Akur8 is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing team. This role will be instrumental in scaling our efforts to better support our expanding product portfolio and growing presence in global markets.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and results-driven individual to manage and execute Akur8’s cross-functional product marketing initiatives from start to finish. 

As a fast-growing company, we are launching several high-impact projects that span our products, geographies, content, and internal teams.

Your mission will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Market and Competitor Insights: Collect and analyze insights from diverse internal and external sources to inform product marketing strategies.
  • Product Go-to-Market: Coordinate product launches, create playbooks and sales toolkits, and other compelling content across channels to drive product adoption.
  • Positioning and Messaging: Ensure our products stand out through compelling positioning, messaging, use cases, and other critical content.
  • Enablement: Equip teams across the company with the tools to tell a cohesive and impactful story, including standardized presentations, brochures, case studies, and more.

You will be based in our Paris office. Traveling for business development events may be required occasionally.

To be considered for the position :

  • You have 2+ years of previous professional experience in either consulting, project management, and / or product marketing. 
  • You are looking for a transversal role in a tech scale-up and are passionate about engaging with niche but exciting and global B2B markets.
  • You excel in written and oral communication, complemented by strong emotional and situational intelligence.
  • You thrive on tackling challenges, particularly by simplifying complex topics and efficiently analyzing large amounts of information.
  • A natural team player, you excel at working with diverse teams and stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • You are fluent in English and have ideally worked in international environments.

Where You Can Add Impact

Successful candidates can come from a variety of backgrounds, yet here are some of the critical experiences we’re looking for

Must Haves 

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, including at least 2 years in B2B/ B2C product marketing. Preferably marketplaces but not a must
  • Demonstrated experience crafting messaging, and creating marketing content
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail and a good communicator
  • Strong multitasking abilities and a collaborative team player mindset

Salary Range

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The career level we are targeting for this role has a base pay between $140,000 and $175,000.   • Working with the analyst and media relations team to gain valuable insights and advance Acquia product coverage in the relevant categories
  • Preparing and delivering presentations as a subject matter expert at live events and webinars 
  • Working with the sales enablement team to develop sales content and ensure the field sales team is equipped to sell
  • Working with the product team to feed field and analyst input back into the product  roadmap
  • Working with the Account Management /Customer Success Management teams to ensure product retention and growth within the customer base

As a product marketing manager for Payer Solutions, you are responsible for telling the story for our products and solutions that resonates with our buyers and users, and positions Reveleer as a leader in the next evolution in value-based care.

This role is not about doing demos or presenting product features (although these may sometimes occur). Rather, this role is the glue that binds our products to our solutions to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve revenue results. You will be the solution evangelist and will play an integral role in organizing product launches, sales enablement, market and competitive research and play a large role in the direction of our content strategy.

You know our competitors like the back of your hand: what they do today and what they plan to do in the future. You also know our buyers better than they know themselves, including how they make their buying decisions. This isn’t guesswork. You back up strategic insights with market evidence and then use that knowledge to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our revenue teams to be successful.

You will collaborate with our marketing team to develop innovative programs that drive demand. An attention to detail and eye for quality are critical to your success, along with an ability to grasp and present our product’s value proposition in a way that resonates and clearly articulates how we solve our buyers’ problems. You are obsessed with tracking user adoption and market insights and have the data to prove what’s working and what isn’t.

In addition to the marketing team, you will regularly collaborate with product managers and sellers, subject matter experts and ; it’s a balancing act that requires strong diplomatic skills, including knowing when to push back and when to dive in.

Product Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Market intelligence—be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Collaborate with product management, sales, subject matter experts and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer and personas.
  • Create and manage a library of messaging frameworks that serve as a single source of truth for our products and solutions

Product Marketing Manager Requirements:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years of experience in Healthcare focused on the Payer Market
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft Office, Asana,
  • Comfortable using collaboration and CRM tools such as Teams and Hubspot.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn’t—working
  • Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties. Team player!
