Job Description

Why is this role important to us? 

Customer Experience Consultant is engaging the customer in a post-sales environment to help companies build effective and positive interaction with end-users, utilizing Infobip solutions. Working with the rest of the Services Engineering team, this person will focus on conversation design domain and how to expand the CX Consulting portfolio by putting concepts in practice and help scale this globally. He/she will be responsible for designing effective and engaging conversational experiences that match voice of the brand by applying user-centric design methodologies.

Lastly, our CX Consultant must have a passion for helping customers find creative ways to run their businesses more effectively. By guiding the customer through the co-creation process to value outcomes, they will boost customer satisfaction, sales, profitability, and retention. Finding new ways to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers continually is a top priority.

With the this role comes knowledge sharing responsibility! This person will mentor other team members and contribute to their development and act as a "go-to" CX consultive expert on the company level.

Qualifications

You are the right person for us if you have:  

  • Previous experience in conversational design/ customer experience/digital marketing.
  • Direct experience in driving digital growth in customer service, CRM, marketing is a plus.
  • You can talk with different teams, understand technical aspect as well to provide seamless handover to implementation teams.
  • You understand Agile methodologies and concepts.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing and shifting priorities.
  • You are continually learning and challenging yourself about new technologies and use cases from different industries.
  • You take a proactive and creative approach to attend to clients' needs. 
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and patience.

IBI Group's Portland OR office is in search of an Project Designer to join their team and support their K-12 education projects. We are currently in a work from home model, but you will need to be local to work out of the Portland office, once restrictions are lifted..

Most of the things you’ll work on:

  • Develop designs from concept through design development to contract documents
  • Incorporates applicable codes, construction techniques, and sequences in various projects
  • Functions in the role of assistant project manager with a focus on architectural design and technical aspects
  • Produces design work according to established standards, methods, and quality procedures
  • Coordinates the layout, design, drafting, and specifications produced by other staff members who are part of the project team
  • Assists in developing project staff-hours and planning schedule for phases of the project
  • Supervises and performs site observations
  • Manages and develops assigned team members
  • May participate in marketing and business development efforts

Qualifications

You'll need to have:

Job Description

The contract Senior Designer is responsible for assisting the Creative leads and overseeing designers and junior designers in generating ideas that can be crafted into effective consumer messages.   • Take projects from conception through to completion by developing digital storyboards, completing multiple rounds of revisions, and producing final designs and/or motion graphics, UI/UX, illustrations, 3D content.
  • Delegate and develop the activities and performance of junior creative studio hires as well as provide direction, support and mentorship.
  • Assist in the preparation, review and execution of client pitches and presentations.
  • Participate in various training courses throughout the year to improve communication, problem solving, creative, and critical thinking skills.

Qualifications

  • University or college degree in a relevant discipline such as Graphic Design, Motion Design or Multi-Media Design
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital media advertising organization developing content for large brands and accounts.  Experience with quick service restaurant, financial services and retail advertising an asset.
  • Generates ideas that can successfully be deployed as effective executions.
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of design, colour and typography.
  • Computer photo-retouching and image manipulation skills are also imperative
  • Strong knowledge of ADOBE CS – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, After Effects
  • Some illustration capability is beneficial

You are a natural collaborator and an excellent communicator, able to develop and present design ideas in a team environment. You’ll approach your work from a multidisciplinary, holistic perspective, applying your expertise across the user experience to design complete product solutions.

Designer responsibilities are:

  • Lead and create UX design solutions for projects across multiple digital platforms and screens. Much of our work is for mobile screens and responsive web, but also for proprietary screens (think IoT or kiosks).
  • Analyze user and content requirements, define user flow and information structure, and describe intended user experience through means such as storyboards, experience maps, app/site maps, interactive wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Gather design insights by interpreting user research such as interviews, competitive audits, contextual inquiry, concept testing, and usability testing.
  • Design interaction diagrams, flows, and digital experiences.
  • Excel at the prototyping process, moving quickly from white-boarding to paper to digital and interactive.

