Fender is hiring a Remote eCommerce Analytics Manager

Fender is seeking an eCommerce Analytics Managerwith strong business acumen to join our team. Utilizing your analytical prowess, you will meticulously analyze data and distill into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.  You are an insatiably curious self-starter who thinks critically, objectively and seeks opportunities within the data.

Essential Functions:

  • Design, conduct and interpret analytics to answer business questions with a focus on turning them into actionable insights, driving growth and improving the digital customer experience, with the guidance of the VP eCommerce, business and independently
  • Pull and analyze data to help support the growth strategy for the ecommerce business with a focus on improving the conversion funnel, merchandising and user experience
  • Analyze the impact of marketing channels (paid, CRM, organic, direct) to core metrics (traffic, conversion, AOV, new and repeat customers)
  • Synthesize drivers and draggers turning them into actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth based on the findings
  • Accountable for the integrity of all eCommerce reporting and insights, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of KPIs tied to revenue
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive data tracking plans to ensure alignment with business objectives to accurately capture and utilize relevant metrics for strategic decision making including eComm performance paid media investments
  • Key contributor to business reviews, testing and product roadmap
  • Use customer data and feedback to understand shopping behaviors, buying trends, product trends, retention, loyalty, lifetime value, and more to inform loyalty strategies.
  • Partner with the enterprise Data & Analytics department to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve data anomalies. Collaborate and provide recommendations and insights to improve reporting.
  • Champion the integration of new analytical techniques and digital tools, promoting a culture of data driven decision making, continuous improvement and innovation
  • Effectively create reports and presentations that use data visualization and storytelling to communicate findings to executives and stakeholders
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
  • 7+ years’ experience in web analytics and digital analytics best practices and programs
  • Experience managing external partners, indirectly managing and influencing key stakeholders
  • Understanding of how commercial tactics, ecommerce funnels, media, CRM tactics work together to drive optimal customer experience and business results
  • Independent accountability to deliver high-quality analytics products to the business. Strong analytical and mathematical proficiency, curious mindset, and problem-solver
  • Ability to validate analysis, reports and underlying data and collaborate with Data, Insight and Analytics team to resolve any reporting and system data integrity issues
  • Demonstrated ability to present insights and recommendations in a clear, thoughtful ways
  • Leverage tools such as Amplitude, Content Square, Segment, Tableau, Power BI, Avo and AB testing tools
  • Familiarity with Alteryx, Avo, SQL, Python a plus

As the Sales Operations Manager,you will manage a variety of responsibilities essential to the success of the department.  This individual will ensure the accuracy and quality of set-up information in our National Accounts ordering systems and on their websites.  Additionally, this individual will update pricing in their systems and will serve as an expert in all areas of order entry and PO management.  Additionally, this individual will assist the National Accounts Sales Directors with assortment reviews, sales and unit forecasting, and all aspects of account management.

Essential Functions: 

  • Sales Operations Management: Support the execution of sales programs by managing and optimizing processes for national accounts. Ensure that all operational procedures are followed for efficient product delivery, order processing, and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Product Training: Travel to customer locations to provide in-depth product training. Ensure that customers fully understand the product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and product management to ensure that all aspects of sales operations, including pricing, inventory management, and account forecasting, are aligned with company goals and customer needs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in sales operations workflows and recommend process improvements to increase accuracy, speed, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate on system enhancements and tools to improve internal and customer-facing operations.
  • Order Management: Oversee order processing, from initiation through delivery, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment for national accounts. Partners with internal teams to troubleshoot any delays or issues that arise in the order cycle.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze key operational data to monitor account performance, identify risks or opportunities, and provide actionable insights to account teams. Generate and present regular reports on order fulfillment, account health, and operational KPIs.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Assist in forecasting product demand for national accounts, collaborating with supply chain and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained and prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Customer Support: Act as an operational point of contact for national accounts, resolving any order, delivery, or product-related issues quickly and efficiently. Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong communication with account managers and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Excel, SAP, Riversand, VendorNet and BW capabilities.

We are searching for a Pricing & Promotions Analyst to provide analysis and support in the development of FMIC brands’ Price and Promotional strategies, for the Direct-to-Consumer sites and the wider UK and European organisation.    Site coverage support includes Fender.com, Jacksonguitars.com and PreSonus.com.

Main Responsibilities 

  • Maintain the market intelligence tool and data feeds for Fender, Jackson & PreSonus catalogue across multiple markets and currencies.
  • Perform pricing data ingestion to analyse files and make recommendations based on market & sales trends.
  • Maintain price list feeds into the ERP & tech stack covering; MSRP GBP, EUR, SEK, DKK, NOK and consumer GBP & multiple EUR price lists.
  • Build & maintain DTC promotions in the eCommerce platform in multiple markets & currencies.
  • Produce and distribute regular reports on the EMEA market from a price & promotional perspective.
  • Analyse the competitive landscape to understand emerging trends & suggest data lead strategic price changes at a country & product level.
  • Review promotional performance to inform future planning.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Merchandisers to strategically plan product & category placements on FMIC websites at a country level.

Person Specification

  • The ideal candidate has experience as a pricing or promotions analyst in an eCommerce business or similar role such as a buyer or finance analyst in a commercial setting where price strategy is a key driver of business success.
  • Experienced and comfortable processing large data sets working across various IT & technology platforms.
  • Ability to conduct reviews of large bodies of data in a self-sufficient manner.
  • Naturally conscious of & pays close attention to detail.
  • Continually seeks to improve the customer offering by staying across key competitor activities, industry trends & emerging market needs.
