    Qualifications

    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused Solutions Architect to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring clients receive maximum value from the Authenticx platform by designing and implementing technical solutions tailored to their needs. The Solutions Architect will bridge the gap between technical capabilities and client objectives, ensuring seamless platform adoption, integration, and optimization. 

    Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis 

    • Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives, workflows, and technical requirements. 

    • Identify key metrics for success and translate business goals into technical solutions using the Authenticx platform. 

    • Conduct discovery sessions to assess client systems, data sources, and integration needs. 

    Solution Design & Implementation 

    • Design, implement, support, and optimize tailored configurations of the Authenticx platform to address client-specific needs, such as metadata configuration for integrations, API connections, AI model applications, and reporting capabilities. 

    • Lead the setup and optimization of workflows, including automation of escalations and email notifications based on evaluation results. 

    • Facilitate API and SFTP integrations between client systems and the Authenticx platform to enable seamless data transfer and processing. 

    Platform Utilization & Optimization 

    • Consult our Client Success organization on best practices, opportunities to improve overall program performance from a technical perspective, optimization of rule-based classifiers, and more 

    • Guide clients and our Client Success Team as a platform SME for driving program automation, including with SmartPredict™ for AI agent evaluations, to scale efficiency and refine operations. 

    Technical Support & Troubleshooting 

    • Serve as the technical lead for client inquiries and provide troubleshooting support during implementation phases. 

    • Monitor and refine system configurations based on client feedback and data analysis results. 

    • Liaise with internal product, help desk, and engineering teams to address technical challenges and suggest platform improvements. 

    Continuous Improvement & Client Success 

    • Regularly analyze client data to identify new opportunities for leveraging the platform's features and improving outcomes.

    As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager (ECSM), you will oversee a smaller portfolio of 2-3 clients with a combined annual contract value of $4-5 million. You will be deeply embedded in these accounts, functioning as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, ensuring that clients are deriving maximum value from our platform and expanding its use across their organization.

    Key Responsibilities
