CD PROJEKT RED is looking for an Expert Technical Animator to join our studio to work on Project Orion - the follow-up to Cyberpunk 2077 and the next major video game in the Cyberpunk franchise. This position will work with leads, directors, and animators and the engineering teams to drive our tools development and pipelines for animation across characters, vehicles, and weapons.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Experience in creating and driving animation systems for characters, weapons and vehicles.
  • Working closely with artists and engineers on creating highly optimized animation systems.
  • Ability to work independently on efforts to solve complex technical challenges.
  • Defining and documenting technical animation processes, tools and best practices. 
  • Maintaining the animation pipeline.
  • Write and prepare briefs for work with outsource vendors, review work as necessary.
  • Communicating and cooperating with other teams, while pursuing common goals.
  • Work with directors and Production to estimate and plan work.
  • Mentor other technical animators, animators and artists and help build an environment of creativity, trust and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently to identify and own work, deliver results.
  • At least 8 years of experience as a Technical Animator.
  • Expert level experience with rigging in Maya and motion builder.
  • Expert level knowledge of UE5/Blueprint.
  • Solid portfolio demonstrating expertise.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially with character deformation and physics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Positive attitude towards receiving feedback and exchanging knowledge.
  • Able to deliver and receive feedback in a productive and accountable manner.
  • Avid and passionate gamer.

About the Job

As the Operations Managerfor Customer Support, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the efficiency of our learner support operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, streamline processes, and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. Candidates must be available to work any day of the week and any shift, as support groups are staffed 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Duties and responsibilities

Team Leadership:

      • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of learner support leads, including Associate Managers, Team Leads, and SMEs.
      • Serve as the primary escalation point for learner support leads.

      • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Operational Strategy:
      • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize learner support operations (Proctoring, Student Success Care Services, and Community).

      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support operations with company goals.
    • Performance Metrics:

    • Resource Management:

Weekend work is by request and the Operations Manager will be given one weekend off per month. The Operations Manager will be scheduled 5 days a week. Position is fully in a work-from-home setup.

Our Product Specialization & Growth team provides deep subject matter expertise on converging Network and Security services in our Cloudflare One (CF1) portfolio, including Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), Security Service Edge (SSE), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), Secure Web Gateway (SWG), Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB), Remote Browser Isolation (RBI), Data Protection (including DLP), and Email Security (CES).

As a Principal Product Specialist you will be responsible for growing CloudflareOne (CF1) revenue and product adoption. In this role, you will serve as the regional lead for CF1 sales. You will advise the sales leaders on opportunities and programs to grow CF1 revenue, partner with the technical sales teams, enable account executives on product positioning and competitive intelligence, grow partner engagement around CF1, form a tight feedback loop with product and PMM, and support strategic deals from discovery to close. Se rapportant à l’un de nos Gestionnaires d’équipe SAP, le Conseiller d'affaires SAP, logistique, est membre de l’équipe SAP Logistique. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la transformation numérique de nos clients en les guidant activement dans le domaine des données maitresses, des achats & des ventes.

Vous êtes un(e) expert(e) reconnu(e) en solutions logistiques SAP, capable de concevoir et d'optimiser des processus logistiques sur S/4HANA pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque client. Vous êtes un leader dans toutes les phases d’un projet, y compris l'intégration avec les modules Finance. Au sein de votre équipe, vous formez, accompagnez et guidez activement vos collègues et vos clients.

Votre principale mission est de :

  • Participer à l'analyse des besoins des clients afin de proposer et de mettre en place des solutions SAP adaptées à leurs processus logistiques et ,de chaîne d'approvisionnement, données maitresses, achats & ventes
  • Intervenir en tant qu'expert SD (ventes et distribution) et MM (approvisionnement et achats) auprès de nos clients, de vos collègues et dans nos projets internes incluant nos cycles de vente.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes finances, techniques, de gestion de projets et nos clients pour assurer une intégration harmonieuse des solutions élaborées.
  • Apporter un soutien technique de base aux équipes de projet tout au long de la mise en œuvre.
  • Accompagner des consultants juniors ou intermédiaires et les former sur les projets.

Job Description

Reporting to one of our SAP Team Managers, the SAP Business Consultant, Logistics, is a member of the SAP Logistics team. You will play a key role in the digital transformation of our customers by actively guiding them in the field of master data, purchasing & sales.

You are a recognized expert in SAP logistics solutions, capable of designing and optimizing logistics processes on S/4HANA to meet the specific needs of each client. You are a leader in all phases of a project, including the integration with Finance modules. As part of your team, you train, support and actively guide your colleagues and your clients.

Your main mission is to:

  • Participate in the analysis of customer needs to propose and implement SAP solutions adapted to their logistics, supply chain, master data, sales and distribution processes.
  • Intervene as an SD (sales and distribution) and MM (procurement and purchasing) expert with our customers, your colleagues and in our internal projects including our sales cycles.
  • Work closely with finance, technical, project management teams, and clients to seamlessly integrate developed solutions.
  • Provide basic technical support to project teams throughout implementation.
  • Accompany junior or intermediate consultants and train them on projects.

Qualifications

  • 8 ans d’expérience en implantation de projets SAP en tant que conseiller fonctionnel en logistique. Vous êtes reconnus par vos pairs pour votre expertise des modules SD (ventes et distribution) et MM (approvisionnement et achats).
  • Détenir une expertise approfondie et une expérience concrète dans les domaines de la logistique, de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et des opérations, appliquées à des contextes d'affaires manufacturiers complexes et globaux.
  • Avoir livré plusieurs projets S/4HANA de bout-en-bout en tant que conseiller fonctionnel en logistique.
  • Posséder un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en gestion des opérations et de la logistique (ou l’équivalent).
  • Maîtriser les outils MS-Office.
  • Communication :Avoir de bonnes aptitudes en communication orale et écrite, en français et en anglais afin notamment de communiquer avec une clientèle située partout en Amérique du Nord.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in SAP project implementation as a functional consultant in logistics. You are recognized by your peers for your expertise on SD (sales and distribution) and MM (procurement and purchasing) modules.
  • Have in-depth expertise of logistics, supply chain and operations, applied to complex and global manufacturing business contexts.
  • Delivered several end-to-end S/4HANA projects as a functional logistics advisor.
  • Possess an undergraduate degree in Operations and Logistics Management (or an equivalent).
  • Proficiency in MS-Office tools.
  • Communication: good oral and written communication skills, in French and English, to communicate with clients located across North America.
