Required Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years prior experience managing IT in a security-focused product company or consultancy.
  • Demonstrated 3 years of experience in managing at least the following SaaS services across one or more companies: Google Workspace (G Suite), Box, Office 365, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and GitHub Enterprise.
  • 2 years as the administrator ("Super Admin" or similar) of Google Cloud Platform in a production environment. Experience would include managing app engine functions, IAM policies, virtual machine instances, firewalls, reporting, and auditing.
  • An exceptionally good rapport with end-users. This requires the ability to make novice users comfortable asking for help and also to give experienced users confidence in their abilities to handle requests that challenge them.
