About the Role (your why)  

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of integration platforms, techniques and approaches along with general application development & cloud architecture methodologies and a proven track record in delivering complex solutions. This role will be pivotal in driving our pre-sales consulting activities, including RFx, discovery, solution design, and estimation for various integration, and application development projects. Pre-Sales Consulting:

  • Lead and participate in client discovery workshops to understand business requirements, technical challenges and provide customers with compelling soltuions
  • Design and architect robust application solutions, aligning with business objectives and technical constraints.
  • Develop compelling technical proposals and presentations to win new business.
  • Provide accurate and timely estimates for project scopes and timelines.

Solution Architecture:

  • Define and document detailed application architecture blueprints, including component diagrams, data flows, and integration points.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges.
  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest application development trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks and methodologies.

Client Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Product Certification Program

  • Design, update and manage our product certification program to ensure the mastery at each level of certification for employees in partnership with subject matter experts.
  • Create and manage a project plan and communication plan for new and/or updated product learning programs and communicate status to stakeholders.  Adhere to deadlines and ensure communications are sent announcing new programs.
  • Report status of certification completions by employees and encourage adoption through internal marketing.

Organizational Development

  • Responsible for core learning programs for individual contributors across the organization; leverage off-the-shelf content and create company specific content as needed.
  • Design and develop learning and development programs, curriculum, and processes aligned to our competencies and business goals for individual contributors across the organization.  
  • Produce and facilitate virtual training programs as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI and assimilate data for metrics reporting.
  • Assist and partner with internal HR team in the design and implementation of programming to support initiatives such as, DEI, etc.
  • Manage vendor delivered courses from contract execution to delivery and evaluation.

Communications & Change Management

  • Manage and write the bi-weekly people newsletter distributed across the organization in collaboration with HR team members.  Incorporate L&D announcements in every issue to communicate visibility of available programs and courses.
  • Manage the HR intranet content in collaboration with internal HR stakeholders to curate and update content on a regular basis.

Other Responsibilities

  • Manage tuition assistance approvals and reimbursement requests as needed. 
  • Maintain an understanding of training trends, developments and industry practices and share knowledge with L&D team.
  • Facilitate new hire orientation for North America new hires occasionally.  Ensure new hires feel welcomed by providing a positive onboarding experience.
  • Partner with our M&A Team to manage the HR onboarding process for newly acquired employees as needed.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in related field

The Principal Consultant on the Offensive Security team is focused on assessing and challenging the security posture across a comprehensive portfolio of clients. The individual will utilize a variety of tools developed and act as a key team member and leader in client engagements. Your Impact

  • Perform red and purple team assessments (with and without industry regulator oversight), assumed breach assessments (red team engagements with a pre-deployed implant), ransomware readiness reviews (assessing susceptibly to modern ransomware threats), threat analysis and social-engineering assessments.
  • Develop scripts, tools, and methodologies to automate and streamline internal processes and engagements. Examples include Terraform and Ansible, custom payload generators / loaders.
  • Conduct cloud penetration testing engagements to assess specific workloads (i.e., AWS, GCP, Azure, containers, or other PaaS and SaaS instances) for vulnerabilities and subsequently attempt to exploit identified weakness after receiving permission from client stakeholders.
  • Lead scoping and services overview conversations with clients for prospective engagements in area of expertise, presenting with credibility and authority, clearly articulating various testing approaches and methodologies to audiences ranging from highly technical to executive personnel
  • Determines processes and procedures to be followed on assignments. On large and complex engagements, lead technical workstreams with guidance and oversight as required.

Position Overview
As an Sr. Application Consultant, you will be responsible for the implementation, migration, and ongoing support of Historian systems for various clients. You will work closely with our engineering teams, OT support, and clients to ensure efficient and reliable data management from sensors to enterprise systems. Your work will focus on optimizing performance and ensuring that critical infrastructure operates securely and efficiently. This is an opportunity to leverage your technical expertise while contributing to the growth and success of an innovative MSP serving mission-critical sectors.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, Configure, and Implement Historian Systems: Architect, build and deploy new AVEVA PI infrastructures for various clients across industries, ensuring proper integration with client systems. This may include scoping client requirements and providing presales consulting.
  • Migration Projects: Execute seamless migration from legacy systems to modern AVEVA PI systems, following best practices for data integrity and system availability.
  • System Integration: Integrate AVEVA PI with existing Operational Technology (OT) systems, including SCADA and DCS, to enable real-time data collection and reporting.
  • Data Management: Configure and manage PI Tags, AF (Asset Framework) hierarchies, event frames, and notifications for efficient data flow and visualization.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Consultant, your responsibilities will include standard project execution and client service activities, focused on IT compliance assessments (e.g., SOC 2 and ISO engagements).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute various IT compliance assessments (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other similar engagements), under the direction of a member of the management team
  • Perform IT compliance testing for various IT compliance assessments, under the direction of a member of the management team 
  • Create agendas for IT compliance assessments
  • Perform IT compliance testing under the direction of the management team 
  • Communicate effectively to the management team, prior to, during, and post fieldwork (i.e., testing phase)
  • Review manager’s planning meeting minutes, and prepare as appropriate for meetings 
  • Prepare testing lead sheets throughout the project 
  • Review evidence uploaded by the client for appropriateness
  • Provide feedback regarding appropriateness of evidence uploaded by the client
  • Provide detailed project status reports weekly to management 
  • Organize client information on A-LIGN’s Shared Drive 
  • Proactively communicate any potential issues to the management team

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of experience in IT audit, preferably with the Big 4 or a mid-tier audit/consulting firm
  • Knowledge of various IT compliance standards including SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI
  • Experience using Microsoft Office suite including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel

As an Adoption Consultant, you will be responsible for understanding the customer’s strategic objectives, establishing a baseline of their current measurement methods, and executing 6sense use cases that align with these goals. You will own the activation of each use case and make a positive impact to the customer’s onboarding experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Quarterback project delivery, with engagements spanning across the customer lifecycle, including implementation of 6sense use cases from inception to launch
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project plan, progress, and risks
  • Understand customer’s strategic priorities and how they track and measure initiatives to achieve ideal outcomes
  • Work with customer to identify end to end workflow and translate them into business and technical requirements
  • Identify the strategic impact of use cases on the customer’s business and help prioritize them to meet business objectives, with the goal of generating positive ROI
  • Partner with internal 6sense teams to proactively resolve issues and ensure on-time delivery across programs
  • Assist in driving product adoption post-onboarding

  • Work closely with sales team to ensure implementation expectations are set accurately