Designer requirements are:

  • 5+ years of industry experience with a focus on digital product design, across a variety of platforms including web, mobile web and native apps (iOS and Android).
  • UX foundation to inform and enhance the effectiveness of digital design solutions
  • Highly skilled in Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
  • Can create visual design systems for digital products, including typographic rules, visual hierarchy, color palettes, grid definitions, icons, implementation guides, interaction patterns, and components libraries.
  • Develop detailed design specs and work closely with the development team to guide the implementation of design specifications

The Designer 1 creates accurate network maps, layouts, drawings, and detailed electronic construction prints to meet customer expectations. Essential Position Functions:

  • Create or modify existing HFC and/or fiber designs using Lode Data or other applicable software.
  • Design extensions and complete small system redesigns, in accordance with customer design specifications.
  • Create drafts using AutoCAD, Spatial Net, or other related software.
  • Utilize AutoCAD or other customer specified software to post strand mapping data, complete large fiber designs, and to post fiber designs.
  • Produce consistent, high-quality Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) and/or fiber designs and drafts.
  • Process engineering change orders to ensure that all related work is complete/accurate and that all related documentation is acquired and routed properly.
  • Perform quality checks on field mapping notes and/or map digitizing received from others to ensure that all drafting specifications and RF design specifications have been met.
  • Perform quality control checks on all designs to verify powering specifications have been met.
  • Provide necessary information to construction or maintenance team on a timely basis, including strand maps, design maps, and BOM's or digital files.
  • Maintain high level production rates to meet/exceed customer expectations.
  • Learn new software and adapt to new technology when required.
  • Ability to work to project completion, against aggressive deadlines.

Education and/or Experience:

About This Job:

This is a dynamic design job - each day will be different and you’ll be constantly challenged to create new and exciting visual products. You will play a key role in conceptualizing and creating assets for our hundreds of thousands of readers. This role will also support our marketing teams, bringing to life a wide variety of design needs for groundbreaking client activations. You will be instrumental in building and driving visual excitement around everything that we do: making people feel good every day.

About You:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally at a media company or marketing agency
  • An available online portfolio of your previous work demonstrating seasonal, event and/or brand campaigns across multiple touchpoints
  • Proven experience creating detailed and thoughtful illustrations
  • Strong experience in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Keynote and video/motion experience is a plus!
  • Deep understanding of design principles, trends, and best practices across social, digital and print
  • Ability to translate ideas into visual designs and thoughtfully incorporate feedback
  • Conviction in your work and a keen attention to detail
  • Curious and excited to continually learn and grow

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own creation of visual assets across Newsette and Newland projects
  • Collaborate closely with editorial, marketing, sales, and client teams to conceptualize and design amazing assets
  • Work with the design team to ensure cohesive brand experiences and adherence to design systems
  • Design requests can vary to custom logo takeover illustrations to magazine design to visualizing on-site experiences to social graphic designs

Mission: 

As a Junior Designer you will create visual communication assets to convey messages in an effective and aesthetically pleasing manner. You will be working alongside an Art Director, together conceptualising and developing visual ideas to transport a certain message or aspect. Work will span diverse touch points throughout the whole IOTA ecosystem, including but not limited to marketing material (digital and print), social media media assets (images, illustrations, diagrams, animated contente, etc), content/assets for proof of concepts, websites, applications, material describing products and services, user interfaces for websites and microsites, (mobile) application UI’s, etc.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide design support and thinking in presentations, strategic documents, corporate communication
  • Develop visual content for IOTA and its surrounding products, including presentations, documents, technical illustrations and Social Media communication assets, user interfaces, proof-of-concept applications, etc.
  • Concepting and finalizing Brand Design, UI Design & Logos
  • Developing design guidelines, standards, and best practices


Requirements


Your Personality


  • Superb design skills supported by the ability to translate messages into visuals

Your  Expertise


  • At least 3 years of experience in design both in web and print is required
