You will play a key role as the liaison with the Progress partner ecosystem, including distributors and resellers, and the internal organization supporting those partners. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter who brings energy and creativity to the role. What you will do:

  • Evangelize and promote Progress Software solutions to our channel ecosystem, including distributors and resellers.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of Progress software product portfolio and be able to articulate, position, and make recommendations based on customer needs and usage scenarios.
  • Serve as the primary contact in the channel to answer general product and program questions, including but not limited to Progress products, licensing models, deal registration, rules of engagement, product quotes, and order resolution.
  • Maintain and further build relationships with the Progress Channel and Distribution Teams.
  • Manage the team box for Progress software within our service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Engage with Progress and resellers sales teams to build and maintain relationships while driving key initiatives.
  • Participate in relevant partner and Progress events.
  • Oversee Progress deal registration process and pipeline reporting.
  • Manage partner acquisition applications and approvals.
  • Limited travel may be required.

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities and projects.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Salesforce navigation and reporting skills are essential.
