????‍♀️ The Role ????‍♀️

As a Experience Led Growth Consultant at Chattermill in our Insights & Strategy team, you’ll work closely with our Co-Founder and external partners to drive transformational experience-led growth for our users. This is a new role to our team as we find increasing demand for experience-led growth services for new and existing users. 

???? What you'll be doing:

  • Drive transformational experience-led growth results: collaborate with the wider team to delivery impactful solutions for our clients, finding measurable improvements for their business 
  • Identifying expansion opportunities: analyse customer data to identify accounts with high potential for XLG updates. Partner with our Commercial teams to develop compelling proposals for expanded services 
  • Proactive churn prevention: conduct Use Case Health Assessments to identify potential risks early and implement strategies to prevent churn 
  • Experience Led Growth Subject Matter Expert
    • Develop Use Case architecture | mapping the flow of relevant data for our users
    • Deploy XLG Use Cases | assisting design of new surveys, dashboard creation and workflows for successful delivery
    • Upskills Users | creation and delivery of material to educate our clients 
  • Impact Measurement & Communication | develop methods measuring the tangible benefits XLG delivers to our users
  • Internal Upskilling | champion the XLG approach to our team

  • Proven experience in project management methodologies
  • Proven experience in building strong relationships with clients 
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills 
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations 
  • Experience in designing and implementing process architecture 
  • Proven track record of successfully embedding software solutions 
  • Experience in facilitating engaging workshops and training session

????‍♀️ The Role of Data Engineer

As our Data Engineer, you'll play a crucial part in integrating 3rd party customer data into our cutting-edge platform. You'll get hands-on experience with Python, Airbyte, DBT, Dagster, BigQuery, and Kafka, making you a key player in our data orchestration processes.

???? What you'll be doing as Data Engineer:

  • Building integrations to import 3rd party customer data using Python and various data orchestration tools (Airbyte, DBT, Dagster, etc.).
  • Developing and maintaining data transformations and mappings, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Using Python to write and optimise data integration and transformation pipelines.
  • Working with BigQuery and Kafka to manage large-scale data.
  • Supporting and diagnosing issues within data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborating closely with team members on various data engineering tasks.

???? What you’ll need:

  • Data Expertise: A solid foundation in working with data is highly desirable, whether through a relevant degree, university-level projects, completion of a data-focused course, or equivalent work experience in a professional tech environment, such as a role as a data engineer, data analyst, or similar.
  • Coding Skills: Experience in Python and SQL coding is highly advantageous. Your ability to navigate and manipulate data through these languages will be an important part in this role.
  • Data Cleaning and Process Mapping: Demonstrated capability in cleaning and refining data, coupled with the ability to understand and map out processes.

It'd be a bonus if you have:

  • Knowledge or experience in other programming languages like Java, Scala, Golang, Rust, or Ruby.
  • Knowledge or experience in data engineering tools like Airbyte, DBT, Dagster, BigQuery, Kafka, and similar technologies is a significant bonus.
  • Familiarity with similar alternative technologies such as Airflow, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, Athena, Apache Spark, Fivetran, Prefect, Pandas, Polars, Parquet, DuckDB is also acceptable.

????‍♀️ The Role

At Chattermill, we build a platform that helps customer-centric brands like Uber, Amazon, Wise, JustEat, Booking, HelloFresh etc. to continuously delight their customers by staying ahead of millions of feedback data they are getting across a number of channels - from surveys, reviews, social media, support conversations, etc.

We are leveraging the latest NLP and LLMs tech to make sense of what their customers are saying - and combine it with analytics and visualisation to deliver proactive, context-rich insights on what to do.

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to join our team, dedicated to ensuring our clients are getting the most out of the Chattermill platform, maintaining their satisfaction and ongoing support. As a member of our Customer Success team, you'll collaborate closely with the wider revenue team and technical departments. 

 

???? What you’ll do as an Customer Success Manager:

  • Discover upgrade opportunities within our enterprise key accounts, in addition to building and implementing strategies to close these opportunities.
  • Use the capabilities of the Chattermill platform to identify insights for our key accounts on a proactive basis. You will have access to some of the most comprehensive customer feedback datasets in the world supported by cutting edge Deep Learning for the analysis of this data. The opportunity to find insights which have significant impact on our clients businesses is huge.  
  • Build deep customer relationships “high and wide” (operational through executive, across all the relevant functions).
  • Become an expert in the use of the Chattermill technology and what it makes possible for our partners.

 

???? What you’ll need:

  • Experience working with large organisations, managing relationships with enterprise clients
  • Confidence presenting to large groups of people and meeting clients regularly
  • Understanding of commercial value of customer insight and how businesses use it to make decisions
  • Comfortable working with numbers to form arguments and answer questions

 

It'd be a bonus if you have experience with:

  • Experience working with Net Promoter Score or a different customer experience methodology
