The Internal Communications Specialist will play a key role in writing, editing and managing our brand messaging on internal channels. The successful candidate will be someone who excels at relationship building and collaboration, plans strategically and executes effectively while managing multiple projects at a time. Must be able to work with a globally based team and bring a positive attitude and fresh perspectives. 

In this role, you will:
  • Manage the corporate internal communications calendar to ensure proactive communication planning and campaign execution.
  • Develop internal communication campaigns with touchpoints including email, intranet articles and pages, Viva Engage and digital signage in global offices.
  • Write and edit content for internal channels including emails and intranet articles.
  • Assume ownership of the company intranet, including overall structure, page design and layout and strategy. Work closely with page owners to drive consistent process for developing and maintaining content for their pages.
  • Organize and execute upon logistics for companywide Global All Hands events.
  • Coordinate planning, development and storage of corporate assets including documentation, digital banners, photos, employee quotes, etc...
  • Collaborate with multiple areas of the business including IT, Design, the People Team and ERGs.
  • Partner with the Content Team to copyedit marketing assets on an as-needed basis.
Your Background: 
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, computer science, or a related discipline
  • At least two years of proven experience in a corporate, communications/marketing environment or agency setting
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a finely honed attention to detail
  • Creativity and ability to write compelling content
  • Experience in digital marketing, content development and/or copywriting, a plus
  • A self-starter with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Flexibility to adapt and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to take direction and receive feedback
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively in a global environment

    • Review and assessment of target’s contract management function, highlighting key differences.
    • Identification of contracts with common suppliers providing the same products and services, highlighting consolidation opportunities
    • Identification of contracts requiring critical attention, such as deadlines for a notice to a supplier about contract renewal or termination intentions
    • Identification of key and important contracts with potentially problematic clauses, such as: assignment limitations, change of control consequences, exclusivity rights.

    Your background:

    • Law degree from a reputable university.  
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a commercial lawyer, preferably in the IT industry
    • In-house experience in a fast-paced, business and results-oriented and team-based environment.

    As a Contracts Administrator, Senior you will join our legal team and support our sales operations in India.     • Provide guidance and support to sales teams and other internal stakeholders on contract-related matters, such as contract interpretation, risk assessment, and escalation processes.
    • Assist in the review and response to questionnaires, RFPs and RFQs.
    • Maintain and update contract templates, playbooks, and other tools and resources to facilitate contract management and standardization.
    • Manage the storage and retrieval of completed contracts and related documentation using contract lifecycle management systems and other tools.
    • Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the contracts function.

    Your background:

    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the creation, negotiation, administration, and monitoring of technology-related agreements, and in the use of related automation tools and products
    • In-house experience in the IT industry is essential, ideally in the software sector.

    The Key Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners and customers, promoting and selling Progress Software solutions - Flowmon, Kemp LoadMaster, and WhatsUp Gold - to meet sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, proactively reaching out to potential customers, providing basic technical support and advice during the deployment and use of solutions, and preparing sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

    In this role, you will:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and customers. Identify their needs and provide optimal solutions for their business.

    • Actively promote and sell Progress Software solutions, specifically Flowmon, Kemp LoadMaster, and WhatsUp Gold, to meet or exceed sales targets.

    • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers and partners. Proactively reach out to potential customers and present the value of offered solutions.

    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement business strategies that will support sales growth and increase market share.

    • Provide basic technical support and advice to customers during the deployment and use of Flowmon, Kemp LoadMaster, and WhatsUp Gold solutions. Work with the technical team to address more complex technical inquiries and issues.

    • Regularly prepare sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

    Your background:

    • Secondary education or higher.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with key decision-makers at all levels.

    • Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level.

    • Proactive approach, ability to work independently and as part of a team, customer-oriented and results-driven.

    Additionally, it would be beneficial if you have:

    • A degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field

    In this position, you will provide legal support to the company’s global purchasing of products and services.     • Ensure compliance with US and international laws and regulations dealing with privacy and data protection in relation to the company’s engagement with vendors, suppliers and sub-processors.
    Your background:
    • A qualified attorney admitted to practice in Bulgaria and a member of local Bar(s) in good standing.
    • 5 or more years of experience with drafting and negotiating contracts, including technology and technology related contracts.
    • Experience in international environment and working with international vendors and contracts.
    • Working knowledge of data privacy and security requirements.
    • In-house experience with a publicly traded company and/or demonstrated knowledge of best practice internal controls, procedures, risk surveillance, dispute management and escalation (experience in the IT industry is desired).
    • Excellent oral and written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills

      Requirements

      What you will do:
       
      Report into and serve as a co-pilot to a PBP Director to:
       
      • Identify proactively the manager's or team's needs based on a combination of conversations, business meetings, and data, and demonstrate the ability to connect the dots to diagnose issues, create aligned action plans, and influence long-term solutions and outcomes. 
      • Be a trusted partner to senior leaders (can include senior managers, directors, and above) to strengthen their leadership style, create highly effective leadership teams within each function, and develop current and future leaders in their teams. 
      • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute best practices that promote employee engagement, foster high-performing teams, create interventions, and advise on organizational changes supporting their team strategy and optimization needs (ex., Leadership team health assessment, succession planning, and development).
      • Partner with senior leaders on compensation planning and other headcount planning needs and assessments.
      • Work on Director and Sr. Director promotions and support the hiring of Director and above, including creating onboarding plans for Director and Sr. Director.
      • Own administrative processes that include but are not limited to Praise, Jobvite, and Workday approvals for the functions this role supports. 
      • Work with the PBP Director and Legal on Reduction in Force (RIF), organizational design changes, and building business justifications.
