Our company is searching for a meticulous and experienced data architect to join our talented team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a true impact in our growing organization by creating our data architecture vision and bringing it to life to support our portfolio of 100+ practices.

Your central responsibility as the data architect will be to develop, optimize, and oversee our company’s conceptual and logical data systems. Your duties will include preparing the architecture vision, monitoring the system, and supervising system migrations

To succeed in this role, you be comfortable examining new data system requirements and implementing migration models. The ideal candidate will also have proven experience in data analysis and management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate has experience across the entire data ecosystem from Data Lakes to Data Warehouses to MDMs and CDPS. Responsibilities

  • Own the data architecture vision and implementation of an ownable environment to store, cleanse, map, simplify and retrieve company data
  • Lead the evaluation of 3rd party vendors to support large-scale analysis and data aggregation
  • Research and properly evaluate potential partners to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability of their platforms
  • Identify structural solutions to secure easy access to company data including creating database solutions, evaluating requirements, and preparing design reports
  • Examine and identify database structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming
  • Assess database implementation procedures to ensure they comply with internal and external regulations
  • Install and organize information systems to guarantee company functionality
  • Prepare accurate database design and architecture reports for management and executive teams.
  • Oversee the migration of data from legacy systems to new solutions
  • Monitor the system performance by performing regular tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new features
  • Ingest new practices to our portfolio to map and connect them appropriately to our data environment
  • Recommend solutions to improve new and existing database systems
  • Educate staff members through training and individual support
  • Offer support by responding to system problems in a timely manner
  • Work with leads from marketing, finance, and other business users to develop the business requirements for our data architecture

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a data architecture and management
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end implementation of data solutions including data warehouse, data-lake and CDPs
  • Strong experience and robust viewpoint on data architecture, integration, quality, cleansing and management
  • Familiarity with database technologies: AWS Redshift, Impala/Hive, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, ETL (AWS), Amazon S3, Impala/Hive, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue, Hadoop HDFS, Spark, etc.
  • Ability to synthesize and create non-technical functionality to cut data cross-functionally from Marketing to Finance leveraging a CDP with inputs from a CRM, GA, ESP, etc.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting experience; PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.
  • Experience working with private and sensitive personal information
  • BA/BS degree with a concentration in an applicable field or relevant experience
  • Preferred knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data
  • Preferred prior experience in a startup environment or client-facing/consulting experience desirable

The Veterinary Sourcing Specialistwill be responsible for sourcing functions to support research endeavors at Alliance Animal Health and prioritize candidate pipelines for the most critical requisitions. Previous experience in email campaign marketing and recruiting sourcing preferred. Candidate must have prior knowledge in analysis of quality, cost, service, and other factors to support strategic sourcing avenues and efforts. Candidate must collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external candidates, establishing positive candidate relationships with the ability to effectively communicate opportunities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively reach out to candidate prospects in order to support talent acquisition & hiring managers/practice owners with lead generation (i.e., build pipeline by making outbound calls, texts, emails, mailers, LinkedIn connections to veterinary prospects to ensure sufficient lead flow and facilitate meetings)
  • Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed and other social media platforms to increase social media presence and engage DVM prospects
  • Develop understanding of industry trends and recruiting landscape
  • Review pipeline along with hiring manager/business owner to identify core pipeline DVMs and potential priority list DVMs to determine best channel fit and advance prospects through recruiting process

Qualifications

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in related field (Marketing, Communications)
  • Experience in the veterinary, dental or medical industries preferred
  • 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred
  • Attend corporate collaborative sessions and visit practices as required (Up to 50% travel expected)

We are seeking a person to join the team as a Senior Manager/Director of Data and Analytics.  This role is of strategic importance in the business - in this analytics leadership role, you will:

  • Be responsible for owning and building out our capabilities (and eventually a team) in data and analytics  
  • Build and maintain analytical tools and workflows to support business across all departments.
  • Enable teams across our organization to make smarter, better, and faster decisions - through cross-functional collaboration, development/tracking of critical metrics, and analytics deep dives

Responsibilities

  • Own the analytics capability and roadmap for the business
  • Work with leads from marketing, finance, and other business users to develop queries and datasets for further analysis. 
  • Build scalable algorithms and queries to facilitate the automation of multiple reporting processes across all functions of the organization
  • Produce real-time analysis of large datasets
  • Be the go-to person for any ad-hoc data-related questions
  • Assist in coaching/educating other members of team in relevant fields of data and analytics
  • Partner with leadership team to assist in evaluation of 3rd party vendors to support large-scale analysis and data aggregation

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst/data analyst position or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in ETL (AWS), Amazon S3, Amazon Redshift, Impala/Hive, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue, Hadoop HDFS, Spark.
  • BA/BS degree from a four-year college or university with a concentration in an applicable field Database design and SQL development or relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with database technologies: AWS Redshift, Impala/Hive, MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL to extract and manipulate data
  • Demonstrable experience in end-to-end implementation of DW BI projects, especially in data warehouse and data-lake developments
  • Experience and robust viewpoint on data integration, data quality and data architecture
  • Ability to utilize cross-functional uses of data from Marketing to Finance from CDPs, CRMs, etc.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting experience; PowerBI, Tableau or Looker
  • 1+ years of experience in Python programming preferred
  • Ability to understand and analyze financial statements
  • Prior experience in a startup environment preferred; some client-facing/consulting experience desirable

Job Description

The Events Marketing Coordinator will manage event planning and execution to grow brand awareness for Alliance Animal Health among potential partners and attract new team members to our hospital network. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of event planning - including coordinating event logistics, pre-event marketing for upcoming events, and development of branded materials. They will play a critical role in bringing the Alliance Animal Health brand to life online, responsible for the day-to-day oversight of Alliance Animal health’s corporate website management and social media.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Manage all aspects of event planning logistics 

  • Serve as main point of contact for external events vendors and internal teams to coordinate event logistics  

  • Registration for corporate and regional events (securing booth space, travel, and logistics) 

  • Partner closely with senior leadership teams across departments on marketing needs for upcoming events 

  • Develop and deliver marketing collateral and branded assets (such as tradeshow hand-outs, company descriptions according to brand guidelines and other marketing opportunities)  

  • Pre-event marketing for upcoming events 

  • Day-to-day management of Alliance Animal Health’s online presence including corporate website and social media  

  • Measure attendance and performance of tradeshows and recruiting events 

  • Manage vendor communications for upcoming tradeshows 

  • Identify new and emerging ways to engage with potential partners and talent  

  • Attend occasional veterinary college events and/or tradeshows (~10% travel expected)
