What you will do:

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our data warehouse and governance policies to ensure scalability and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights that can be efficiently productized.
• Design, develop, operationalize, and maintain the data models, both logic, physical and conceptual to support various business use cases.

Your background & requirements:

• 4+ years of experience leading data architecture initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable data warehouses and governance policies.
• Expertise in SQL and proficiency in data modeling and design. Experience having integrated NoSQL systems as part of a broader data architecture.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes, data integration, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience with data governance tools and practices.
• Experience building data platforms using python, AWS, Airflow, dbt, and data warehouses.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and CCDA.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA.
• Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The salary range for this position is $160,000 to $185,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. • Coordinate with DBA and developers to manage SQL and NOSQL database systems, including MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Postgres, MySQL and others
• Managing message bus systems such as Kafka and Pulsar

You have:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience of managing cloud based production environment (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc)
• Highly experienced working in the Linux environment, good scripting in Bash / Python.
• Highly experienced working configuration management systems like Puppet, OpsCode Chef, Ansible, etc.
• Strong experience in Terraform, CloudFormation or other IAC
• Experienced in SQL, including DDL and complex queries
• Experienced working in the Kubernetes platform
• Experience working in a microservices architecture using a message bus
• Good knowledge of CI/CD pipelines orchestrators like TeamCity, Jenkins, Gitlab.
• Highly motivated and independent.
• Team player and excellent interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• BS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A strong background in cloud, network and application security and compliance
• Experience with GPT or other LLMs a strong advantage

Your impact

As a Security Engineer - Platform Security, you will:

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate robust security features directly into our platform.
• Design and implement advanced tooling and processes to comprehensively monitor and secure our platform infrastructure.
• Facilitate cross-team efforts among Cloud and Data Platform engineering groups to enhance security without compromising development speed.
• Develop and implement security processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate security risks across our AI products.
• Design and Implement Just-In-Time (JIT) and role-based access controls to safeguard our production environment and customer data effectively.
• Craft and apply a strategic cloud and infrastructure security framework, contributing to the program's strategic direction and roadmap.
• Engage in proactive collaboration with diverse teams, from full-stack developers to ML engineers and data scientists, ensuring the integration of security best practices into every phase of the development lifecycle.
