Reporting to the Controller your job is to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and help maintain the financial health of the company. Core responsibilities:

• Contribute to the product strategy through close collaboration with our customers
• Develop the product roadmap and direct feature teams from discovery to release
• Operationalize how the product organization researches, plans, and develops its product

Accountable for:

• Delivering solutions that solve customer problems and stand out in an emerging market
• Driving customer expansion and new revenue growth by executing against the strategy
• Formalizing the key functions and processes of the product team with product leadership 

Starting with:

• A seasoned executive team that has created a profitable company with a $20M+ run rate
• A seasoned VP Engineering with an experienced software development team
• F100 customers with millions in ARR
• $10M in series A funding

Desired qualifications:

• Product management experience that includes early-stage product launches
• Demonstrated success going-to-market and scaling world-class products
• Experience building core competencies within their product organizations (examples include strategy, market research, roadmapping, agile delivery, feature definition and prioritization, testing and user feedback, data collection and analytics, launch activities and post-launch optimization)
• Experience with B2B SaaS go-to-market or growth strategies
• People management and cross-functional experience

Additional +1 qualifications:

• Prior developer experience a plus
• Product management experience within cybersecurity 
• Product management experience where the engineer is your champion user
• Experience with agile/scrum development
• Experience with modern tech stacks, design patterns, and development practices
• Experience with Git, Jira, and Confluence a plus
• BS in business, marketing, computer science, or computer engineering
