What You Will Do

  • Translate scientific data workflows into a solution leveraging the Tetra Data Platform
  • Own, scope, prototype, and implement solutions ranging from:
    • Programmatically interrogate proprietary instrument output file
    • Data structure design using JSON schemas
    • Python-based parser development
    • Lab software (e.g. ELN/LIMS) integration via APIs
    • Data visualization in Python (using frameworks like Jupyter Notebooks or Streamlit and plotting tools like hvplot or bokeh) and/or BI tools (like Tableau, Spotfire, PowerBI)
  • Interview customers to understand key scientific and business requirements
  • Work with customers to test and ensure a solution fulfills their requirements and solves their need
  • Real-time problem solving by quickly internalizing customer needs or feedback, synthesizing the results, and proposing solutions
  • Proactively communicate implementation progress and deliver demos to customer stakeholders
  • Lead sprint-planning and prioritization for your use case or account
  • Facilitate internal project retrospective meetings and identify areas of improvement or productizable components
  • Assist product team to build and prioritize roadmap by understanding customers’ pain points within and outside Tetra Data Platform
  • >5 years leveraging Python for scripting, automation, data analysis, data engineering, and/or data science
  • >3 years in life sciences, whether at the bench in Biopharma, bioinformatics, or in the vendor space
  • Ability to quickly understand a highly technical product and effectively communicate with product management and engineering

What You Will Do

As Manager of Product Marketing at TetraScience, you will play a key role creating product messaging, pricing/packaging, sales tools and customer-facing content to communicate the value of Tetrascience's category-defining Tetra Scientific Data and AI Cloud. You will be responsible for developing targeted messaging for key technical personas, including IT, Data Engineers and Data Scientists. You will maintain detailed knowledge of the TetraScience Data Platform and full-stack, and ensure we effectively articulate the capabilities, differentiation, and business value of TetraScience solutions through all channels to the above personas to drive new business and existing customer expansion. This position will work cross-functionally to help bring together Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering and Partners.

  • Product messaging and positioning:Develop core messaging and positioning to succinctly describe the category, product capabilities and unique platform value to technical audiences, including IT and Data teams.
  • Product pricing and packaging: Develop, maintain and evolve new pricing/packaging models to sell the full value of TetraScience’s platform and full-stack solution offerings. Collaborate with Sales to test and refine models based on  customer feedback and market insights, ensuring alignment with value delivery. 
  • Sales and Partner enablement: Enable and equip the direct sales force and partners with crucial sales tools, live training and resources that allows them to communicate the platform’s technical capabilities and value to customers. Create technical content like demos (with Enablement), presentations and FAQs to assist in the sales process.
  • Campaigns and Content: Work closely with Demand Gen to define campaign strategies consistent with core messaging pillars. Deliver customer-facing technical marketing content (e.g. whitepapers, , ROI calculators, blogs, white papers, solution briefs, eBooks, website copy, videos, and webinars) that attracts and engages our target personas while fueling broader marketing programs. 
  • Launches: Support product launches and updates for both internal and external audiences. Coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of launches.
  • Competitive Intelligence:Be deeply knowledgeable of key competitors’ strengths/weaknesses and reasons for competitive wins/losses (including in-house or custom development) and create tools that enable Sales to successfully beat the competition.

What You Have Done

  • Deeply technical with professional experience in data product and modern data stack.
  • Strong capability for synthesizing information to coherent framework and decision making
  • 5+ years of data/cloud product marketing experience (or related experience in product management, solutions architect) in a software/technology environment

What You Will Do

The TetraScience Senior Program Manager will report to the Professional Servicesteam and will be responsible for the management of implementations and services of the Tetra Data Platform for new clients. This entails oversight throughout each project to ensure TetraScience meets or exceeds client expectations in a continuous improvement environment.

  • The Senior Program Manager responsibilities will include the following: client/internal project kick-off meetings, client update meetings, resource planning, timeline and deliverables management, oversight to financial aspects of services and project closure.
  • The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are managed to the clients’ expectations.
  • The Senior Program Manager will manage clients on scope and change requests, project governance, and identify and mitigate risk.
  • 5+ years of Program Management experience in a Professional Services setting, implementing complex technical solutions.
  • 5+ years of Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or Enterprise software experience.
  • Demonstrated capability to effectively engage in C-level relationships, in a client facing role.
  • Measurable past performance of efficiently managing the delivery and support of multiple simultaneous projects by leveraging project management tools.

Ideal If You Have

  • Deep experience in Life Sciences and Pharma workflows, especially surrounding drug design and development, biologics, automation, or new modalities.

What You Will Do

What You Will Do

As a Senior Technical Program Manager at TetraScience, you will play a critical role in driving the successful delivery of our products and services. You will leverage your technical expertise and program management skills to lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex projects. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including engineering, product management, go-to-market, and customer success to drive projects to completion.

What You Will Do

TetraScience is currently looking for an Accounting Manager who can take much of the day-to-day accounting operations off the Controller's plate and help drive advancements with processes through accounting technologies. You must be analytically inclined and data-driven to develop strategies and processes to manage the complexity of a fast-growing software business where priorities can change quickly. You should also enjoy problem solving, have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive, and have the desire to constantly exceed expectations. As a person with strong ASC 606 experience, you will be expected to work daily with sales team personnel and others as needed. You will interact closely with all levels of management, staff and outside service providers and assist the Controller with employee development.

TetraScience is on a mission to bring key elements of the research and scientific process into the digital age via our proprietary, SaaS-based product suite. Responsibilities include:

  • Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including GL, and assist the team working through all the accounting issues
  • Complete month-end close entries, to include but not limited to Journal preparation, account reconciliations, running the Close process in NetSuite, and produce financial reports
  • Significant participation and responsibility with Commissions
  • Assist with analytical review of financial statement accounts by researching actuals when inquiries are made
  • Establish and implement procedures necessary to maintain and improve accounting processes with the objective of streamlining to optimize efficiencies and maximize accuracy
  • Under the direction of Controller, lead annual financial audits
  • Prepare detailed analysis and schedules in compliance with accounting standards of ASC 606
  • Tax reporting and filing using Avalara
  • Ad hoc proiects as required

Must Have

  • Solid understanding of GAP with 7+ years of relevant experience
  • 7+ years of working within SaaS industry and revenue recognition experience
  • Ability to interact effectively and work collaboratively with accounting team members as well as cross functionally
  • Experience with financial statement preparation and analvsis
  • Ability to adapt and comfortable within an environment with changing assignments and multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines

What You Will Do

  • Research data acquisition strategy for scientific lab instrumentation
  • Research and productionize file parsers for instrument output files (.xlsx, .pdf, .txt, .raw, .fid, many other vendor binaries)
  • Design and build data models and the corresponding data pipelines, unit tests, integration tests, and reusable utility functions
  • Cross-analyze instrument data with the same instrument type or scientific workflow to design common data model components.
