Job Description

  • Plan, manage and execute partner marketing initiatives within budgetary guidelines and deadlines across regions such as (but not limited to) webinars, events, newsletters, social media, EDMs, and other relevant content. 

  • Develop and maintain regular partner communications through online forums, newsletters, executive communications and blogs.

  • Develop and manage all partner communications content, calendar, email sequence, track performance, manage contacts, optimize and generate reports 

  • Plan and implement partner events across regions collaborating with internal and external resources to ensure smooth execution with a post-event report and analysis.

  • Promote solutions and brand positioning with partners (research industry trends and support in identifying messaging, value proposition for partner’s product/ solution as it fits into GTM campaigns)

  • Translate complex partner technology and architectures into business-relevant solutions, collateral, and marketing initiatives that will have a measurable impact on eWave 

  • Segment database as per partner activities per region. 

  • Support the design and the execution of demand generation and nurture campaigns  

  • Support to define, implement and report on metrics to track all partner marketing performance and effectiveness

  • Understand partner’s marketing requirements and processes.

  • Probe, assess and pitch co-marketing opportunities with partners and secure MDF  

  • Probe and assess new potential partners that can generate additional leads and opportunities for the business

  • Help to ensure timely claiming and payment of receivables

Qualifications

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing or a related degree

  • Minimum 5 years Marketing experience in corporate/B2B environment/agency (tech industry preferred)

  • Experience building and driving partner marketing strategies and execution tactics

  • Good understanding of partner business models, digital transformation business drivers, emerging commerce trends 

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, exceptional storytelling, including speeches and presentations.

  • Results-driven with a consistent record of delivering on company growth through partner management strategies

  • Ambitious, self-starter, thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages priorities

  • Experienced in planning, strategic thinking, business savvy, execution excellence, detail-oriented

  • Experience in CRM/Marketing/Email marketing tools such as Hubspot/ActiveCampaign, or other similar platforms.

  • Experience in campaign analytics and optimization 

  • Good to have some knowledge or experience on platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe Commerce, Commercetools, Marketplacer, Akeneo

  • A good understanding of email channel and marketing automation best practices

What you’ll be doing

 

The Demand Generation Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the efforts of the marketing department, with a focus on identifying and delivering demand generation plans and campaigns that leverage inbound and outbound tactics. You’ll partner with the Product Marketing and Sales teams to support the activation of go-to-market strategies, including identifying prospecting targets, designing tactical campaigns, offers, and calls to action, and measuring the success of your campaigns against key performance indicators. The ideal candidate must have experience in B2B marketing and demand strategy, strategic sales support, and measuring the return on their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Activate essential demand generation tactics across the marketing funnel including email marketing, content syndication, paid social, podcast, webinars, events, etc.
  • Be the end-to-end expert in our email marketing strategy and execution, including segmentation, tactical email building, email copy writing, and deployment across growth and customer segments and our lead nurture program.
  • Own external, lead generative thought leadership webinars across coordination of speakers, building email invites, messaging, lead forecast, etc.  
  • Lead the account based marketing email program and progressive proflining initiatives, working with sales to identify account fit and across the broader marketing team to design and execute targeted messaging and marketing acvitity to drive engagement.
  • Identify net-new outbound demand generation opportunities, and plan, develop, and execute these activities  to drive revenue through direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Develop monthly email and webinar campaign calendars in addition to building the message and related contents that you’ll need to deliver.
  • Establish demand generation Key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics through deep understanding of business objectives, cross-functional team goals and relevant constraints.
  • Track performance of demand generation campaigns  to measure, analyze and report on the impact of campaign and demand activities on lead generation, pipeline, revenue, and demand funnel velocity and use data-backed insights to optimize programs and find new opportunities.

They will organize and coordinate monthly marketing calendars, launch calendars and presentation decks. Alongside the marketing team and the Consumer Insights team, this role will help build the marketing message, product positioning and target markets. They will be a key player in building marketing playbooks, launch plans and coordinating media alignment with the Integrated Marketing team. In addition, the GTM Specialist will ensure the value proposition of the product meets the consumer experience by working with the CX and Consumer Insights team by being the key operational support.

Through positive relationship and clear communication, the GTM Specialist will help ensure that business priorities are met, and that product teams and channels leads have what they need to drive the business with strong 360˚ marketing activations.

The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills, education, and experience:

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, advertising and/or product marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Guide and direct project team members to ensure compliance with set standards, procedures, and guidelines
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Performing quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected
  • Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs change
  • Experience with presenting and creating presentations
  • Experience with managing, guiding and leading cross functional teams.
  • Experience working with financial institutions, fintech companies or a provider to the financial services business sector preferred but not required

·       Media knowledge (not required but preferred)

Your Career

As a Product Marketing Specialist at Palo Alto Networks, you will own the go-to-market efforts for our Firewall management offerings. You will work closely with product management, sales, customers and technology partners to deeply understand our target audience, key security issues they are experiencing, our unique value proposition and competitive landscape for Panorama and cloud management. Unit4 is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to help plan and implement our marketing and demand generation for the UKI region.   This role will cover many areas of marketing from developing and executing campaigns to running events and webinars in order to drive leads, MQLs and opportunities. 

We are looking for an individual who is analytical, very structured and organised, a multi-talented marketing professional who enjoys a broad variety of tasks.  You need to work with sales and marketing teams across the organisation to succeed, so collaborative skills are a must.  You will also be comfortable analysing data and be able to interpret ROI and KPI metrics to help report on marketing performance.   

Ultimately this role is focused on ensuring our UKI sales teams reach their targets.

Responsibilities will also include, but not limited to: 

  • Assist and manage the coordination, development and execution of marketing programs
  • Work with the digital and creative teams on the creation of campaigns, including display advertising, emails and landing pages
  • Support the execution of campaigns working with key platforms such as Marketo to build target lists, create tracking codes etc.
  • Analyse and report on campaign results, ROI and contact data
  • Develop and manage webinars and virtual events including promotion and follow-up (working with the events team) 
  • Create performance reports monitoring multiple metrics 
  • Assist in the development of our organic and paid social media plans

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years marketing experience ideally in a B2B software company 
  • Strong data and analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
  • Hands-on Marketo experience essential 
  • Experience of CRM and BI tools highly desirable (preferably Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong project management skills, and experience of project management tools (preferably Asana)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
