Job Overview:
The Product Researcher will play a critical role in understanding customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to gather insights that drive product innovation and improvement. Key Responsibilities:
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products within the Communication Platform as a Service (CPaaS) space.
• Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, behavior, and pain points to inform product development.
• Competitive Benchmarking: Identify competitors' strengths and weaknesses to highlight CEQUENS’ competitive advantages and areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Leverage qualitative and quantitative research methods to analyze data from multiple sources and present actionable insights.
• Product Testing & Validation: Collaborate with the product development team to test and validate new features and functionalities through customer surveys, usability testing, and other research methodologies. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, marketing, and sales teams to ensure research findings align with business goals.
• Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations that clearly communicate research insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Trend Identification: Stay updated on technological advancements in the fields of AI, communication platforms, and omnichannel solutions to suggest innovative ideas for product development.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in market research, product development, business, or a related field.
• A master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in product research, market research, or a related role, preferably in technology, telecommunications, or SaaS industries.
Skills:
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
• Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, SurveyMonkey, etc.).
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
