key part of the iRhythm FP&A team with exposure to executive leaders.  This self-starting, highly communicative individual will collaborate across numerous areas of the business including, but not limited to, product management, R&D and other corporate functions.  The SFA will be responsible for financial reporting, variance analysis, short and long-range planning, business modeling, and driving continuous improvement to team workflow through report automation.  He or she will possess a keen attention to detail balanced with curiosity for the big picture.

  • Gather data from various teams and sources to analyze statistics trends and financial impact to various projects and departments.
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams to build project-level financial models, including ROI, IRR, NPV, and payback periods for long-range planning decisions.
  • Identify and communicate risk areas and emerging trends through research and benchmarking and develops recommendations to senior management

Experience and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business Administration, MBA preferred
  • At least 4yr’s of related analytical experience required
  • Experience with Adaptive Planning preferred and/or other relevant ERP systems
  • Experience forecasting a variety of financial and or operational metrics
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Powerpoint

About This Role

The Customer Care Advocate is responsible for being a part of a high-volume inbound Contact Center in which the Advocate verifies and investigates patient insurance, estimates benefit coverage and out of pocket costs, and discusses patient responsibilities and/or patient payment options. The typical daily responsibilities consist of the following: answering inbound calls and providing benefits investigations via phone and online web portals, collecting information from customers, outbound patient phone calls, and documenting all activities in iRhythm’s customer support system. The ideal candidate will have experience with working in a Contact Center, health insurance, benefits investigations, reimbursement, and providing financial counseling to patients.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer inbound calls in our Contact Center
  • Provide an estimate of the potential patient responsibility based upon the benefits coverage
  • Make outbound phone calls to patients to discuss payment options
  • Document in Salesforce all details surrounding patient’s healthcare benefit coverage and recommend appropriate payment options, if needed
  • Update records with complete patient and insurance information
  • Assist and cross train in other departments as business needs dictate during critical times
  • Maintain confidentiality of patient data and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
  • Maintain consistent work presence and impact during normal business hours, and be available for ad hoc check-ins with managers and/or team leads
  • Deliver on challenging work objectives, including meeting daily, weekly and/or monthly productivity metrics
  • Produce high-quality, high-volume work by leveraging self-motivation and initiative in a remote work environment
  • Provide superior customer care by troubleshooting customer/patient issues relating to product, services, and patient enrollment

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service experience, with a focus on assisting patients in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working in a high-volume Contact Center environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, virtual communication tools - especially Outlook, Teams; Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be flexible, able to adapt quickly and positively to change, able to handle a fast-paced growth company environment
  • Strong evidence of great customer service via phone, e-mail, fax or web modalities
  • Must be patient and customer focused, demonstrating professionalism in stressful situations; Resourcefulness and high levels of emotional intelligence to identify obstacles and collaborate with others to discuss potential solutions
  • Must demonstrate independent thinking and sound judgement skills not covered specifically in manuals or procedures

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and review various cost accounting reports, ensuring they meet the company's standards and requirements.
  • Uphold the company's commitment to compliance, adhering to internal controls, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including the safeguarding of protected health information.
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining accounting policies and procedures, enhancing the organization's financial governance.

About This Role

The payer maintenance coordinator acts as the liaison between multiple department and vendor partners and Revenue cycle to ensure contract information is loaded accurately into the system, payer mappings, and ensure that revenue is appropriately cognized.  While utilizing critical thinking skills, the payer maintenance coordinator will work with internal and external stakeholders to clarify contract/rate information, build/maintain current payer changes, confirm payer routing/jurisdictions, monitor and update EHR integrated payer maps, and serves as the intermediary or EHR payer issues.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

  • Update contract status, rates, UM criteria, contract criteria within all relevant systems
  • Complete payer maintenance processes to ensure the proper updates within internal systems and external partners
  • Collaborate with Quality and Audit teams on SOX controls and ensure all steps are completed in a timely fashion and meet audit standards
  • Review insurance contracts and communicate the impact they have on revenue recognition.
  • Participate in open dialogue with Finance and Accounting teams regarding changes in rates, contractual allowance or payment integrity, and payer contracts review quarterly and year over year differences
  • Research payer requirements for utilization in order to update the payer page
  • Will work with internal and external stakeholders to obtain clarity and ensure accurate data is entered
  • Comfortable and capable utilizing various communication tools including TEAMs and video conferencing to enable virtual work collaboration.
  • Validate external processes including payer designations and relationships
  • Cross-functional  work groups with the Electronic Health Records Integration teams including leading feedback communications.

About This Role

As a Logistics Analyst, you will provide support to all aspects of shipping and logistics, including closely monitoring daily operations, resolution of operational and customer service issues, engaging with shipping partners, monitoring service level agreements, KPI reporting, and freight bill audits.
