About the role

We are looking for a Senior QA Tester with strong experience in GaaS and Live Operations QA field, to work with our multi-talented team to ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

With a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills, you will ensure that our games, features, and systems work as expected and that we deliver bug-free content on time. Working together with the rest of the QA team, the development department as well and the various stakeholders, you will have the opportunity to understand all the internal dynamics and impact the way we build our product processes.

In this role you will have the opportunity to work with many other disciplines such as design, live ops, engineering, and production, to build and test products that meet the overall business needs. This is a dynamic role with high exposure to the many aspects of game development.

Responsibilities

  • Perform, as well as assist the assigned QA Lead with, manual testing on assigned PC and console games including development, live ops, smoke, production, unit, and regression testing, as well as any additional ad-hoc requests during both the development and production phase.
  • Report proactively and in real-time to stakeholders regarding QA operations with game defects and quality concerns from an end-user perspective, including complete steps, identification of root cause, and expected results, via communication channels and appropriate bug tracking software, along with back-to-back follow-ups until the regression phase.
  • Create and send test reports upon completion of test activities, and actively engage in planning and problem-solving alongside stakeholders.
  • Follow up on issues with the team to ensure that they are fixed and delivered to end-users.
  • Develop test plans with a strategic selection of test methodologies in advance as well as during the development phase.
  • Proactively communicate concerns and risks to Product teams in a professional manner.
  • Create and maintain knowledge and process documentation.
  • Assist in backlog and defect grooming with the Producers and cross-department Leads.
  • Own features and ensure they are tested thoroughly.
  • Identify, escalate, and improve QA practices across the project on a regular basis accounting for changing product requirements.
  • Constantly monitor community feedback, following up and reporting it to the stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in PC and console video games QA.
  • Prior experience working in Games as a Service.
  • Experience in coordinating QA operations with the production team and other departments.
  • Prior experience and ability to manage multiple games with dedicated QA testers.
  • Experienced in at least one bug-tracking tool.
  • Ability to create detailed and clear documentation.
  • Experienced in resolving internal team conflicts and personnel issues.
  • Fluent in English and a good communicator, both written and spoken.
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with high motivation, drive to improve, and capacity to learn.
  • Able to work independently and adjust to last-minute changes.
  • Experience in a remote working culture.

We are looking for a Financial Controller to support us with budgeting, controlling and reporting. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is enthusiastic about numbers. About the role

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Lead with a strong experience in Games as a Service and production operations within QA, to work with our cross discipline development teams in ensuring delivery of high quality products to our customers.

You are responsible for spearheading all QA operations and working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and product success.

  • Directing and managing testing on assigned games, ranging from mobile (iOS and Android), to PC, to console games, including: development, liveops, smoke, production, unit and regression testing, as well as any additional ad-hoc requests during both development and production phase.
  • Constant communication with key stakeholders and production team to synchronize on QA requirements and risks, as well as to identify how QA can best contribute to the success of the products.
  • Complete accountability and responsibility on QA sign offs to production.

We are looking for a passionate Game Master in Bulgaria to help us provide top-notch support and operations to our valued players of the games.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and building in-game events
  • Create in-game items
  • Assist in testing in-game events to ensure product quality and service
  • Deploy in-game events to live environment
  • Monitor events, report performance or technical issues and provide corrective solutions
  • Manage gaming operations and report game status to the Game Team on a daily basis
  • Assist Producers with execution of monetization strategies
