The Product 

Sitefinity Insightan end user Marketing Analytics product which delivers actionable insights for Digital Marketers based on huge amounts of behavioral and demographic data collected from the site visitors. It is a Software as a Service (SaaS) solution deployed in Azure dealing with hundreds of data points per second, API queries executed in milliseconds and proven 99.98% up-time. Sitefinity Insight is an integral part of our Sitefinity CMS product and Progress DX platform. 
 
Please note that this is a temporary position with an approximate duration of 1 - 1,5 years. 

What you will be doing most of the time:

  • Get familiar with feature requirements and provide feedback on them   
  • Prepare test cases based on feature requirements and specifications   
  • Use various testing techniques to verify features and fixes are correctly implemented   
  • Develop automated tests   
  • Monitor and maintain test environments as well as the overall quality of the product 
What we are looking for: 
  • Solid QA experience
  • Proficient in software development (code reading/writing, design, debugging)
  • Experience with C#, JavaScript, TypeScript
  • Expertise in developing acceptance criteria, test plans, cases and test automation
  • Skilled in testing modern web applications and services
  • A friendly, creative team player who is enthusiastic about learning new things
  • Familiarity with agile processes (Scrum, etc.)

About the role:

About you:    
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT, preferably in a user support role
  • Operating systems troubleshooting skills (Windows and macOS)
  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, Office365
  • Good level of understanding of networking basics like DHCP, DNS, IP subnetting, Wi-Fi technologies
  • Good hardware knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.

As part of the team, you will:  
  • Strategize, execute, and optimize data-driven demand generation & ABM campaigns and be responsible for achieving the goals for reach, engagement, leads and pipeline.
  • Lead the cross-functional tactical planning and alignment between the Go-to-Market teams (Product Marketing, Technology Relations, Field Marketing and Sales) to design multi-channel campaigns that support the Go-to-Market strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Go-to-Market teams to ensure the execution, measurement, reporting and results of the marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor the sales-marketing funnel performance for Sitefinity to make recommendations on areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on monitoring lead volume, quality, follow up process, conversion rates, etc. to identify opportunities to increase lead to deal conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with PMK to ensure input needed by tactical teams is ready and available: information on the target personas, product messaging and key assets.
  • Evaluate, propose, and manage outside vendors (e.g., technology partners, data providers, agencies) to support successful execution of marketing activities.
  
You have experience and skills in the following areas:  
  • 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering campaigns that engage and convert
  • 2+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience
  • Professional background within the content management systems market is considered a big plus
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and 4+ years of experience in managing SEO/SEM, email and/or display and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Experience with leveraging data and insights in the development of marketing plans aligned to the Go-to-Market strategy
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales
  • Experience in handling projects with multiple stakeholders successfully and delivering within timelines.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and 6Sense

Here are some of the challenges you will be dealing with:    

  • Monitor and respond to tickets entered in our internal ticketing system (ServiceNow) or escalate to other HRIS Team members for resolution/prioritization 
  • Create, maintain, and support a variety of simple reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools and assist in the development of standard reports 
  • Assist People Experience Team members to ensure data integrity through audits. Troubleshoot and correct data issues and help conduct root cause analysis to identify recommendations for preventing similar issues in the future or make corrections where possible 
  • Escalate complex issues to other HRIS staff if needed 
  • Participate in testing and new feature adoption as part of Workday bi-annual releases or other internal releases. 
  • Assist with communication and change management efforts for business-critical Workday processes 

On day one, we will expect you to have:    

  • Functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes, and practices 
  • Some previous experience with Workday or other Human Resources Information Systems is a great advantage 
  • Complimentary educational background in HR, Business Administration or relevant field is a plus 
  • Excellent English language and interpersonal communication skills with a strong customer focus – you should feel confident communicating with various internal stakeholders across the organization. 
  • Process-oriented mindset with effective organizational skills 
  • Solid problem-solving and technical skills with high attention to detail

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to support the productivity and effectiveness of our Go-To-Market teams (Marketing, Sales, Order Management, etc.) and to create and translate the Account Master vision and strategy into a well-defined and prioritized backlog of user stories, with a strong focus on leveraging enterprise applications to enhance the sales journey. Senior Product Owner will lead our Account Master Scrum Team. This team is responsible for the data governance processes so that data is clearly understood, accurate, deduplicated, and metadata is defined. It develops a robust and intuitive salesforce application with appropriate controls, monitoring, and reporting and supports processes to systematically track and resolve data or process issues. The team is involved in the analytics and reporting in Progress BI environment and supports these functions and business processes.         
       
Role Responsibilities:           
  • Interpret our business needs, product strategy and vision to the technical development teams to ensure we build the right applications for the dynamic enterprise go-to-market opportunities.
  • Build user insights into all stages of the planning and execution processes through completing continuous stakeholder research and assessment activities.
  • Ensure continuous validation of features and stories with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Synthesize information across vision, roadmap, and program backlog for the team(s).
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, triaging stakeholder requests, identify user pain points and champion solutions that improve value that users derive from the application(s).
  • Contribute to Enterprise Application Strategy and Roadmap, taking ownership of the Account Master aspects of this roadmap. Presents to stakeholders and end users.
  • Act as the voice of the user to the SAFe Agile team and drafting the team(s) specific objectives for the upcoming Program Increments (PI) and sprints, works with the team to decompose SAFe Agile epics into user stories and provides clarity on scope to aid the team with design and effort estimates
  • Drive Sprint goals and content through prioritized backlog and ensure definition of “ready” is validated through proper acceptance criteria, tests, quality, fitness for use and support the definition of done.
  • Own the backlog for the SAFe Agile team(s) which includes collaboration w/ PM, PO’s, Architects, etc. to ensure the proper sequencing of backlog items based on program priorities, events, technological implications, outcomes of PI and Sprints and dependencies with other teams; may also prepare and produce PI System Demo to fold the feedback into the Team/Program backlog. Manage product backlog execution risks and escalate to PM as needed.
  • Responsible for User Story prioritization, refinements, elaborations, story acceptance criteria, ensuring stories are clear, unambiguous as determined by the SAFe Agile Team(s).
  • Anticipate changes to supported third-party products’ lifecycle for the area of managed competence, updates the product backlog to ensure timely acceptance.
 A strong candidate demonstrates:           
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Lead to Cash Enterprise Applications realm specifically focused on the Salesforce Sales Cloud domain; Accounts and Contacts health, data enrichment capabilities, firmographic data support, Customer segmentation.
  • Deep understanding of Enterprise Applications tools and their application within the sales process
  • Ability to interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
  • Proven ability to articulate and execute against a strategic roadmap including an organized, well-defined visual Account hierarchy
  • Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using strong analytical skills and capable of deriving insights from stakeholder feedback and system data.
  • Proven ability to illicit input and dedication from teams outside of their span of control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with SAFe Agile methodologies and experience working in a SAFe Agile development environment
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a well-defined backlog, ensuring on-time delivery of valuable features
  • Ability to manage a consistent, scalable, and trustworthy coverage model so that reps, teams, and managers can efficiently manage their responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively to present complex problems, data, and potential solutions
