THE ROLE

As part of our production team, you’ll report into our Head of Production as you manage multiple projects and support various groups in a collaborative environment. This is the perfect role for someone with strong experience working with cross-functional teams and overseeing the execution of various AR Programs from concept to completion.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage infrastructure and processes in support of Partnership Programs, Product activations, and Engagement
  • Proactively identify and communicate project status, including risks and milestones, to cross-functional teams
  • Maintain and fine-tune production processes and pipelines to streamline operations
  • Help connect professional creators to pilot partners to understand the process and build AR experiences together
  • Manage the team(s) work via schedules and budgets you create
  • Support the onboarding process of Technology and Brand partners
  • Generate and refine legal documents, such as NDAs, agreements, SOWs, and other contracts.
  • Develop a CRM, document the process, and communicate it to XFNs, as well as work with teams to utilize the payment provider process
  • Maintain direct and active relationships with creators/developers to gather feedback on how to improve their experience
  • Develop systems for efficiently scaling new tech programs to larger sets of partners

WHO YOU ARE

  • Bachelor’s degree in media production or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of practical experience in a production-management role on shipped titles or products in the digital media or XR space
  • Expert knowledge of PMO practices and software
  • Solid understanding and experience of varied uses of AR, vendor management, budgets, and R&D schedules
  • Time-management capabilities with a willingness to juggle numerous projects and deadlines at once
  • Solid understanding of production terminology and the production environment.
  • Experience with art-production tools and pipelines
  • Knowledge of CRM and Payment systems
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational and leadership skills

  • Work with pipeline developers to ensure the data required by your algorithms are assetized and accessible in the pipeline

Job Requirements
