Essential Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Support and lead the end-to-end video production process  
  • Coordinate and manage video shoots on location, with travel required for both local and distant locations, including overnight stays and air travel when necessary 
  • Work with video subjects in preparation for production  
  • Assist with the development of scripts  
  • Make recommendations for improvements with equipment, software, and production needs 
  • Maintain and manage all video files and raw footage

  • Ensuring every video asset resonates with our audience and drives sales.
  • Leading a team of 5 video editors, videographers, and media specialists who know how to create content that sells Sells SELLS!!!
  • Conducting regular team reviews, offering feedback and opportunities for growth, while ensuring every video tells a compelling story and exceeds our KPI’s.
  • Overseeing video and photo shoots from start to finish, managing everything from pre-production to post-production to ensure consistent branding and impactful storytelling that connects with the viewers and persuades them to take action.
  • Managing location shoots, ensuring the right equipment (cameras, lighting, audio) is used to capture the perfect shot.
  • Staying on top of timelines, resources, and budgets to make sure projects are delivered on time and within scope—no surprises.
  • Leading the creation of testimonial videos and other content that builds customer trust and credibility.
  • Design split tests.  Then analyze  performance metrics to continually improve video and graphic content, making everything more effective.
  • Keeping up with industry trends and innovations, always looking for fresh ways to elevate content and capture attention.
  • Above all, understanding our customers and ensuring every piece of content delivers value and keeps them coming back.

This job might be for you if you’ve got…

  • 5+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphic animation. We’ll expect to be wowed by your portfolio. 
  • 3+ years of experience in leading and managing teams—you’re not just a doer; you’re a proven leader who knows how to guide a media team to create assets that sell products or services. 
  • A yoda-like knowledge of DaVinci Resolve and Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)—if these tools are second nature to you, we want to talk.
  • Experience working with Frame.io, Studio Binder, and Miro.
  • Solid graphic design skills—you’ve got the eye and the talent to make visuals pop.
  • A background in digital marketing & e-commerce.You’re not just a videographer—you’re a salesperson with a camera! You understand how video assets play a role in sales letters, funnels, and paid media ads. If you need to Google "CTR" or don’t know what a VSL is, this job isn’t for you.
  • A solid grasp of budgetingand finance basics—you can keep projects on track and on budget.

We are searching for a Photo Editor to help bring our brand’s story to life through stunning visuals! What you'll be doing:

Photo Retouching and Editing

  1. Retouches photography assets for digital and print needs, which include complex digital composing, clipping, color correcting, and liquifying, among other skills.
  2. Executes complex edits to meet specific branding and design requirements; supports ongoing marketing efforts and integrated marketing campaigns.
  3. Exhibits expert working knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, and/or Capture One, including but not limited to: layers, color tools, and white balance.
  4. Coordinates with creative partners and/or external vendors to execute photography from pre-production to post-production while meeting tight deadlines
  5. Manages multiple projects at any given time and maintains organization during the process.

Digital Asset Management Coordination

  1. Assists in organizational needs, which include inputting metadata and keywords, working within templates, specific cropping, resizing, and exporting for cross-functional sharing.
  2. Uploads imagery to the digital asset management tool, including inputting metadata, tagging information, curating photo collections, and organizing assets for cross-functional team use.
  3. Troubleshoots missing/incorrect website imagery.
  4. Remains accountable for daily timelines using shot lists and designated project management tools, tying to our annual roadmap schedule.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

What you bring to the table:   

  • An online portfolio with your application that reflects your experience, specifying which work was created 100% by you vs. by a team.

  • College undergraduate or at least two (2) years college in photography, multimedia, or an art/design field.

  • Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of professional photo retouching experience.

  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.

  • Experience with a DAM platform and project management platform.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

  • Highly organized, flexible, and able to deliver with quick turnaround times 

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Widen, Figma, ClickUp, and/or Capture One. 

Location: The Photo Editor position is a work-from-home position for Balsam International Unlimited Philippine ROHQ in Manila. Team members in the Philippines are located within Metro Manila, Bataan, Batangas, Bulacan, Cavite, Laguna, Pampanga, Rizal, and Tarlac areas only.

Our must-haves:

  • Must be open to joining some face-to-face gatherings, like our monthly functional meetings and quarterly teamwide events.
  • Must have a back-up laptop or desktop for use, if primary laptop encounters issues.

About the role

We are looking for an inspiring Store Design, Project Manager to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract, who will be managing key store design projects for the UK region. This involves managing projects from initial briefing and creative concept, right the way through to store opening! This role is all about delivering an exceptional Charlotte Tilbury customer experience within cost, timeline and operational requirements.

