The Position

We seek a highly motivated Project Manager to add to our core team who will be responsible for stewarding large, complex projects to success. The right candidate will work closely with our team, partners, and clients, using a consultative approach. You should have basic technical knowledge of web and user-centered design and be eager to learn more. You'll play a key role in software development projects by leading and coordinating communication, schedules, and expectations.

As a project manager, you'll be responsible for the success of each project. This includes managing budgets, tracking progress, and addressing risks. You'll be hands-on with projects, assigning tasks, testing user experience and functionality, and resolving issues.

We value process improvement, so you'll streamline workflows to ensure projects run smoothly. Planning and organization are essential, and you should be comfortable with spreadsheets and calendars. You should be a strong communicator, a curious problem-solver, and a self-starter who seeks to understand the details.

You'll collaborate with a team across the U.S. and South America.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of projects by communicating with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers.
• Create and update project tickets, schedule and manage resource time, and oversee weekly timesheets using project management tools.
• Communicate with clients to set and manage budget and timeline expectations, provide status reports, and handle ad hoc requests.
• Organize and schedule projects using project management software to ensure timely delivery and efficient workflow.
• Balance the needs of the business, team, and clients on projects to ensure alignment and success.
• Conduct retrospective surveys and meetings to continuously improve processes and outcomes.

• Familiarity with technical development and/or product management.

Experience & Training

• 1-3 years of experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience in an agency environment preferred, but not required.

Salary Range

• $65k - $75k

The Position

We are looking to hire a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong focus on visual design. In this role, you will create stunning interfaces and high-fidelity prototypes that enhance user experiences and meet our clients' goals. While extensive UX experience isn't required, we value candidates who excel in interactive design and can help us evolve our portfolio to reach a broader audience.

The right candidate has a passion for well-craftedinterfaces and enjoys collaborating, communicating, and leading effectively with both internal team members and client stakeholders. You are genuinely curious about a myriad of subjects and love to understand both clients and their business. You enjoy and have an eye for good design as well as a desire to work efficiently. Above all, you are a very strong communicator, curious problem-solver, and motivated self-starter. The position requires an understanding of how the web works, and how to design for content management systems and/or digital products.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peers to design high quality digital products and websites.
• Create visual design compositions and system design elements as a visual designer for internal, pro bono, and client projects.
• Articulate complex ideas through documentation like sketches, wireframes, design compositions, or prototypes.
• Present and contribute to strategic, design, and user-centered functionality discussions in client meetings with support from senior designers.
• Aid business development efforts by providing high quality design work.

You have experience with:

• Basic to advanced knowledge of UI methodologies.
• Ability to create high fidelity design layouts and prototypes based on wireframes and low-fi prototypes with a medium level of support from senior to director members of the team.
• Presenting and participating in strategic, design, and user-centered functionality discussions in client meetings.
• Basic knowledge of UX methodologies.
• Creating wireframes based on user research and information architecture.
• Building low-fi prototypes based on provided wireframes to be used in user testing.

You care about:

• Learning and building with new technologies or processes.
• Reading blogs, articles, and tutorials to stay abreast of industry trends.
• Building tools or designing to develop new skills and market new company competencies.

Education and Training

• 3-5 years of experience and thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Agency experience preferred, but not required.
