Reporting directly to the VP, Strategic Sales, the Strategic Account Executive will be the primary pursuer of relationships and closer of deals within a territory based on your geographic state. The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans.  As a vital member of the US Sales Team, this person is responsible for finding and closing new business within a set of named accounts as well as expanding existing accounts and cultivating relationships. 

 

What you’ll do 

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory (Healthcare vertical)
  • Manage existing relationships and grow them 
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI-driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to deliver annual sales targets
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation, and contract signing process
  • Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies in order to successfully sell
  • Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstrations to customers

Your skill-set: 

  • 8+ years experience in strategic sales
  • Proven record of successful selling, business development, executive level influence, negotiation, and exceptional communication and presence
  • Have sold security related solutions into the healthcare vertical 
  • Have sold contact center solutions to the healthcare vertical is a plus
  • Success closing license sales deals of 7 figures or more and experience with Complex contract management
  • Extensive experience in Account Management, growing existing business, and nurturing relationships Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers Ability to qualify a prospects need and/or challenge that can be solved by implementing our product given their budget, timeline, and authority
  • Must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR
  • Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
  • Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
  • Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case

What you’ll do 

The Manager, Customer Success is focused on client relationships and managing client expectations. The CSM team proactively drives product adoption and customer success, as well as serves  as the voice of the customer internally to Pindrop. Energetic and self-driven, the CSM leader becomes a trusted partner to our customers and a mentor to the CSM team. The CSM team manages numerous customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle. The CSM leader will support them to understand Pindrop products in-depth and constantly looking for new ways their customers can benefit from Pindrop technology.

  • Responsible for the enhancing customer relationships and long-term account retention across the CSM team
  • Enable CSM team to develop key customer relationships to become a trusted advisor and maintain “customers for life”
  • Define and execute account planning with CSMs and Account Executives to achieve strategic goals and identify areas for up-sell/cross-sell
  • Responsible for renewal management and forecasting risks associated with renewal events for CSM team and associated customer accounts
  • Enable CSM team to understand customer use cases/business objectives and promote Pindrop's value and ROI
  • Measure and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and nurture client health
  • Serve as the initial point of escalation for the CSM team and mitigate risk and improve customer experience
  • Participate in Executive Business Reviews for CSM team to further develop the CSM skill set, establish  strategic partnerships and promote customer satisfaction
  • Enable the CSM team to reduce churn and drive new business growth through greater advocacy and referenceability

  • Ability to lead strategic discussions and foster positive business relationships
  • Experience reporting customer health to executive management
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Mac O/S; Google, GMail, Gainsight, Salesforce
  • Willing to travel up to 25% is required
  • Understanding of call center/CCaaS/data center infrastructure is preferred
  • Experience working in the security and/or fraud industry is preferred
  • Previous experience growing, scaling, training and supervising a CSM team.
  • Proven experience leading teams, driving software adoption and leveraging customer success best practices
  • Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability, with effective communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate teams
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and promoting solution value through product adoption and use case benefits
  • Technical skills required, as they relate to the operational use of the product 
  • Accountability and personal organization are essential
  • Experience with subscription licensing sales model and managing SaaS contract terms

  • Engage & consult with with global, strategic clients to architect solutions that deliver maximum value including offering best practice recommendations, on-the-fly solution suggestions and relevant lines of questioning that may not have been prepared in advance of the conversation
  • Assist the sales team in building confidence in Pindrops solutions to prospects by articulating complex product functionality, cloud architecture, and/or network architecture in a simple and easy to understand manner.
  • Identify & document all potential risks of a prospect or customer being successfully deployed and fully optimized on Pindrop, lead internal discussions with all stakeholders, and build mitigation plans
  • Write accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) with proposed solutions that encompass all requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing.
  • Lead complex deployments from project kickoff to transition including gathering technical and functional requirements, configuring the solution and supporting Pindrop customers with testing, training, and go live.
  • Gain a deep level of product knowledge and partner closely with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps and place new features & products on the roadmap.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in the development and maintenance of software applications and systems. You will be responsible for contributing to complex software projects, providing technical expertise, and working with a team of talented engineers. You will expand capabilities, bring new solutions to market. As a member of the Core DNA (Data and Access) services team you will be responsible for systems which enable customer calls to be analyzed for risk and fraud.

More specifically, you will:

  • Software Development: Design, develop, test, and maintain our complex software applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices. Play a critical role in the development and maintenance of our software products by designing, building, evolving, and scaling state-of-the-art solutions for the Pindrop platform.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and the development team, including code reviews, architecture advice, and mentoring. 
  • Architecture and Design: Contribute to the design and architecture of software systems, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
  • Problem Solving: Analyze and solve complex technical problems, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and advocate for best practices in testing and quality assurance, including unit testing, integration testing, and automated testing.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
  • Research and Innovation: Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and programming languages and apply them where relevant to improve software development processes.
  • Security and Compliance: Ensure software adheres to security standards and compliance requirements, addressing vulnerabilities and potential risks.

