Core responsibilities:
- Initiate and guide projects aimed at business process improvements and automation.
- Gather and interpret key business metrics to support decision-making and identify improvement areas.
- Manage data collection and reporting related to North Star Metric (NSM) and One Metric That Matters (OMTMs).
- Oversee subcontracting activities, including vendor negotiations and performance assessments.
- Effectively administer employee benefits, ensuring optimal compliance and employee satisfaction.
- Manage day-to-day HR transactions, including new hire onboarding, employee records, and payroll processing.
- Lead the consolidation and organization of engagement processes, enhancing documentation and efficiency.
- Develop and deliver training programs for staff on engagement processes, ensuring thorough understanding and effective implementation.
- Manage internal procedures and documentation for insurance policies and facilities oversight.
- Plan and coordinate company-wide meetings.
Desired qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within an operations or delivery department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement and business automation.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
