As an Insights Storyteller on our Professional Services team, you will analyze interactions between our clients and their customers, translating qualitative and quantitative data into compelling, actionable narratives. Partnering closely with Strategic Relationship Executives and Customer Success Managers, you will create and present insights that inspire client decision-making and deliver measurable results.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate client-customer interactions to uncover meaningful findings.

Design and build impactful PowerPoint presentations that visually support data-backed storytelling.

What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Writing, or related fields (preferred).
3-5 years’ experience in a B2B customer-facing role, with proven presentation and facilitation skills.
Experience analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to extract actionable insights.
Superior public speaking, group facilitation, and 1:1 communication skills.
Proficiency in designing compelling PowerPoint presentations to support storytelling.
Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with senior-level stakeholders.
SaaS, Healthcare, or B2B professional services experience preferred.
Familiarity with the healthcare industry is a plus.
Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Client Engagement & Requirements Analysis

Solution Design & Implementation

Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Serve as the technical lead for client inquiries and provide troubleshooting support during implementation phases.
Monitor and refine system configurations based on client feedback and data analysis results.
Liaise with internal product, help desk, and engineering teams to address technical challenges and suggest platform improvements.
Continuous Improvement & Client Success
Regularly analyze client data to identify new opportunities for leveraging the platform's features and improving outcomes.
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure the platform is meeting client KPIs and evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain documentation for implemented solutions and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, SaaS implementation, or technical consulting.
Strong expertise in data integration (API, SFTP) and workflow automation tools.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools, conversational data analysis, or customer experience platforms.
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with healthcare compliance (e.g., HIPAA) and conversational AI models.
