Responsibilities:
● Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to UX, design, development, and launch for platform and team-owned products in the Notifications and Payments spaces
● Manage and execute a roadmap of innovative, scalable, and effective products and features to benefit agents and clients and the company business
● Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles for company’ Platform Services Team, in partnership with Engineering, including gathering cross-functional inputs and determining resource prioritization
● Collaborate with cross-functional Teams to drive and disseminate best practices for Platform Services, arming product team PMs and designers with the knowledge, skills, and processes to develop Platform-inclusive and scalable solutions
● Identify creative and innovative opportunities, especially in the payments space, to drive cost savings and improve the financial position of the business

Qualifications:

● English fluent level
5+ years experience in product management roles building and launching successful products, preferably including experience in FinTech, Financial Services, and/or Platform product management
● Strong communication with and management of various stakeholders, including consensus and relationship-building skills
● A proven track record of ownership, thoroughness, proactivity, and consensus building
● A propensity to and comfort with using data-driven decisions, paired with customer / stakeholder feedback and needs to ruthlessly prioritize your team’s bandwidth
● Ability to develop a deep understanding of the tech stack and implications of its implementation for the roadmap and future development, as well as the ability to synthesize critical technical aspects of the platform services to partner product teams

      As a Sr. SDET, Mobile at Life360 you'll be solving big quality challenges, coaching Software Engineers and Product Managers in the art of quality testing, and helping to create a long-term vision of mobile automation for our Life360 members. You are a hands-on person, with the ability to work on multiple projects and processes. This isn't just about testing, we want you to help us create a better product and proactively improve our quality efforts on the whole.

      What You’ll Do

      • Build testing automation for the features under development and be able to collaborate on test plans and cases based on product requirements and technical specifications while participating in the software development life cycle from beginning to end.
      • Improve mobile QA efficiency by facilitating the development of new tools and processes.
      • Work with stakeholders to craft test strategies, test cases, and test scenarios for products under test.
      • Be a strong quality advocate, collaborating closely with software engineers, designers, and product managers for systems testability and design.
      • Review and update test automation for existing products and features. 
      • Monitor product and/or feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc).
      • Work with development teams to define testing protocols for new features as they are designed and developed.
      • Provide detailed bug reports to the Engineering Team using JIRA.
      • Execute regression and share the results with the stakeholders.

      What We’re Looking For

      • 5+ years of experience testing and building automation mobile applications.
      • 3+ years of experience with Appium automation.
      • 2+ years of experience in working with offshore teams.
      • Strong understanding of mobile technology and SDKs with coding experience in Java strongly preferred. Candidates with experience in Kotlin, C#, Swift, and Python will also be considered.
      • Extremely organized with excellent communication skills and solid presentation and reporting skills.
      • Self-motivator, who can work independently, is able to learn quickly, meets deadlines, and demonstrates problem-solving skills.
      • Effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner and ability to coordinate cross-team efforts.
      • Experience with agile development methodology.

      Our platform is the market leader in online business lending and the Lula business bank, is built on the Microsoft stack and is hosted in Azure.

      We are looking for a motivated Mobile Software Engineer to join our Engineering team. The successful candidate will be required to contribute towards technical decision making, planning and development of features and. The mobile application enables our business banking product. The focus would be on implementations on the React Native mobile applications for iOS and Android, but also include working on and with the business banking backend as part of the cross functional squad.

      In addition, the successful candidate will work in an agile team, contribute to the feature development and be an active member of code reviewing sessions. This role will expose you to several aspects of software development, API integrations, full stack technologies, DevOps practices and development with a product focus of quality and maturity.

      Responsibilities will include but is not limited to:

      • Extend and maintain existing and new software systems on the Lula business banking application
      • Planning, estimating, and continuously improving code quality, system design and processes
      • Work with the business to understand and implement requirements and assist with estimation efforts
      • Mentorship of more junior team members
      • Technology research and keeping a constant eye on changing industry ideas and practices, and monitoring emerging technologies
