Job Description

We’re looking for an account executive who shares these values and will reflect them internally and externally. The AE is a link between our clients and the agency. The role involves working directly with their manager on assigned accounts and directly managing their own accounts. Reports to the assigned Account Manager.

The AE will generally look after client needs through direct contact, liaison, project management, timelines and budgets, and the marshaling of agency resources. They will be an important day-to-day agency representative to their clients and work with the Sullivan team to provide feedback on creative concepts and strategic recommendations and ensure timely delivery to the client for approval.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

  • 2-4 years of experience in account management in an agency or a relevant environment.

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Job Description

We’re looking for a senior web developer that will work across department and client teams to bring web experiences to life. As your first major project, you’ll work with the team to evolve and maintain a new system we built from the ground up that has changed the way an international corporation communicates with employees across the globe, allowing our clients (and theirs) to foster a more inclusive and informed team. 

You’ll be part of the core team that maintains the infrastructure and the web application for the cross-platform solution.  You’ll interact with clients, IT stakeholders and team members across departments to provide a holistic solution. 

Beyond this project, you’ll guide feature development for other web applications we support and work directly with design and content teams to build marketing websites, creating engaging front-end styles and bringing mockups to life.

We may also have contract work if you prefer.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Experience building web applications from the ground up

  • Experience leading conversations around technology and data management with non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience building within the .NET ecosystem

  • Experience integrating SAML 2.0 SSO or building within the Umbraco CMS, a plus

  • Ability to define and guide key roadmap initiatives

  • Experience working within the marketing or advertising space to create to create engaging and beautiful websites and applications

  • Write clean and valid HTML and CSS code

  • Solid knowledge of JavaScript

  • Passion for web standards and user-centered design

Job Description

We’re looking for an account manager (AM) that is responsible for the relationship between the agency and clients. The AM will generally look after client needs through direct contact, liaison, and the marshaling of agency resources. The AM will be the key, day-to-day agency representative to the client and will maintain a highly responsive service orientation in all transactions. They are expected to become knowledgeable in both the client’s and agency business. The AM supervises the Account Coordinator and Account Executive (as appropriate) performance with accounts and reviews all strategic decisions formulated by the various departments before they are delivered to the client.

The AM reviews all creative concepts to confirm that they meet strategic goals before delivery to the client for approval and keeps regular contact with agency accounts at the highest possible level. This person should hold a business or marketing degree, together with successful advertising agency experience. The AM must be able to adapt and perform at a high-level while spearheading multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains direct, day-to-day client contact.

  • Directs the activities of Account Coordinators and Account Executives, as appropriate, to ensure proper agency service to clients.

  • Works in a proactive manner to provide client marketing plans with the greatest amount of
    added value through communications.

  • Analyzes client input, together with background knowledge, research, field feedback, etc.,
    to produce full communications plans.

  • Briefs creative and digital staff in support of account activities.

  • Provides creative, production, media, public relations and digital department personnel and partners with well-documented input, support data and production materials as required; ensures that advertising strategies are clearly defined, approved by clients, and understood by departments.

  • Effectively collaborates with team members to pitch communications plans, concepts, media and digital marketing plans to clients.

  • Keeps apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments.

  • Assists in preparation of client estimates and invoices. Ensures prompt, accurate billing.

  • Checks and approves copy, design, and production art, and coordinates client approval of same.

  • Ensures that overall account revenues meet agency goals.

  • Coordinates project timing and budgets with clients and relevant agency personnel.

  • Prepares quarter-end overviews of client’s current activities, revenue forecasts, and plans for
    future development of accounts.

  • Seeks out new business opportunities with new and existing clients and plays a supportive role
    in their development.

  • Must carry out duties and responsibilities with limited supervision. Make decisions and establishes work priorities to meet deadlines and accomplish tasks.

  • Accounts for all time, on a daily basis, related to client projects.
