In this role, you will provide high energy, proactive and efficient administrative support to our US-based Digital Experience Executive Vice President along with their internationally located direct team, also supported by the Chief of Staff of this Business Unit. What you’ll do:

To be successful in this role, we need you to have/be:

  • Experience in administrative support of senior level positions (preferably in technology companies)
  • Knowledge of Office 365 to an advanced level in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
  • Initiative-taker, proactive, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels within the organization
  • Ability to manage highly confidential information and sensitive situations with the utmost discretion
  • Trustworthy and ethical with strong interpersonal skills

What you will do:

New Business Development:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through prospecting, lead generation, and market research.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of new business targets.
  • Network, build relationships and collaborate within a 2-Tier Distribution partner ecosystem

Customer Retention:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Proactively address customer concerns, provide solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
  • Execute retention strategies to minimize customer churn and increase customer lifetime value.

Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:

  • Effectively communicate the unique selling points of our offerings and tailor presentations to address specific client needs.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

About you:

The OpenEdge Database is the core of the Progress OpenEdge product line, providing a high-performing, scalable and cost-effective platform that allows our customers to build powerful transactional business applications deployed both on-premise and in the cloud.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • Attend and actively participate in regular Test and Development team meetings
  • Assist Senior Engineers in writing and implementing test plans, create test cases and automate test cases for the verification of new product functionality
  • Track and report status against assigned tasks
  • Perform product regression testing of software prior to product releases
  • Work closely with developers to facilitate the tracking of bugs and enhancements
  • Work closely with the development team to review product requirements and design

A IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

  • Applicable experience as a Test Engineer
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent field of study
  • Have a working understanding of Database technologies
  • Knowledge of software quality assurance and validation methodologies

About the role:
 
Аs a Software Engineer focusing on Sitefinity Cloud, you will work on some components that make up the Sitefinity Cloud product, like .NET (Core) microservices and Azure DevOps React-based SPA extensions. In addition, you will develop new features and extensibility points in the Sitefinity WCMS product that contribute to the success of the overall Sitefinity Cloud business.
  • Take responsibility for building new functionalities, enhancement, and maintenance of existing ones

What will you do?

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE:

  • In collaboration with the regional Sales Directors across the Americas region, create an integrated marketing activity plan that includes local execution of the global go-to-market initiatives and aligns to the regional sales strategies
  • Manage a high-performing and diverse field marketing team. Management duties include, but are not limited to:
    • Working with your team in evaluating and prioritizing various programs to ensure budget and results are achieved 
    • Reporting on results of specific tactics as well as the breadth of the field marketing programs in your region that align and contribute to sales goal achievement
    • Coach, mentor and support development among team members
  • Develop plans needed to: 
    • Amplify, localize and create demand generation and pipeline acceleration campaigns
    • Build local presence and credibility through events, speaking opportunities, web presence, content syndication and PR
    • Support key verticals, ABM and personalized tactics
  • Support the region to retain existing customers, expand within the base, upsell and cross-sell as well as new customer recruitment
  • Collaborate with Corporate Marketing functions to ensure red thread messaging of “brand to demand” in your plans
  • Responsible for initiation, execution, management and measurement of local marketing activities. Including, but not limited to email campaigns, account-based marketing for cross sell, partner marketing planning and co-funding, digital marketing, events, social media activity, advertising
  • Collaborate and work with our demand gen center of excellence for team for regional campaign components 
  • Ensure lead follow up in region and align with BDR team
  • Measure marketing programs at all levels of detail. Analyze outcomes, provide insights and present results to facilitate sound decision-making 
  • Sales Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates and takes inputs as a member of the region’s senior management team
  • Attend Sales QBRs; prepare and present marketing plans, supporting tactics and performance metrics
  • Is accountable for the marketing budget for North America and ensuring the spend is aligned to the regional objectives

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED TO HAVE:

  • Business/Marketing IT degree (preferred) but equivalent experience will also be considered in place of the education
  • People management experience
  • Extensive experience in field marketing 
  • Proven experience of channel partner programs and co-marketing activities
  • Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce.com, 6Sense and Eloqua
  • Ability to drive ideas to execution - creative and hardworking

About the role:    
  • Provide IT support to all Progress employees worldwide via phone, email, ServiceNow ticketing, and in-person
  • Manage user and computer accounts in a Microsoft environment
  • Manage IT support queue and respond promptly to tickets keeping the user informed of the status and resolution
  • Clearly document each case in call management software, annotate all updates, and properly document a final resolution
  • Track, support, and remediate problems and requests, and document resolutions
  • Troubleshoot remote access issues both software and hardware
  • Research and resolve software/hardware errors through vendors and technical literature
  • Deal with employee onboarding and terminations
  • Maintain and document inventory and supply needs
  • Work with hardware vendors for support issues
  • Work on various IT related projects
  • Support more junior team members
About you:    
  • 2-4 years of experience in IT, preferably in a user support role
  • Operating systems troubleshooting skills (Windows and macOS)
  • Experience in the administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, Office365
  • Good level of understanding of networking basics like DHCP, DNS, IP subnetting, Wi-Fi technologies
  • Good hardware knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. 
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field and/or Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, ITIL, JAMF or similar industry certifications will be considered an advantage

You have experience and skills in the following areas:  
  • 6+ years of experience and a proven track record in designing and delivering campaigns that engage and convert
  • 2+ years of hands-on ABM/ABX experience
  • Professional background within the content management systems market is considered a big plus
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge and 4+ years of experience in managing SEO/SEM, email and/or display and paid social advertising campaigns

As a member of the core development team, you'll also work closely with developers to understand features and create robust comprehensive test plans to verify functionality. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Collaborate with development and testing teams to understand software requirements and performance objectives.
  • Design and develop performance test plans, scripts, scenarios, and test data to assess software performance under various conditions.
  • Analyze performance test results to identify bottlenecks, performance issues, and potential areas for optimization.
  • Work closely with developers and architects to provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of performance testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to performance engineering and quality assurance.
  • Develop strong performance test automation and enhance existing test framework; build new test framework as needed
  • Validate code changes against existing test suite; build new automated unit tests to validate features and defects
  • Debug and conduct root cause analysis as well as proactively analyze regressions; diagnose defects and provide detailed input to Development
  • Assess and provide valuable feedback on products/features
  • Document core server features performance behavior.
  • Be an active participant in product requirements, functional specification and design specification reviews
  • Be a customer advocate – identify feature enhancements and usability improvements that enhance the experience of a customer using MarkLogic products.
  • Possess good communication skills to interact with both local and remote teams effectively.

Required knowledge/skills: 

  • 3-6 years of experience working in a Performance (System & reliability testing) position on a Database Search Engine.
  • Strong debugging skills and interest in working on Server-side and REST APIs.
  • Strong programming experience in Java, JavaScript, and preferably in XQuery.
  • Working knowledge with UNIX and Shell scripting.
  • Hands-on experience delivering test automation leveraging Agile process and CI/CD frameworks
  • Strong documentation and analytical skills

Preferred skills:

  • Familiarity with search technologies and prior experience working with search engines is a plus.
  • Knowledge of/experience working in an Enterprise Server environment is desirable, as is a working knowledge of groovy for creating and configuring Jenkins pipelines.
  • Enterprise-level databases experience (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server and MySQL) is a plus. 
  • Experience/familiarity with XQuery is a plus.