What you’ll do 

  • You will be responsible for daily customer interaction to plan, coordinate, align resources and establish a process for successful implementation of the Pindrop solutions in large enterprise call centers. 
  • You will need to work with the Customer team and other teams within Pindrop to make sure tasks are executed as planned and that customer expectations are met.
  • You will work for a cutting-edge information security startup in an environment that fosters innovation, supports learning, recognizes style, and rewards effort.

Who you are

  • You are a proven Project Manager with a minimum of 8 years of experience in a SaaS company working with enterprise clients
  • You are a leader, have strong planning, scheduling and tracking skills
  • You can clearly communicate across all levels in an organization
  • You are customer focused and always have a positive attitude.
  • You are resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity
  • You are optimistic and believe that you can make a problem into a solution

Your skill-set: 

  • Must haves:
    • 8+ years of project management experience in a SaaS software company working with enterprise clients
    • Bachelor degree in a technical or engineering discipline or equivalent experience preferred
    • Experience using a project management system like MS Project, Smartsheet, etc 
  • Nice to haves:
    • PMP certification desired, not required
    • Technical knowledge of Cloud infrastructure and Cloud/SaaS processes
    • Knowledge of telephony, CCaaS or call center technologies is a plus

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor high-performance services and APIs.
  • Develop applications in Golang and Python on top of a modern cloud focused platform.

  • Knowledge of different Data Storage technologies such as Redis, MySQL, etc.

  • Represent security in internal and external meetings to discuss security analysis, findings and security/compliance responses. 
  • Review past incidents and identify attack trends. Finetune and reconfigure alerts based on prior incidents to improve detection.
  • Actively participate in the development, documentation, and implementation of new processes to expand and mature capabilities for the organization.
  • Identify and track internal and external assets to identify potential risks. Communicate these risks to internal and external stakeholders and build a plan of action.
  • Develop, update, and maintain a repository of cybersecurity threat information that may be used in conducting risk assessments and reports on cyber risk trends.
  • Build and maintain tools for automation of security events and reporting. Optimize and reconfigure tools to improve security processes.
  • Implement, maintain and monitor IDS/IPS rule sets, alerts and reports.
  • Perform investigations and improve detection processes on a wide variety of security events from various sources to determine whether they pose a threat to Pindrop
  • Identify, research and develop internal and open source tools used to improve security and threat intelligence workflows to support Pindrop's unique environment
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to answer customer questionnaires, compliance audits.

Reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise Sales, the Mid-Market Sales Executive will be the primary pursuer of relationships and closer of deals within a territory based on your geographic state. The Mid-Market Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans.  As a vital member of the US Sales Team, this person is responsible for finding and closing new business within a set of named accounts.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategy to deliver annual sales targets
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation and contract signing process
  • Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends and technologies in order to successfully sell
  • Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstration to customers

  • 3-5+ years of experience in mid-market sales
  • Proven record of successful selling and business development
  • Executive level influence, negotiation, and exceptional communication and presence required
  • Success closing license sales deals of 6 figures or more as well as running longer, complex deal cycles consistently
  • Experience selling a complex product to executive buyers
  • Experience selling into CCaaS and/or security industries preferred
  • Ability to qualify a prospects need and/or that can be solved by implementing our product given their budget, timeline, and authority
  • Must be able to self-prospect to build qualified pipeline and also work collaboratively with a BDR
  • Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
  • Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
  • Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case

Within 30 days you’ll

Within 60 days you’ll:

    •  Understand a Day in the Life of the Contact Center
    • Understand the high-level workings of Call Flows
    • Get to know your key contacts across multiple departments
    • Present the IVR pitch to your manager and then team Develop at least three new qualified leads

Within 90 days you’ll

    • Develop a forecast for 1H of 2024 and 2H of 2024
    • Conduct solo intro meetings with Contact Center Week 
    • Build a Business Plan for 2024
    • Identify new pipeline >= 3X your quota

What you’ll do 

As a Senior Solution Architect your role will be to engage with global, enterprise clients to architect end-to-end solutions and map out an implementation approach tailored to their unique business needs. You will be responsible for intimately understanding the complexities and interdependencies of the client environment, working with internal departments to quickly break down barriers, and providing best practice and guidance to build client confidence.   • Engage & consult with with global, strategic clients to architect solutions that deliver maximum value including offering best practice recommendations, on-the-fly solution suggestions and relevant lines of questioning that may not have been prepared in advance of the conversation
  • Assist the sales team in building confidence in Pindrops solutions to prospects by articulating complex product functionality, cloud architecture, and/or network architecture in a simple and easy to understand manner.
  • Identify & document all potential risks of a prospect or customer being successfully deployed and fully optimized on Pindrop, lead internal discussions with all stakeholders, and build mitigation plans
  • Write accurate Statements of Work (SOWs) with proposed solutions that encompass all requirements, deliverables, schedules, tasks, and pricing.
  • Lead complex deployments from project kickoff to transition including gathering technical and functional requirements, configuring the solution and supporting Pindrop customers with testing, training, and go live.
  • Gain a deep level of product knowledge and partner closely with product and engineering teams to identify product gaps and place new features & products on the roadmap.

