Who are you:

 

Apollo Neuro is looking for a skilled Partner Marketing Manager that will be focused on maximizing Apollo Neuro’s growth with affiliate and sponsorship partners ranging from influencers to large scale publishers. This is a key role on the Growth Marketing team, reporting to the Senior Manager, Partnership and Events.

 

The ideal candidate will be someone who is excited by the opportunity to take control of and expand upon our affiliate strategy and partnership programs. You will lead our affiliate marketing programs and work closely with external partners, affiliate platforms, affiliate agencies and channel owners across the organization. You will need great communication and relationship-building skills, be highly data-driven, and be comfortable with proactive outreach and creative problem solving in the spirit of growth.


 

Responsibilities include:

  • Be the in-house expert for affiliate marketing - understand how different partnership paths work, and adopt/create strategies to grow and measure success
  • Develop a strategy for finding high-value partners that increase brand awareness, revenue, and drive key performance indicators
  • Discover new, pertinent partnerships and successfully rollout campaigns
  • Lead partner inbound management including vetting intake and negotiating opportunities
  • Lead management of existing or new affiliate agencies as well as manage in-house opportunities
  • Build/manage communication strategy around affiliate channel including onboarding, payment processing, promotional campaigns and creative asset distribution
  • Strengthen existing partnerships and turn ad-hoc publishers into long-term media partners
  • Automate operations and scale the program to meet planned growth goals
  • Efficiently manage a budget and align strategies spend goals with revenue goals
  • Report on performance, but more importantly, understand the underlying data and use it to optimize and improve upon strategy

 

Your qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant affiliate marketing experience, ideally for an ecommerce or direct-to-consumer business
  • Experience managing programs with hundreds of publishers of different sizes
  • A proven track record of growing an affiliate program
  • Experience running partnerships with a wide range of publishers including but not limited to: niche/smaller publishers (e.g. mid-size wordpress sites), influencers (e.g. social-only partners), large publishers, and sub-networks
  • High proficiency with affiliate management software such as Impact or other enterprise affiliate management platforms 
  • A brilliant communicator who can build fruitful relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders alike
  • A deeply analytical, solutions-oriented mind
  • The ability to work efficiently with multiple projects and prioritize
  • A team player that can work both independently and collaboratively
  • A strong understanding of marketing attribution and how different channels interplay at different points in the customer journey
  • Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • An understanding of different social networks and social media marketing performance measurement
  • Experience in the wellness industry and understanding of alternative sales channels (webinars, experiential retail, and events) highly desirable

Who are you?

A self-motivated go-getter who will provide business and health research intelligence support to internal and external customers with grace and speed. You have an eye for detail and design and be able to convey complex data stories via engaging visual dashboards and graphical reporting, supported by sound statistical analysis.

This is a remote role.
 

Responsibilities include:

  • Learn and understand the story and meaning behind our health research and product data
  • Bring your health care and/or social sciences experience and expertise to help inform new strategies, research, machine learning efforts, and notable publications
  • Independently execute health data and participant outcomes analysis
  • Provide statistical support to internal and external research and other cross functional teams

Your qualifications

Required:

  • 1+ years healthcare analytics experience 
  • 2+ years’ experience with regression analysis, data science techniques, and/or Machine Learning
  • 2+ years extracting, merging, and manipulating data from large complex databases
  • Experience working independently on complex analyses across remote teams
  • Experience communicating complex analytics and statistical processes to a wide variety of groups

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in quantitative or statistical discipline
  • Experience leading statistical and predictive modeling analyses using Python or other open source toolkits
  • Experience contributing to peer reviewed research products
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical collaborators