As a Store Design Project Manager, you will;

  • Ensure design standards and concepts are maintained in all architectural details. You will also be responsible for managing design packs for internal approval, and external /retailer sign off processes.
  • Manage, assist, and develop Charlotte Tilbury consultants, including ME engineers, external PMs, and architects.
  • Understand and interpret DDA and building codes & ensure applied for relevant building applications where applicable e.g. advert consent, as well as assist in development and updates to design standards guidelines.
  • Perform material and detail research with suppliers and consultants for architectural store design elements with consideration to construction standards, maintenance, operations, and procurement needs.
  • Ensure that the execution of assigned projects is in alignment with brand standards, strategy, schedules and budgets.
  • Work closely with the design team to review and obtain approval of manufacture drawings for design integrity and safety standards for assigned projects. Create and manage CPA for store design projects and present updates to the business.
  • Manage the whole store design process from design to execution and after care.
  • Identify and propose solutions to resolve issues that can impact project schedule, cost, or design integrity on multiple projects. Attend installation, monitor standards and quickly resolve snagging.
  • Manage all aspects of project budgets including cost control, purchase order and payment tracking procedures.

  • You will report directly to our wonderful Senior Store Design Project Manager – UK, working alongside some highly creative and talented individuals within our wider VM & Store Design UK team.
  • You will also work cross functionally, with teams such as Commercial, Retail, VM, PR & Global, as well as external suppliers and partners.

  • You have demonstrable experience in a similar role within Project Management in Store Design, alongside experience in managing the approval process for retail stores in all types of environments (Retailer Stores, Free Standing Stores).
  • Extensive knowledge of best practice within the construction industry including accessibility and building codes is a must.
  • You have an exceptional eye for detail and great vision on how to use spaces and commercial opportunities. You are skilled in the visual, written and verbal communication of design issues.

Vous piloterez des campagnes de communication et produirez des contenus pertinents et impactants, tout en garantissant l’image et l’identité visuelle de notre marque. Véritable chef d’orchestre, vous serez l’interface entre de nombreux services et fonctions (marketing, RH, communication interne, équipes métiers…), en France et à l’international. Vous collaborerez également avec divers prestataires (agences de communication, studios de production vidéo, graphistes, freelances…).

Sous la responsabilité de deux Responsables Communication, vos missions incluront :

  • Communication 360° : Vous accompagnerez le déploiement de notre nouvelle marque et l’utilisation de la charte graphique, coordonnerez les campagnes et actualités avec les départements Marketing et Communication, et gérerez les projets de communication corporate en lien avec nos agences créatives et médias. Vous ferez aussi de la veille et un benchmark des concurrents via notre outil de social listening. 
  • Digital : Vous créerez des contenus pour nos réseaux sociaux (création de visuels sur Photoshop et de motion design sur After Effect, et tournages vidéo en interne d'interviews et témoignages), mettrez à jour nos pages web Corporate, déploierez la stratégie d’employee advocacy (gestion de l'outil et formation des collaborateurs), et participerez aux projets digitaux transverses (suivi des campagnes Salesforce, mise à jour de contenus corporate sur l'intranet, suivi des KPI de campagne).

Ce poste requiert une grande adaptabilité et une collaboration quotidienne avec de nombreux services. Vous bénéficierez d’une vision à 360° de la communication dans un environnement BtoB.

Qualifications

Pour accomplir ces missions, vous êtes diplômé d’une école de commerce / école de communication ou d’une formation universitaire en Communication/Marketing, vous avez une première expérience sur un poste similaire en agence de communication ou chez un annonceur.

Autonome et rigoureux(se), vous êtes capable de gérer plusieurs projets en parallèle en priorisant vos tâches et êtes force de proposition. A l’aise à l’oral et doté(e) d’un excellent sens relationnel, vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe et implication.

Vous connaissez les réseaux sociaux, les outils de social media monitoring et listening et vous êtes familier avec la Suite Adobe (notamment Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effect) ou souhaitez monter en compétences sur ces sujets. Visibrain (outil de social listening) Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (a minima le Pack Office), êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance rédactionnelle. Votre orthographe est irréprochable et vous avez un niveau d’anglais opérationnel.

Vous avez une sensibilité créative et êtes passionné(e) par les enjeux de la communication d’entreprise. Curieux(se), vous vous tenez informé(e) des tendances et actualités du secteur
