Job Description

The Data Engineer provides technical expertise to Cielo’s analytics solutions. They will bring solid expertise in emerging technologies such as Tableau or other analytics tools in a cloud environment.  They will develop multi-purpose data applications, focusing on the ETL layer, but not creating the reports or dashboards. The Data Engineer will help build global analytics solutions to drive the next generation of recruiting. They will interface with multiple levels of administrative support staff and Cielo client teams.    

Responsibilities

- Develop, test, implement and document technical engineering solutions to assist business partner’s self-service analytic needs.

- Work on project teams consisting of business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of analytical systems, and determine priority of needs.

- Assist in efforts to analyze, define, design and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating system environment.

- Work under broad direction and be fully accountable for own technical work and/or project/supervisory responsibilities. Receive assignments in the form of objectives. Establish own milestones and team objectives. Work is often self-initiated.

Qualifications

    • Compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with requisition specifications to determine if the candidate is a match for the role.
    • Apply consideration for factors relative to candidate fit to team and cultural fit.
    • Continuously build talent pipeline to ensure there are multiple candidates in play at all times.
    • Keep hiring manager up to date on any market changes that would impact the hiring process or talent community.
    • Articulate a job offer and drives for candidate acceptance.
    • Partner with the hiring manager to ensure the offer is accepted by the candidate.
    • Stakeholder management
    • Support end to end functions

    Qualifications

    • Recruitment experience working within RPO, engineering, manufacturing, chemical or any similar experience is preferred.
    • Must have recruiting Experience in Operators, Factory, Supply Chain, Blue Collared roles in Greece 
    • Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
    • Strong experience in handling and dealing stakeholders
    • Proficient in Boolean search techniques for sourcing.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
