OUR ENGINEERING TEAM

Our engineers develop resilient and scalable solutions on internal projects as well as external projects with our partners across animation, visual effects, mixed reality, social media and game production. All of our engineers contribute to an agile product development lifecycle by applying skills that span from requirements analysis, design, graphics tools, pipeline tools, workflow analysis and pipeline integration.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • You will work closely with our product and design teams to build new and innovative application experiences for the iOS platform
  • Implement custom native user interfaces using the latest iOS programming techniques
  • Focus on commercial app UI, shared UI components, accessibility features and responsive UI
  • Take ownership of technical issues and work to resolve them
  • You will analyze and optimize UI and infrastructure application code for quality, efficiency, and performance

WHO YOU ARE

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
  • 7+ years of object-oriented software development experienc
  • Experience shipping a commercial application on iOS across multiple versions and devices
  • Cross-discipline collaboration skills
  • Experience building complex applications using Swift/Obj-C/C++ with the iOS SDK and other frameworks
  • Self-motivated with strong communications skills and able to work both in a team and independently
  • Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
  • Experience with multithreading programming and mobile memory management is desirable*
  • Experience with Android platform is desirable*

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • The annual salary range for this position is $120,000 to $170,000 plus equity (per qualifications)

The Role

Who You Are

  • Demonstrated expertise in understanding the inner workings of a real-time game engine (Unity, Unreal, etc.)
  • Current, well-rounded expertise in content-production and development techniques using a broad range of standard DCC tools (Maya, Photogrammetry, Substance Suite, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of current real-time asset creation and optimizations
  • Well-versed in asset creation and game production pipelines
  • Able to identify opportunities for automation within these workflows
  • Self-motivated with strong communications skills and able to work both in a team and independently
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
