Key Responsibilities:  

Scheduling & Coordination:

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
  • Manage logistics for virtual and onsite interviews, ensuring a seamless experience.

Candidate Experience:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring they feel supported throughout the hiring process.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences by anticipating needs and resolving issues.

Strategic Sourcing Support:

  • Build targeted sourcing lists and review inbound applicants in support for critical roles. 
  • Partner with recruiters to identify new sourcing channels and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.
  • Research talent markets and suggest innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

Employer Branding Initiatives:

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to create engaging content that highlights company culture and values.
  • Gather employee testimonials and success stories to use in promotional materials.

Process Support:

  • Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other hiring tools.
  • Post job descriptions to career sites, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Assist recruiters and hiring managers in tracking progress and following up on hiring timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and provide insights for a smoother hiring workflow.

Pre-Employment Coordination:

  • Manage background check processes and ensure compliance with all hiring policies.
  • Coordinate offer letters and onboarding handoff with HR/People Operations.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, HR, or recruiting support role (prior experience as a Recruiting Coordinator is a plus).
  • Experience with targeted research and sourcing 

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Workable, Greenhouse, Lever) and scheduling tools like Google Calendar.

About This Role:

We are looking for a personable, organized individual to help bring energy and professionalism to our clinical recruiting process! 

As our Clinical Talent Specialist, you will be part of the Talent team.  You will work to broaden the visibility of Hazel Health among mental and physical health clinicians. You will be knowledgeable of recruitment best practices and creative in getting in front of passive candidates. You will ideally have experience creating and managing a clinical onboarding process and have a solid understanding of cross-state clinical licensing (Ex: LCSW, LMFT, MD, etc.) 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies on a state and national level
  • Create and manage job postings on our careers page and external job sites
  • Review and screen clinical candidates for roles within our clinical teams 
  • Interview candidates for a variety of clinical roles
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for hiring managers
  • Build relationships with clinical associations to increase Hazel brand awareness 
  • Source applicants through a variety of creative methods (Facebook groups, in-person events, etc.) 
  • Prepare reports, records, and track metrics
  • Keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
  • Work with the leadership team to determine staffing needs and projections
  • Train and educate hiring managers on appropriate interview and hiring procedures 
  • Continue to build and improve our clinician onboarding process 
  • Provide a positive candidate experience with consistent communication and regular touchpoints 
  • Assist with candidate offers and negotiations 
  • Assist with new employee training and cross-state licensure, as needed

Your Background:

  • Undergraduate degree, preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in a Recruiting role in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Prior experience in recruiting Mental Health candidates required 
  • Strong understanding of the Mental Health field and the clinical licensure process strongly preferred 
  • Experience in building/managing a clinical onboarding process 
  • Ability to make sound decisions without always having 100% of the information

Finding Candidates:

Assessing Candidates:

  • Draft and utilize phone interview templates appropriate to the job description.
  • Use independent judgement to compare candidate phone interview notes and skills assessments with position requirements to determine if the candidate is a match for the role or a potential match for other open positions.
  • Issue skills testing as needed and evaluate results (if process dictates).
  • Review background and reference information (if process dictates).

Influencing the Hire:

  • Keep candidates engaged throughout process, ensuring consistent communication on the status of the search.
  • Partner with hiring leader to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.

  • Strict adherence to all regulations (OFCCP and all other compliance standards set forth).

Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field is strongly preferred. 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8 or more years’ recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
  • Has supported hiring for engineers (chemical, mechanical and biotechnology)
  • Language Requirement: Native Language; English; French is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

Galileo is looking for an experienced Contract Clinical Recruiter to join our clinical recruiting team. In this role, you will use your recruiting expertise, innovative thinking, and business acumen to find, engage and hire outstanding patient-facing team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses. You will serve as a talent advisor to both clinical leaders, devise and execute sourcing strategies, and partner to close and hire great talent.

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Execute full cycle recruitment (sourcing through closing) of MD, DO and NP primary and urgent care pipelines of talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to gain a comprehensive understanding of hiring needs, align talent strategy, and deliver great talent.
  • Manage candidate relationships and create exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Screens and evaluate for high-quality applicants and referrals to determine experience, competencies, and abilities as required by the job description and scope.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to successfully close and win clinical talent.

This is a fully remote position. This is a contract role for 3 months, with the possibility for extension or conversion to full-time.

We would love to hear from you if you have the following or equivalent experience:

  • 2+ years experience recruiting primary care or urgent care physicians & nurse practitioners. 
  • Display proactiveness, coupled with an excellence and human centered mindset
  • Record of excellence in solving challenging recruiting problems in fast-paced, fast-evolving organizations 
  • Experience running a high-touch recruiting process with a passion for building relationships with candidates
  • Savviness with recruiting and business tools (we use G Suite, Slack, Greenhouse, LinkedIn, PracticeMatch and more) 

CONTRACT RATE: This is a 1099 contract position at 40 hours/week. The contracted rate is $50/hour.

De standplaats: het nieuwe team zal gezamenlijk 2 dagen in de week werkzaam zijn vanaf een locatie Zuid-Holland of Utrecht. Op de overige dagen wordt er flexibel gewerkt, zowel op onze verschillende locaties als thuis indien de werkzaamheden dit toelaten. We voorzien dat met enige flexibiliteit dit haalbaar zal zijn voor kandidaten uit de Randstad tot en met Deventer en Wageningen. Om dit werkbaar te maken is een lease auto onderdeel van het arbeidsvoorwaardenpakket.

 

Functie-eisen

Voor deze functie zijn wij op zoek naar iemand met minimaal een afgeronde Bsc of Msc en je hebt aantoonbaar ervaring met recruitment. Verder vinden we het vooral belangrijk dat je:

  • Affiniteit voelt met de diensten van Eurofins, marktleider met high tech laboratoria waar we vanuit productieperspectief op hoog volume testresultaten genereren voor klanten in heel uiteenlopende segmenten.
  • Verbindend, resultaatgericht, overtuigend en pragmatisch bent.  
  • Creatief bent en buiten gebaande paden durft te gaan als het gaat om het binden van talent aan de organisatie.
  • Zelfstandig kan werken (bijvoorbeeld thuis) en je eigen werk ziet liggen (zelfstartend) maar blij wordt van samenwerken in een ambitieus team.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive the full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating and offer negotiation, with both passive and active candidates across a variety of roles and levels
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract, nurture and engage passive talent pools 
  • Maintain accuracy and act as an expert user in all recruiting tools and systems
  • Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders through well structured, frequent communication and reporting
  • Support team learning/results through sharing best practices, market information and mentoring others 
  • Leverage data to diagnose recruiting challenges, propose solutions and influence stakeholders and cross functional partners 

What You’ll Need

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience in a corporate and/or agency environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
  • Familiarity and comfort with a data driven environment. Ability to use metrics to drive strategy and decision making 
  • Partnership skills, action-oriented mind-set, and an ability to be responsive, tactful, and diplomatic
