Job Description:
As a Data Analyst with our Data Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and synchronization of the data we provide to our clients and integrated partners. You will perform detailed triage and root cause analysis for data issues found during file validation processes or for issues reported by customers, internal teams, and integrated partners. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating fixes or improvements to data issues through partnership with engineering, configuration, and customer support/management teams and occasional direct customer contact.

Examine data in a graphical format to obtain insight regarding the information within the
data
· Conduct ongoing reviews of clinical trial data using various technologies, analytic and
visualization tools to monitor the quality of data, patient safety and relevant risks as per the
Risk Log for the study. This may include review via data listings, study specific eCRF and
aggregated data through ePremier tools
· Is responsible for monitoring site performance, data trending related to quality and site
performance and escalation of those sites not meeting expectations through the regular use
of ePremier data visualization tools
· Utilize their previous central monitoring experience and provide input to the development
and update of the Risk Log for assigned projects
· Represent Clinical Data as the Lead on the study project team to develop the escalation path
and action plan when risks are identified in the data for assigned projects
· Liaise with and maintains effective and timely communication with all team members and documents all communication; attends routine project team calls to discuss findings as appropriate · Anticipate potential issues and resolve through potential action plans and documents corrective actions · Review the effectiveness of the recommended actions and escalate for further appropriate actions if no effect is first observed · Provide direction to site monitors along with the Clinical Lead, for additional remote and on-site monitoring activities for sites at risk, within the scope of the trial monitoring and clinical management plans · Serve as resource to study sites in resolving queries and/or other identified data collection issues · Perform remote/phone visits, as required per the CMP and contracted services · Build efficiencies and the overall value of the Clinical Data role and Risk Based Study Execution process at Premier · Serve as Premier’s in-house expert on assigned projects (for example, patient enrollment, data status, and other site metrics) · Serve as a trainer/mentor to Clinical Data Analyst I & II levels

Landing Zone, a project at InnovateEDU, provides school districts with a comprehensive cloud-based data infrastructure through the implementation of an Ed-Fi Operational Data Store (ODS), data mart for analytics in Google BigQuery, and the necessary data workflows in Apache Airflow to connect previously siloed, disparate educational data systems. Landing Zone simplifies a district's process to implement an Ed-Fi ODS, connecting Ed-Fi certified data sources and consuming non-Ed-Fi certified data once it has been aligned to the standard. This project heavily focuses on data engineering, backend work, dev ops, and data analytics tools to verify data.

Job Overview:
Beam is seeking an experienced Data Analyst II who is passionate about enhancing financial stability and social mobility for Americans.
The data team at Beam is small but mighty. We are seeking an experienced data analyst who wants to add value across multiple teams, including but not limited to Operations, Product, Design, Reporting products, and Data Infrastructure. The ideal candidate for this role has worked with similar organizations in a data function and has technical expertise applying SQL and Python and/or R to analytics and data problems. They should have experience with building data products (e.g. dashboards) from start to finish, including requirements gathering, pipeline design, prototyping and automation. At Beam, we value stewardship and solutions, so this candidate should have a strong sense of ownership and independence.
We are building a robust data analytics suite on an AWS toolset. Tools we use include RDS, S3, Glue, and Redshift. We are building our data viz out in Glean and we work with Heap for product analytics. Familiarity with these or similar tools is preferred.

The salary range for this position has been benchmarked in relation to the scope of the role, market rate, company stage, and internal equity. The salary for this role will be between $90,000 - $110,000. Where a candidate falls within the band is determined by skillset, experience level, and geographic location.
