About the Role:  

As we continue to expand, we're on the lookout for a talented Product Manager – User Experience to bolster our global product department. About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing communication strategies that enhance our brand presence and expand our position as a leading people development platform. What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• A university degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the B2B sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
• English speaker (Native level) – additional languages (particularly German) are a bonus.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Que feras-tu concrètement ?

• Gérer un portefeuille de projets existants : suivi et analyse des KPIs, anticipation et identification des besoins clients, résolution des problématiques clients, reporting et suivi proactif grâce à l’analyse des données.
• Assurer un suivi continu et proactif de tes comptes clients et mettre en place des stratégies efficaces pour assurer succès et satisfaction aux différentes étapes des projets.

About the role

• Turn data and touchpoints from the entire marketing funnel into real business

What we’re looking for:  

• A university degree in economics or similar background
• SaaS/Software sales experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a similar role in B2B Sales- ideally 2-3 years exp.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent quantitative skills, an analytical and data-driven mindset, and a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating.
• Proficiency in using social media tools, Excel and CRM´s
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, MixPanel, KISSMetrics or others
• Understand and work with data driven prospecting campaigns is a great plus

• Fluent German (native speaker or C2)

Werde Teil unseres Teams als System Administrator (m/w/x) in unserem Büro in München

Über die Position:

Als Systemadministrator (m/w/x) entwickelst du die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur weiter und setzt dabei moderne Cloud- und Virtualisierungstechnologien ein. • Erfahrungen in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise in mittelgroßen internationalen Unternehmen.

Join Our Team as a Senior Accountant  

We are seeking a general ledger accountant to help shape the future of our Finance department at Speexx. Working alongside our small but mighty team of three accountants, you will have the freedom to own your projects, collaborate across departments and business units, and delve deeper into the dynamic field of finance. Whether based at our HQ in Munich or working remotely, you'll experience an open culture where curiosity is everything. What you'll do 

• Handle the monthly financial closing process of the holding company, ensuring we deliver accurate financial reports that comply with local GAAP regulations. 
• Support in the preparation of annual financial statements and liaise with auditors. 
• Manage the cashflow, including forecasting and monitoring to assure we always have enough liquidity to meet our obligations.  
• Work on new accounting projects and implement new tools that help advance the continuous improvement of the financial processes. 
• Cooperate with local accountants of our international subsidiaries to prepare consolidated financial statements and work on process transformation projects. 
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making. 

What we’re looking for  

• Proven track record and experience in accounting, ideally with mid-sized international companies. 
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present financial data. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Familiarity with any accounting ERP and consolidation tools:  Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or LucaNet considered a plus 
• English language skills; German or other languages a plus
• Having experience in an audit or consulting firm is a plus
