As the Manager of Trust & Safety, you will report to the Director of Security, and play an essential role in keeping our platform safe.  You will understand and enforce Webflow standards and policies regarding Developer and User activity on our platform. You will lead geographically and functionally diverse teams through challenging circumstances and you will engage deeply with our XFN teams across Policy, Product, Engineering and others to help develop and execute solutions. As the Trust & Safety Manager , you will … 

  • Coordinate with Webflow’s legal, security, operations and product teams, as well as external vendors, to develop and implement risk management strategies for Webflow’s platforms.
  • Drive operational execution of Product launches as they pertain to Trust & Safety
  • Evaluate processes and craft recommendations to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop core playbooks for Trust & Safety operations and establish best practices
  • Build, maintain, and regularly communicate detailed reporting for other leaders across the company who will use your team's insights to inform and improve their own operations and strategy
  • Project manage key initiatives to support the strategic goals of Webflows Trust & Safety mission.
  • Wear a strategic hat to solve potential problems and stay one step ahead of roadblocks.
  • Work to scale Trust & Safety with tooling and process.



About you

You’ll thrive as (a) Trust & Safety Manager if you have the following:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing experience in risk, trust & safety, fraud.
  • Ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally
  • A passion for data analysis and reporting
  • Expertise in process improvement to identify and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Project management skills (PMP or other project management certification a plus)
  • Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills are required, preferably with experience in using data analysis tools or software. 
  • You should be capable of interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with the Webflow engineering team to secure Webflow’s web application platform and ecosystem.
  • Bring security best practices to the software development lifecycle.

  • Advocate for customers by effectively communicating the importance of user research as well as synthesizing and communicating insights from across the organization to drive decision making and strategy

  • Build, scale, and manage a high-performance team of Solution Engineers that support sales in the Enterprise, Mid Market and SMB segments of our business.

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a key role in helping us with the growth of our team by engaging new prospects for Webflow Enterprise. You'll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by managing our outbound lead pipeline and identifying sales opportunities.

As a Sales Development Representative you’ll … 

  • Work directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accounts
  • Lead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media (must be comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)
  • Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clients
  • Establish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executives
  • Help create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in Salesforce
  • Refine our messaging and sales prospecting techniques
  • Work cross functionally with partners like Marketing & Ops to iterate process and ideas for successful lead generation campaigns
  • Become a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customers
  • Continuously evaluate and improve our sales processes with an emphasis towards building to scale

  • Enable our product teams to think strategically with key stakeholders about how customers engage with Webflow, identifying and executing on high impact growth opportunities with actionable insights

  • Lead and manage a diverse, remote-first, agile team supporting iterative and incremental shipping.
  • Set priorities to reduce overall development cycle time.
  • Leverage quantitative and qualitative metrics (DORA/SPACE) to eliminate bottlenecks and make data-informed decisions.
  • Ensure that the team is staffed for success.
  • Facilitate the growth and development of the individuals on your team.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional  peers such as in Product, Design to set goals and define objectives,

About you 

You’ll thrive as an engineering manager if you:

  • Have 2+ years in a leadership role and 5+ years as a Technical individual contributor.
  • Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and problem solve with your team.
  • Are comfortable with navigating ambiguity and can work autonomously.  
  • Have extensive experience with software development best practices. 
  • Have experience with one or more of Design Systems, Development Platforms, testing frameworks and automated CI/CD, 
  • Can demonstrate strong empathy and evangelize for improving developer experience.
  • Have the ability to retain and attract strong talent.

What you’ll do:

  • Strategic Thinking: Craft and oversee the execution of a comprehensive content marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across owned and earned channels. 
  • Content Production: Understand and navigate the nuances of producing high-quality content, ensuring optimal utilization of resources, developing repeatable processes and maximizing output.
  • Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning: Identify key thought leadership opportunities that establish Webflow as a trusted voice and market leader, leveraging industry experts and other third-party validation to to establish Webflow as a trusted voice and market leader.
  • Collaboration: Partner with other departments in marketing (e.g. customer marketing, events, demand gen) as well as sales to ensure content strategy aligns with overall company goals and resonates with our customers.

You’ll thrive as our Senior Manager, Content Marketing if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience directly managing the workload and career development of a content team in brand and/or marketing roles, ideally in a high growth company with a B2B focus 
  • A knack for balancing creativity with business impact, shipping work that resonates with our audience while still nurturing the team to take on fulfilling work
  • Organizational experience developing and executing against a cohesive roadmap that aligns with the broader marketing strategy and activates are narrative across brand, product, and solution messaging. 
  • Successful people management experience where you lead by example. We prioritize being kind, respectful, empathetic and supportive. 
  • Proven experience in content production, understanding how to efficiently produce high-quality content with limited resources.
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships and alignment to determine and achieve organizational priorities

  • Experience shaping a brand’s footprint through multiple content channels and multi-media platforms
