What you’ll do 

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
  • Manage and optimize the website using WordPress, including guiding the build of a new custom theme and managing plug-ins.
  • Implement and manage basic front-end development tasks, such as updating HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Tracking and Reporting:

  • Manage and optimize website tracking and reporting using platforms like Pardot and Salesforce.
  • Track and report on downloaded content, form submissions, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop a reporting system to extract actionable insights and lead projects based on these suggestions.

SEO and Performance Analysis:

  • Work closely with our SEO agency to ensure best practices and advanced techniques are applied, including strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.

A/B Testing and Optimization:

  • Lead A/B testing using FullStory to analyze user behavior and website performance.
  • Use findings from A/B testing to guide and optimize more effective marketing campaigns and website improvements.
  • Build out FullStory for eye mapping and reporting to gather actionable insights.

Creative Marketing Strategies:

  • Utilize creative, out-of-the-box thinking to implement innovative marketing strategies on the website to increase website conversions.
  • Employ interactive and engaging tactics, such as those used by platforms like Dryft, including gamification, personalized content, and dynamic web elements to enhance user experience, drive engagement, and retain visitors.

Your skill-set: 

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 5-10 years of experience in relevant digital marketing roles

Technical Proficiency:

    • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Analytical and Reporting Skills:

    • Work with our SEO agency to refine and implement our SEO strategy, driving increased organic traffic and improving search rankings.
    • Start building out FullStory for eye mapping and user behavior analysis, setting the foundation for innovative marketing strategies.

Within 60 days you’ll:

    • Build and implement website content performance reporting in collaboration with RevOps, email marketing and content marketing, including refining our UTM reporting system using WordPress, Pardot, and Salesforce. 
    • Implement initial A/B tests using FullStory and start gathering data for actionable insights.
    • Manage the contract developer, ensuring their work aligns with our overall web strategy and objectives.

Within 90 days you’ll:

    • Refine and optimize the UTM reporting system for enhanced tracking and analysis, then collaborate with the Content Marketing Writer to improve SEO and website conversion based on these reports, and build a long-term plan for ongoing improvements. 
    • Present actionable insights from FullStory data and propose improvement projects based on these findings.
    • Research and present new ideas that the company hasn't implemented yet to improve lead generation and website conversions

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Sales, the Strategic Sales Executive will be the primary pursuer of relationships and closer of deals within a territory based on your geographic state. The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans.  As a vital member of the US Sales Team, this person is responsible for finding and closing new business within a set of named accounts as well as expanding existing accounts and cultivating relationships. 

What you’ll do 

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
  • Manage existing relationships and grow them 
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI-driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to deliver annual sales targets
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation, and contract signing process
  • Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies in order to successfully sell
  • Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstrations to customers

  • Extensive experience in Account Management, growing existing business, and nurturing relationships
  • Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers 
  • Ability to qualify a prospects need and/or challenge that can be solved by implementing our product given their budget, timeline, and authority
  • Must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR
  • Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
  • Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
  • Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case

What you’ll do 

Pindrop is looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, a critical role for an individual who desires outsized business impact and redefining landscapes. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role will ensure Pindrop’s financial, strategic, and operational objectives are achieved. We are excited to have you join our team if you desire creating impact and have superpowers in the following areas: 1) Analytical Horsepower for Insight Extraction 2) Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Impact 3) Reporting Automation and Data Capabilities, and 4) Resilience and tenacity in a dynamic late stage startup environment.

  • Develop financial models that reflect a coordinated approach between corporate and functional GTM initiatives, investment priorities and efficiency goals
  • Support annual operating/budget planning, assist with corporate cash flow forecasting and and enhance our short- and long-term forecasting model, including 3-statement modeling
  • Prepare board and investor reporting materials and tackle other strategic ad hoc tasks 
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and GTM financial models (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to align financial goals with corporate and department objectives 
  • Manage the development of sales targets and forecasts while collaborating with Sales Ops to design and implement incentive-based sales compensation plans and assist with process and systems improvements (i.e. SFDC)
  • Assess ROI and own metrics incl. customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), country expansion, sales coverage ratios and productivity, headcount capacity model, CS cost per case, cohort analyses, net dollar retention, etc., and conversion rates related to GTM motions
  • Overseeing data inputs and periodic deliverables while developing automated processes and scalable databases to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Automate dashboard reporting and repeatable analyses while improving data culture by leveraging SQL and Python

  • Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) departments as a business partner required, including but not limited to capacity modeling, sales productivity, commission planning, etc. for sales organizations
  • 2+ years of high-growth B2B SaaS company experience highly preferred, experience with a B2B SaaS startup ideal
  • Spreadsheet modeling skills including charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc. with both Google Sheets and Excel required
  • Proven proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization (i.e. SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and financial planning tools (i.e. Vareto, Netsuite, etc.) required, BigQuery is a plus.
  • Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events such IPO, M&A, private fundraising, etc. preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to create financial and operational models with an understanding in Enterprise SaaS/Usage-based models and operational metrics preferred

    • Build and refine new dashboards to ensure KPI on track and drive reporting automation
    • Lean into partnerships with GTM leaders to drill into opportunities for revenue and cost optimization while building forecast model framework

Within 90 days you’ll 

    • Calibrate Corporate long-range financial models and minimize BvAforecast variance
    • Have had a few wins and shorter term projects completed and integrated into the business - with plans for longer term strategic goals in place
    • Own relationship with key stakeholders and build model framework for GTM and Corporate Finance Modeling (e.g. 3-statement modeling and 5Q rolling Fcst)
    • Create a standard process from 0-1 on data foundation and reporting automation 
    • Become a trusted business advisor for GTM orgs

We are looking for a Senior Research Scientist to join the Authentication team to help us explore exciting research ideas in the area of natural language processing (NLP) and dark web monitoring. This candidate will work in a world-class team of researchers and will play a key role in developing the next generation of voice and video experiences.

  • Conduct experimental studies on various natural language processing and machine learning  tasks to assess accuracy and quality of pre-existing models
  • Develop and improve dark web/net monitoring tools and integrate it into NLP pipeline for extracting intelligent data
  • Help the transition of research models into production on different platforms 
  • Conduct proof-of-concept experiments on lab and customer data
  • Publish patents and peer-reviewed papers in top machine learning conferences

  • Experience with natural language processing (NLP) required
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras 
  • Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications at prestigious conferences and journals. 
  • Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery
  • Strong collaboration & proven success in partnering with stakeholders
  • Preferably, you have experience with NLP competitions and challenges (PAN, Kaggle, NIST SRE, Chime, etc.)
  • Preferably, you have deep knowledge authentication, fraud, or customer experience concepts
  • Preferably, you have experience communicating with internal and external customers around proof-of-concepts, issues, etc.

  • Design, optimize, and manage our Salesforce environment & supporting tech Stack ( Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools) 
  • Own complex system configurations, data management, and security settings – building our CRM to be a reliable source of truth for GTM data.

  • In-depth knowledge of REST API testing techniques and tools (e.g. Postman, curl)
  • Experience with AWS services and cloud-based environments for testing and deployment such as EC2, VPC, S3 and IAM.
  • Previous experience in testing and deploying enterprise applications.
  • Knowledge of some or all of our toolset: Jenkins, Git, Github Actions, and Jira
  • Familiarity with databases and SQL

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with telephony systems and protocols, such as SBC and Contact Center systems, as well as VoIP protocols like SIP and RTP.
  • Proficiency in Golang or other object oriented programming language experience for test automation and scripting purposes
  • Experience with UI testing frameworks and tools for web-based applications (e.g. Selenium)
  • Experience creating and executing service tests to verify the behavior and integration of various software components.
  • Familiarity with GitHub actions for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.

  • Tech transfer of audio and ML models from Research to Product on different platforms (e.g. cloud, embedded systems)

We are looking for a Senior Research Scientist (Engineer) to join the Authentication team to help us explore exciting research ideas in the area of natural language processing (NLP). This candidate will work in a world-class team of researchers and will play a key role in developing the next generation of voice and video experiences.

  • Conduct experimental studies on various natural language processing and machine learning  tasks to assess accuracy and quality of pre-existing models
  • Help the transition of research models into production on different platforms 
  • Conduct proof-of-concept experiments on lab and customer data
  • Publish patents and peer-reviewed papers in top machine learning conferences
  • Help your teammates in reviewing their research projects
  • Propose new ML models that improve Pindrop products

  • Experience with natural language processing required
  • Strong Python skills
  • Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras
  • Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications at prestigious conferences and journals. 
  • Proven track record of successful and timely project delivery
  • Strong collaboration & proven success in partnering with stakeholders
  • Preferably, you have experience with NLP competitions and challenges (PAN, Kaggle, NIST SRE, Chime, etc.)
  • Preferably, you have deep knowledge authentication, fraud, or customer experience concepts
  • Preferably, you have experience communicating with internal and external customers around proof-of-concepts, issues, etc.

Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, Pindrop is looking for an experienced Director, Business Development to lead the charge at the forefront of the sales process. The business development (BDR) team serves the crucial functions of qualifying inbound leads, prospecting through existing accounts, and generating pipeline. The BDR team is a critical element bridging the sales and marketing organizations. The Director, Business Development will lead the BDR team and be responsible for hitting overall team goals as well as overseeing sales pipeline growth. 

What you’ll do 

  • Coach and develop quota-carrying Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs), fostering a culture of innovation, critical thinking, and continuous improvement while meeting and exceeding individual and team monthly, quarterly and annual goals
  • Develop and implement a robust process to promote thorough research and evaluation of promising leads for potential customers
  • Provide guidance and support to BDRs in identifying and prioritizing target accounts, developing tailored outreach strategies, and effectively communicating value propositions

What you’ll do 

Pindrop is looking for a Manager of Strategic Finance, a critical role for an individual who desires outsized business impact and redefining landscapes. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role will ensure Pindrop’s financial, strategic, and operational objectives are achieved.   • Appraise product features and monetization opportunities and partnering with Product Management on building business cases for investment thesis and ROI analysis
  • Manage the development of sales targets and forecasts while collaborating with Sales Ops to design and implement incentive-based sales compensation plans and assist with process and systems improvements (i.e. SFDC)
  • Partner with key stakeholders to build a robust GTM long-range model and planning strategy, including country expansion, sales coverage ratios and productivity, headcount capacity model, CS cost per case, cohort analyses, net dollar retention, etc.
  • Partner with Marketing and Partners org to develop a comprehensive view of insightful pipeline analytics and reporting, highlighting areas of strength or weakness across the business, and recommendations for action
  • Build cost-to-book (CTB) analysis and develop customer lifetime value (CLV) analysis to better understand cost of maintaining a customer vs acquiring new
  • Automate dashboard reporting and repeatable analyses while improving data culture by leveraging SQL and Python

    • Calibrate financial models and minimize forecast variance

    • Own relationship with key stakeholders and build model framework for GTM (i.e. Sales Capacity/Productivity modeling) and Products (i.e. infrastructure cost modeling)
    • Create a standard process from 0-1 on data foundation and reporting automation

What you’ll do

  • Design, document, build, maintain, and support a wide array of complex infrastructure and services
  • Own key components of our deployment pipeline and operational infrastructure

  • Scripting expertise, preferably Python and Bash
  • Knowledge of some or all of our toolset: Jenkins/Github Actions, Github, Nginx, VMWare/Proxmox, Splunk, ELK, RabbitMQ, Artifactory, Prometheus, Docker containers, etc
  • Experience working with many AWS/GCP infrastructure services such as EC2/GCE, ECS/EKS/GKE, RDS, S3, EIP, NLB, Route53, Kubernetes, and more
  • Experience with networking concepts within firewall, switch, and router configuration including: VLANs, DNS, VPNs, BGP, ACLs, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience identifying security vulnerabilities with the associated ability to remediate them in a timely manner
  • PostgreSQL/MySQL/MariaDB/NoSQL experience in both building highly available systems as well as writing complex queries
  • Demonstrated history working within a distributed architecture and CI/CD best practices
  • Telephony infrastructure experience a plus

Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales, the Enterprise Sales Executive will be the primary pursuer of relationships and closer of deals within a territory based on your geographic state. The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans.  As a vital member of the US Sales Team, this person is responsible for finding and closing new business within a set of named accounts.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategy to deliver annual sales targets
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation and contract signing process
  • Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends and technologies in order to successfully sell
  • Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstration to customers

  • Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers
  • Experience selling into CCaaS and/or security industries preferred
  • Ability to qualify a prospects need and/or that can be solved by implementing our product given their budget, timeline, and authority
  • Must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR
  • Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
  • Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
  • Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

  • Blog Writing:Manage the development 1-2 high-quality, engaging blog posts per week, optimized for SEO, that focus on cybersecurity topics relevant to our solutions and enterprise audience. This involves integrating SEO insights to ensure content adheres to best practices and effectively targets our intended market segments.
  • Organic Social Media Content:Develop compelling content for various social media platforms that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Your skill-set: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, a related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 3+ years experience in content writing, especially within a cybersecurity SaaS company focusing on enterprise sales.
  • Strong portfolio of published or professional writing samples across various content formats, demonstrating expertise in the cybersecurity domain.

