As an Email Marketing Specialist at Renaissance, you will join our marketing operations team where you will maintain and expand current email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, regional email support, webinar invitations and follow up. Report on email campaigns, database health and speak to trends and performance of emails. Support key marketing initiatives and campaigns within email platform (Marketo). 

In this role, you will: 

  • Work within email platform (Marketo) to build lists, design, test and deploy email campaigns 
  • Experience designing, coding and maintaining email templates using Knak or HTML and CSS 
  • Measure and report on effectiveness of campaigns 
  • Work within the marketing database to maintain data quality, lead flow, audience segmentation 
  • Work with internal Marketing teams to design, build and execute marketing campaigns 
  • Collaborate and support regional field marketing managers to support regional sales initiatives 
  • Analyze and monitor automation platform to find new efficiencies 
  • Maintain knowledge of internal marketing systems to ensure proper tracking and lead creation. 
  • Understand and support third party integrations into Marketo including, but not limited to: Sendoso, Zoom, Splash 
  • Monitor CRM and automation platforms to maintain data flow and quality 
  • Manage an email deployment calendar 
  • Perform routine data clean up and normalization 
  • Support outside teams for email support – events, webinars, implementation/onboarding, etc. 
  • Collaborate with design and media teams to request and approve all creative assets for emails sends

  • Based on agreed event KPIs, provide results and ongoing reporting as leads are followed up
  • Develop and refine the annual event strategy for your region, analyzing past event performance and making recommendations for future events
  • Regularly communicate feedback from the field to Marketing leadership to drive campaign and messaging evolution
  • Make recommendations on how to allocate regional marketing budget on a semi-annual basis
  • On occasion, develop content to fill campaign gaps in your market

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of direct experience providing regional or field marketing support, preferably with B2B technology companies
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets
  • At least 2 years of experience with tradeshow execution, including logistics, and promotion of the event
  • ROI and goal-driven

About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships and will play a critical role in building a strategic go-to-market plan with partners in an efficient manner. This role will also apply the various touchpoints required to maintaining the health of strategic and high growth partnerships within the business. Under the general direction of the VP, Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with the demand generation marketing team, business unit leaders, engineering and sales teams on a day-to-day basis in executing on all deliverables.

  • Provide funding marketing tactics and lead the collection of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned partners. Work with Channel Partners to ensure all requirements are fulfilled to complete the processing of the claim and timely payment.
  • Monitor and measure performance of MDF program.
  • Understand the business structure, go-to-market strategy and incorporate partners into strategic companywide tactics.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams, business unit leaders, engineering and marketing field (events) team to fund go-to market initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and coordinate Partner Management engagements.  
  • Support the manufactures in identifying leads for potential business and a return on their investments.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required.

Salary Range

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The career level we are targeting for this role has a base pay between $66,200 and $101,800. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. Base pay ranges are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships and will play a critical role in building a strategic go-to-market plan with partners in an efficient manner. This role will also apply the various touchpoints required to maintaining the health of strategic and high growth partnerships within the business. Under the general direction of the VP, Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with the demand generation marketing team, business unit leaders, engineering and sales teams on a day-to-day basis in executing on all deliverables.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide funding marketing tactics and lead the collection of Marketing Development Funds (MDF) for assigned partners. Work with Channel Partners to ensure all requirements are fulfilled to complete the processing of the claim and timely payment.
  • Monitor and measure performance of MDF program.
  • Understand the business structure, go-to-market strategy and incorporate partners into strategic companywide tactics.
  • Collaborate with the sales teams, business unit leaders, engineering and marketing field (events) team to fund go-to market initiatives.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to plan and coordinate Partner Management engagements.  
  • Support the manufactures in identifying leads for potential business and a return on their investments.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel or partner marketing.
  • Strong project management skills to manage initiatives for multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently as a problem solver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for interacting with employees, vendors, clients and upper management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.

About this team and role:
In this role, you will sit at the cross section of Media Activations, Product Marketing, Web and Data Science, collaborating with these teams to define business impact, build capabilities and analyze data that helps shape future business growth. You’ll also be a key client contact to the media agency of record, ensuring that agency output is aligned with our business strategy.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze marketing campaigns and customer data to assess their effectiveness and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to enhance marketing strategies and optimize budgets.
  • Partner with Data Science to build the roadmap for marketing attribution needs across the portfolio
  • Work with teams across Marketing to streamline our data sources, analyze results and outline how results impact business outcomes
  • Build a working model between Marketing and Data Science, connecting the dots between Marketing data and Product data
  • Work with media agency Analytics team to deliver reporting that fits Mozilla’s business needs
  • Analytics thought leadership (full funnel coordination, marketplace changes, new ad technology)
  • Building and implementing measurement plans (KPIs across funnel/media channels that creates overall storytelling around campaign success)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in marketing analytics at a media agency or client side/industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data and insights into actions and recommendations, communicating in a concise, honest, and understandable way.
  • Deep knowledge of the advertising landscape and ability to translate that knowledge for Mozilla’s unique business needs.
  • Comfortable leading and collaborating in a constantly evolving marketing environment.
  • Experience running and analyzing A/B tests.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative skills, you are able to break down highly complex problems involving large amounts of data.
  • Strong storytelling skills and ability to tailor data and insights to different audiences.
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to drive multiple work streams of varying complexity.
