Ziffity solutions is hiring a Remote Account Manager - IT services

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decision makers and influencers in the customer organization and drive penetration in various functions.
  • Identify opportunities of growth in the account and lead account strategy and planning.
  • Responsible for using knowledge of key client challenges to seek new opportunities for increased revenue, proactively driving these internally and presenting them to the client.
  • Lead proposal development, negotiation and commercial terms for deals.
  • Push for higher value/value added services and solutions to the customer in line with Ziffity’s offerings.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients (with support from offshore Project Manager)
  • Support the solutions teams with customer perspectives and competitive intelligence to develop new solutions.
  • Be driven to achieve the annual revenue targets.
  • Maintain a no-due status on all client payments.

 

Desired Profile:

  • 15-20 years of experience in IT Services industry with solid background in IT Delivery for the most part and the recent years in Account Management
  • Strong knowledge of global delivery model and methodologies.
  • Ability to present and interact at Cxo levels, and have consultative sales capability.
  • Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive exponential pipeline growth within accounts
  • Knowledgeable in multiple technical areas, specifically Digital solutions, Cloud & DevOps would be a plus
  • Superb attention to detail and organization skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, written and presentation skills.
  • Under graduate degree or post-graduate degree in Computer Science or related field

Job Description

· Leads the technical requirements definition during discovery meetings with the client team

· Oversee and provide technical guidance to a team of developers, reviewing and writing code

· Manages technical risk related to complexity, data integration, scalability, and performance.

· Provides guidance and oversight to development teams to ensure that the development process, policies and standards are being followed

· Research and qualify software solutions to be implemented on a project and provide software recommendations and estimates that meet project budgetary and functional requirements

· Prototypes solutions when necessary to validate that an approach will meet the customer's business requirements

· Defines the implementation and technical approach for customizations, interfaces, system architecture, data flow and data architecture/data model. 

· Collaborate with client and internal offshore teams to support overall delivery. Plan development sprints with the PM and participate in scrum calls.

· Communicates and enforces coding standards, performs code reviews, and has a very good understanding of scrum principles

· Contribute to Ziffity podcasts as a technical subject matter expert

Qualifications

· Exceptional problem-solving skills

· 6+ years of Magento 1 and 2 experience

· Proven  experience in managing multiple assignments and operating as a team lead/architect

· Strong experience with most of the following: PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, HTML, CSS, iOS/Android, AWS/Azure, CI/CD, API management frameworks, GIT

· Deep understanding of Magento architecture, design patterns, theming, functional enhancements, optimization & integration methods

· Ability to develop API integrations between Magento and other platforms (CRM, ERP, Payment, Shipping, Tax, etc)

· Knowledge of how to identify and execute performance optimizations

· Superior relationship building and interpersonal skills

· Excellent Client-facing Presentation and Communication Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience

· Magento 2 Certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

On a daily level, your job is likely to include:

· Perform research on companies (industry, people, revenue, possible opportunities) as part of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing web research (discoverorg, zoom info) tools.

· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory

· Meet monthly target of qualified leads using social media platforms/job sites/cold calling/email campaigns/online networking.

· Update prospect database / CRM with conversations, company size, and other pertinent information.

· Perform timely follow up on email campaigns.

· Provide reports in an accurate and timely fashion.

 

Required Skills:

To be good at this Inside Sales role you will need:

 

· Should have at least a year’s experience in Inside selling.

· Experience in IT Services selling is a plus.

· Should have a good understanding of technology and digital services like eCommerce, Cloud Services and Digital Marketing.

· Understands the criticality attached to meeting monthly lead targets

· Self driven, over comes obstacles and makes things happen