What you’ll do 

As the Director of Product Marketing at Pindrop, you’ll play a crucial role in leading product positioning, the product launch processes, customer insights and more! This is a critical role at the nexus of Marketing, Product and Sales, with substantial potential to impact company growth. In this position, you will be involved at the earliest stages of product development including market analysis and voice of the customer, product positioning and the creation of core internal and go-to-market strategies.   • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.

  • Develop a marketing plan for the products you support in conjunction with our marketing team, including key activities and budgets to support the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new customers.

  • Plan the launches of net-new products and releases of existing products, and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

    • Make recommendations to leaders on how to improve our product positioning and go-to-market strategies– Share your winning strategies and GTM plans with the executive team and begin putting them into action.
    • Work closely with your marketing colleagues todevelop marketing plans for the products you support
    • Work with your manager to establish clear and attainable OKRs for product marketing

What you’ll do 

  • Manage a team of high caliber Strategic  sellers to ensure all quotas and objectives are met or exceeded
  • Build strategies to generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territories
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions.
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategy to deliver annual sales targets.
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation and contract signing process.
  • Collaborate with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations.
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce.
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends and technologies in order to successfully sell.
  • Present full solutions and conduct product demonstrations for customers.

Your skill-set: 

  • 10+ years experience selling to Strategic customers (Fortune 500)
  • Success closing license sales deals of $1M+
  • Experience selling at SaaS companies 
  • 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Experience in Account Management, growth and renewals
  • You are a change agent and able to facilitate change to help the business evolve 
  • Must have carried a quota as a Strategic sales executive prior to leading teams
  • Must have led a team and have had proven levels of success 
  • Ability to sell complex and multi-dependent software
  • Proven record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation, and exceptional communication and presence
  • Demonstrated proficiency with software productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce, Clari)
  • Background in Security or other relevant industry experience a plus

What you’ll do 

As the Partner Marketing Manager at Pindrop, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue through our partner ecosystem. Collaborating closely with key partners as listed on our website, you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, and launch plans to drive joint success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in partner marketing, strong project management skills, and an understanding of the technology and security industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Collaboration:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to align marketing strategies and maximize joint success.
    • Collaborate with partners to understand their goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.
    • Work with internal teams, including sales, product management, and marketing, to align partner initiatives with overall company goals.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on partner marketing activities, results, and ROI.

Marketing Campaigns:

    • Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with partners to generate leads and drive brand awareness.
    • Develop creative and compelling marketing collateral, including joint solution briefs, case studies, and other materials.

Events Management:

    • Coordinate and support partner-related events, including trade shows, webinars, and conferences.
    • Ensure seamless execution of joint events, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.

Launch Plans:

    • Work closely with partners to create effective launch plans for new integrations, features, or joint initiatives.
    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize product adoption and market impact.

Measurement and Analysis:

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner marketing programs.
    • Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously optimize campaigns and improve effectiveness.

  • Nice to have: Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (Pardot & Salesforce)
  • Nice to have: Previous experience working in cybersecurity and/or tech security with a similar partner ecosystem

    • Meet with our Partner Alliances team, understand our partner ecosystem (Marketplace, Carriers, Integrators, CCaaS), and learn what we accomplished so far
    • Understand Pindrop positioning, market opportunity, and products/features

Within 60 days you’ll

    • Meet with all partners and establish relationships with all partner marketing teams
    • Understand what’s been developed and begin to strategize plans for 2024
    • Support and help to execute existing events and webinars
    • Assess and evaluate what partners and what programs should be prioritized in 2024

Within 90 days you’ll 

    • Make recommendations to leaders on best approach to support our ecosystem of partners and drive revenue in 2024
    • Establish clear and attainable OKRs for partner sourced pipeline
    • Have the ability to undertake the ownership role of strategy and execution of partner campaigns and programs
