About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integrations Product Manager to lead the strategic development of the LearnWorlds’ integration ecosystem.

In this role, you will focus on identifying and prioritizing valuable integration opportunities that enhance the value of our platform, streamline workflows, and create growth opportunities for LearnWorlds and its customers. 

You will drive the full lifecycle of integrations, from market research and strategic planning to delivery and post-launch optimization. You will play a key role in shaping LearnWorlds’ integration strategy to enable customer success, improve retention, and expand market reach. You will work closely with partnership managers, product marketing, and engineering to ensure that our integrations suite drives user adoption, improves retention, and opens new market opportunities

Responsibilities

As the Senior Product Manager for Integrations, you will:

• Identify and evaluate potential integration opportunities aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market trends. 
• Prioritize integrations based on customer value, market impact, and technical feasibility.
• Proactively engage and build strong relationships with integration partners to identify co-marketing opportunities and assess their value.
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations, from ideation and requirements gathering to execution and launch. Deliver MRDs and PRDs, lead cross-functional teams to design, build and launch integrations, ensure seamless implementation and integration reliability.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver seamless integrations that enhance customer experience and enable access to new audiences through partner ecosystems. 
• Partner with product marketing managers (PMMs) and partnership managers to design go-to-market strategies that highlight the integrations’ business value and drive user adoption. 
• Monitor and analyze the performance of integrations post-launch, and continuously iterate on existing integrations based on performance data and user feedback.
• Define integration strategies and maintain a robust integration roadmap aligned with LearnWorlds' mission, strategy and business goals.
• Stay ahead of trends in APIs, SaaS ecosystems, and the integration landscape to maintain a competitive edge.

• Proven experience in product management within a SaaS environment, with a strong track record of launching impactful integrations.
• Deep understanding of software design and data structures, with the technical acumen to drive development forward. 
• Technical Proficiency and deep understanding of third-party APIs, partnerships, and integration ecosystems.

Typical Tasks & Activities

• Take ownership of backend-focused development tasks, implementing new features and enhancing our PHP core architecture while adhering to our coding standards.
• Optimize and maintain high-traffic APIs to ensure seamless communication between services.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product teams to develop new backend functionality supporting the user interface and customer requirements.
• Participate in database design, optimization, and integration with MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Propose technical solutions for complex backend challenges and engage in code reviews to ensure high code quality.
• Attend Scrum meetings to discuss backend progress and resolve technical bottlenecks.

Must-have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Object-Oriented PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of web standards and backend web technologies (HTTP, APIs, REST).
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and relational databases like PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency in backend architecture and API design for web applications.
• Familiarity with modern development practices (e.g., unit testing, CI/CD pipelines).
• Native or near-native Greek speaker.

About the role:

To deliver on our noble mission, we are looking for talented Junior-Mid Manual Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers. You will join an established and fast-paced environment with a focus on ensuring quality deliveries and exceptional experience for all our users. By joining our team, you will participate in various projects, assessing software quality by designing, implementing, and performing software tests. As an integral part of one of our development teams, you will hunt bugs, identify issues, report them, and see that they’re dealt with. Furthermore, you will be the liaison between our support and development team to validate, document and track issues from our valuable customers.

Responsibilities:

• Test all the latest and greatest features before they get into our customer's hands
• Work with the dev team to document, analyze, and resolve customer issues (second-layer support)
• Make sure our new features are working accordingly on all the major browsers and devices
• Validate, document, and track customer complaints or issues
• Perform thorough regression testing when issues are resolved
  

• BSc/MSc degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
• 1-2 years of working experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing
• A desire to learn and grow in the field of quality assurance.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality software.
• Team player with the ability to get things done in a non-hierarchical flat organization
• Excellent prioritization and scheduling skills
• Familiarity with multiple types of testing (UI/UX web applications, mobile apps, responsive UI, API, performance, etc.)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic JavaScript

Nice-to-Have

• Knowledge and use of JIRA will be considered an asset
• Basic programming knowledge and experience with automated testing will also be a plus
