The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for owning the employee life cycle as it relates to the backend HR systems structure including: the entry and maintenance of employee data, providing payroll and systems support to ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations. The HR Operations Analyst will work directly with the HR, Payroll and Benefits teams, and partner with our Regional Operations team and hospital leaders.

Payroll Manager Responsibilities
This is a critical technical position at AAH that requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of U.S. employment law, payroll systems, and a comprehensive understanding of U.S. payroll and payroll tax regulations
This role requires a detail-oriented professional with extensive knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

The Veterinary Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing each individual practice manager and leading the hospitals across Alliance Animal Health’s network of veterinary hospitals in our growing region of the Mid-Atlantic area.
