About the Team:

This team works with our new customers to ensure the successful implementation of Invoca’s industry-leading Voice Marketing Cloud software. Our specialists achieve this through understanding customer business goals and objectives, developing strong rapport, and executing against a defined onboarding schedule. They play a pivotal role in the initial training, project management, and delivery of implementation and integration services.

About the Role:

As a Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, you will manage a portfolio of onboarding projects with a diverse set of customers, and as the first touch point in a customer’s experience after purchasing Invoca, you will be a critical player in driving long-term customer success and demonstrating the value of the Invoca solution.

You Will:

  • Understand and translate customer business goals into successful project plans to achieve them using Invoca's technology during initial onboarding
  • Manage a portfolio of customer implementation projects, ensuring a successful and timely completion of each project
  • Become an expert on the Invoca platform and train customers with varying levels of sophistication.
  • Assist customers in navigating the technical aspects of the onboarding process, including the implementation of Invoca's JavaScript and integrations with other marketing software platforms
  • Identify and drive efficiency in the onboarding process by developing best practices and process improvements on an ongoing basis
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs before and after onboarding
  • Assist customers to identify potential issues and risks and resolve them quickly.
  • Assist in the definition of project specifications and client requirements, involve all relevant departments to ensure technical feasibility and resource availability
  • Track and maintain accurate client records and hit key onboarding services milestones using Invoca's project management tool and CRM

 

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or project management role for a technology company (preferably SaaS)
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent
  • Proven ability to manage a portfolio of accounts with keen prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; you must have the unique ability to talk technical details and build rapport  in the same conversation
  • Strong technical aptitude and a drive to learn

About the Role:

As an Invoca Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), you will join Invoca's Customer Success team to play a meaningful role in consulting, advising, and maintaining the account health of Invoca's customers. As a Senior TAM, you will provide consultative and tactical guidance for Invoca customers and Customer Success Managers to navigate the technical aspects of our technology, and to assist with incremental usage and adoption of our products. You Will:

  • Act as the main technical point of contact in ongoing, subscription-based, paid engagements with a portfolio of Invoca customers
  • Identify and implement technical features and functions to measure and report on desired customer outcomes
  • Advocate customer feedback cross-departmentally
  • Work alongside the customer success management team to understand what is most important to the customers in your portfolio, preview new product releases, and identify opportunities to adopt new products and participate in beta programs

  • 5+ years of successful technical account management, implementation, or deployment experience in a customer-facing role required

About the Role:

The Sr. Revenue Analytics & Insights Manager will be responsible for owning Go-to-Market (GTM) data, performance, metrics and reporting management as well as conducting GTM analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the GTM teams. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally within the greater Sales Operations team (SOps, MOps, RevTech, RevEnablement), with BI teams and key stakeholders across Marketing, Sales and Finance. This role will report directly to the VP, Sales Operations, Strategy & Enablement. 

 

You Will:

  • Support, track and measure GTM and end-to-end (E2E) funnel activity, performance metrics and KPI’s (Lead > MQL > Opportunity > Closed Won > Renewal / Expansion > Churn) 
  • Monitor, track and report bottom-ups vs tops down forecast/pipeline input and analysis
  • Build & align the Sales Quotas with Invoca’s Booking Plans 
  • Build individual quota plans for Sellers (AEs & AMs), Overlays, SDRs, SEs, Partnerships, and Management
  • Be responsible for creating and supporting Sales compensation programs, practices and policies 
  • Partner with Finance to provide data required for commission calculations
  • Monitor, track and report Sales Monthly and Quarterly Business Review Metrics
  • Monitor, track and report GTM OKRs on a weekly basis. The KRs will include: 
    • Booking 
    • Data Quality Metrics
    • Pipeline Metrics
    • Sales Cycles
    • ASPs etc.
  • Build the sales productivity metrics and the monthly capacity profiles 
  • Build metrics needed for all applicable meetings such as BoD and Invocation
  • Perform deep dives into current and future state analysis, activity & performance, forecast/pipeline to understand how the collective E2E GTM business is doing in order to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to drive/inform GTM decisions, strategies and initiatives
  • Bring to life and communicate data-driven insights and recommendations both visually and verbally through providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Perform, report and lead discussions around activity, performance and KPI’s  
  • Design and create effective, insightful and reusable reporting and dashboards 
  • Adhoc analysis for the GTM leaders as needed

You Have:

  • 5-7 years of data and analytics and/or business intelligence experience, ideally within a SaaS company 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides 
  • Rich building experience and understanding with data visualization, revenue analytics and GTM tools (Clari, Salesforce, Tableau, SkyGeni, SPIFF) 
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly skilled in communicating and presenting analytical data to all levels of the company, including executives

You Will:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to a targeted, high touch portfolio of 2-3 companies by listening to your customers, understanding their business objectives, pain points and revenue goals. Provide guidance and solutions to help them achieve results through Invoca.
  • Provide support throughout their lifecycle, ensuring customer and Invoca achievements are met through adoption, growth and renewal plans.
  • Translate the strategic needs of the customer to actional program initiatives and execute on those such as conducting regular milestone check-in calls.   • Monitor and influence product usage, customer engagement and satisfaction feedback.
  • Coordinate the involvement of other Invoca personnel including executive leadership, sales, support, services, marketing and product development to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Drive new business growth through customer advocacy and reference-able initiatives.

You Have:

  • 10-15 years' experience in Customer Success Management in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software

  • Ability to build strong rapport and establish trust with Executive level customer contacts as well as establish and maintain credibility through a consultative approach.
  • Demonstrable experience indefining and implementing a strategic roadmap with and for customers to maximize the business impact of their investment in B2B SaaS. Deep experience in techniques to foster product adoption at scale for a diverse user base with conflicting needs and priorities. 
  • Proven track record of demonstrated ability to on-board, support, and excite customers to deliver high customer satisfaction, advocacy, and loyalty
  • Experience with Revenue Execution technologies such as Invoca other Call Tracking solutions, LivePerson, Sprinklr (or similar) required 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple priorities and effectively motivate cross-functional teams to align on execution.

This position will report to the Head of Product Operations and have a substantial impact on the organization in shaping Invoca’s knowledge base and product delivery process. 

 

You Will:

  • Create and publish internal and customer-facing documentation to support product adoption and customer success. This includes: product how-tos, best practices, FAQs, technical enablement documentation, and more.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to track upcoming product releases and publish supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to prioritize and fill gaps in existing documentation. 
  • Partner with the Customer Education team to ensure both “expected path” and “technical troubleshooting” documentation is covered.
  • Work with the Head of Product Operations and stakeholders across the company to ensure documentation needs are clearly defined at all stages of the product release process.
  • Manage the Jira project of documentation requests across Slack and Productboard inputs. There’s room for workflow improvement & would love for someone to bring their own ideas!
