Position Summary:

The Regional Director provides leadership and strategic direction for a diverse team of Account Managers within a defined geographic area to achieve the Company’s business performance objectives. Specific Duties:

  • Lead recruitment, coaching, development, and retention of top talent for Braeburn and be accountable for talent life cycle including performance management, compensation reviews and employee engagement.
  • Train, motivate, and coach Account Managers in all aspects of job performance within a specific regional geography using Braeburn approved resources.
  • Execute field strategies and marketing plans effectively to meet or exceed regional and national business objectives.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of national sales strategy and related tactics.
  • Assist with development and delivery of field infrastructure and field training in support of the strategic business plan.
  • Develop and deliver business plans through periodic business reviews with corporate leadership team members.
  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned region, including delivery of care, major payers, and public policy initiatives.

Position Summary:

The Associate Director of Training is accountable for the development, implementation, and active management of training deliverables, planning and processes to support the commercial business. This individual will develop, train, and help execute seamless product launches while enhancing the existing product curricula aligned to those objectives and will be a strategic partner as well as a hands-on training specialist.  

This is a highly visible role will require working cross-functionally with the leadership team. The Associate Director of Training will help drive business line success through innovative onboarding programs for new employees and deliver focused training on Braeburn leadership and field-based position competencies.

Specific Duties: 

  • Collaborate with the Senior Director, Training and Development to establish training initiatives that translate strategy and tactics of the brand team into actionable behavior by the commercial team. (New Hire and Advanced training programs).
  • Serve on advisory board teams to ensure effective cross functional commercial programs and activities (e.g., Marketing, Operations, Sales Leadership, Human Resources, Regulatory and Compliance).
  • Determine the most effective approaches to meet the product learning needs of the business, including product launch preparation and on-going business needs. Apply advance instructional design principles and the adult learning model to enhance content delivery. Leverage and share best practices, new principles, and concepts across all brands/products.
  • Effectively direct the activities of external consultants and training team members. Minimize and optimize, when necessary, the employment of external consultants and controlling cost and efficiencies in-house.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, regulatory, legal and compliance to coordinate the design, and then directing the development of training workshops to support National Meetings, various Plan of Action (POA Meetings, and product launch meetings.
  • Assist in the development of sales training resources, initiatives, and programs such as classes, workshops, learning modules, poster books, and other job aids and materials for distribution to sales training customers and program participants with minimal supervision and guidance, including routing all materials through the approval process.
  • Accountable to design a yearly training schedule for new hires and tenured field employees including certification requirements.
  • Highly skilled at group facilitation and group learning exercises.
  • Successfully manage vendor projects and on-going vendor relationships.

Position Summary:

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is a field-based scientific professional who serves as an extension of the Medical Affairs organization. The MSL works throughout a product's lifecycle, helping to ensure that company products are utilized safely and effectively, serves as a scientific resource within the medical community, establishes and maintains peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at major academic institutions and clinics and is a scientific expert to internal colleagues at the company.

MSLs provide medical information and education through balanced scientific exchange and provide clinical and scientific support for Braeburn and the Medical Affairs department at the direction of Medical Affairs management.

Specific Duties:

  • Provide disease state awareness, product information and pharmacoeconomic analyses as presentations or other forms of scientific exchange to managed care organizations, payers, and other formulary decision makers per unsolicited requests
  • Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date scientific expertise of disease state, clinical information, product data, and the competitor landscape within the relevant therapeutic area(s)
  • Identify and develop peer-to-peer relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) by engaging in ongoing and balanced scientific exchanges in disease areas of strategic importance to Braeburn
  • Present scientific product-related data and disease awareness information in the hospital, institutional, and academic settings
  • Serve as liaison between healthcare professionals and Braeburn for unsolicited Investigator-Sponsored Research (ISRs) after inception by the investigator, approval for support by the company, and completion of the trial, with publication of the data
  • Address unsolicited requests for medical information from healthcare professionals via written and verbal responses, with appropriate documentation
  • Support Company sponsored trials and other research initiatives including clinical trial site recruitment as needed
  • Support external healthcare professional Speaker Training and provide Advisory Board support as needed
  • Present information for initial and ongoing training of internal and external partners pertaining to disease state, product and competitive landscape
  • Provide medical booth and session coverage at scientific/medical meetings
  • Align day-to-day activities with Medical Affairs strategic objectives, with flexibility depending upon evolving business needs
  • Proactively and collegially interact with other field-based and internal colleagues; provide information to internal colleagues regarding regional and local issues that impact business and/or healthcare practice
  • Always comply with company and compliance policies, and internal and external guidelines
  • Support internal Medical Affairs projects as requested

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Operations, the Manager of Sales Operations will be responsible for day-to-day Sales Operations support, including but not limited to data analysis, reporting, incentive compensation, sales force automation/customer relationship management and targeting and call planning.

Position Summary:

The Key Account Manager will help Braeburn accomplish its purpose by educating Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) about Braeburn’s products and related access resources. This role will help to ensure HCPs are fully informed about the clinical aspects of the product as well as how to obtain the product when making an independent treatment decision for their patients.

Specifically, the Key Account Manager will meet their overall sales objectives by delivering clinical product-related information and providing access related information, in line with Company policies, to appropriate HCPs. The role will require the ability to deliver sales objectives as well as effectively educate on product acquisition, related payer policy, and reimbursement information.

  • Using internally approved materials, provide information to help inform physicians and office personnel about access related information for Braeburn’s products