Reporting directly to the Director of Strategic Sales, the Strategic Sales Executive will be the primary pursuer of relationships and closer of deals within a territory based on your geographic state. The Strategic Sales Executive is responsible for developing and executing on both strategic and tactical sales plans.  As a vital member of the US Sales Team, this person is responsible for finding and closing new business within a set of named accounts as well as expanding existing accounts and cultivating relationships. 

What you’ll do 

  • Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas and objectives
  • Generate and grow new license revenue in assigned accounts and territory
  • Manage existing relationships and grow them 
  • Utilize solution-selling and value-added, ROI-driven methodologies to sell enterprise fraud risk and authentication solutions
  • Develop and maintain sales plans and strategies to deliver annual sales targets
  • Formulating and executing strategic and tactical plans
  • Execute each sales activity in accordance with Pindrop’s sales process which includes opportunity identification and qualification, solution proof of concept, development of business case and ROI, pricing and license development, negotiation, and contract signing process
  • Working with Pindrop sales engineers and analytical teams to oversee proof of concepts and construct results presentations
  • Disciplined and accurate forecasting and reporting of opportunities and all sales activities within Salesforce
  • Acquire and integrate industry and market knowledge related to the competitive landscape, emerging fraud risk trends, and technologies in order to successfully sell
  • Ability to present the full solution and conduct product demonstrations to customers

  • Strong acumen in technology and ability to articulate solution value proposition
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities to meet deadlines, setting direction for and ensuring the success of all sales and customer interactions
  • Ability to work closely and cross functionally with engineering, marketing and product management as well as experience working with partners and alliances, and other internal stakeholders
  • Must possess the appropriate level of math and analytical skill required to construct a financial business case

What you’ll do 

Pindrop is looking for a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst, a critical role for an individual who desires outsized business impact and redefining landscapes. Reporting to the Director, Strategic Finance, this role will ensure Pindrop’s financial, strategic, and operational objectives are achieved.   • Develop financial models that reflect a coordinated approach between corporate and functional GTM initiatives, investment priorities and efficiency goals
  • Support annual operating/budget planning, assist with corporate cash flow forecasting and and enhance our short- and long-term forecasting model, including 3-statement modeling
  • Prepare board and investor reporting materials and tackle other strategic ad hoc tasks 
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and GTM financial models (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) to align financial goals with corporate and department objectives 
  • Manage the development of sales targets and forecasts while collaborating with Sales Ops to design and implement incentive-based sales compensation plans and assist with process and systems improvements (i.e. SFDC)
  • Assess ROI and own metrics incl. customer acquisition cost (CAC), customer lifetime value (CLV), country expansion, sales coverage ratios and productivity, headcount capacity model, CS cost per case, cohort analyses, net dollar retention, etc., and conversion rates related to GTM motions
  • Overseeing data inputs and periodic deliverables while developing automated processes and scalable databases to enhance workflow efficiency
  • Automate dashboard reporting and repeatable analyses while improving data culture by leveraging SQL and Python

  • Experience supporting go-to-market (GTM) departments as a business partner required, including but not limited to capacity modeling, sales productivity, commission planning, etc. for sales organizations
  • 2+ years of high-growth B2B SaaS company experience highly preferred, experience with a B2B SaaS startup ideal
  • Spreadsheet modeling skills including charts, graphs, pivot tables, etc. with both Google Sheets and Excel required
  • Proven proficiency in reporting automation and data visualization (i.e. SQL, Python, Looker, Tableau, etc.) and financial planning tools (i.e. Vareto, Netsuite, etc.) required, BigQuery is a plus.
  • Experience with exit transactions and liquidity events such IPO, M&A, private fundraising, etc. preferred

Within 60 days you’ll

    • Contribute by raising questions and assessing opportunities of improvement of current processes, including sales and demand gen forecast, BvA Forecast cycles, system migrations, etc.
    • Gain a strong understanding of the monthly finance close cadence, forecasting cycle and gaps by drafting a proposal on key process improvements, including model enhancements and new areas to build upon and support
    • Build and refine new dashboards to ensure KPI on track and drive reporting automation
    • Lean into partnerships with GTM leaders to drill into opportunities for revenue and cost optimization while building forecast model framework

Within 90 days you’ll 

    • Calibrate Corporate long-range financial models and minimize BvAforecast variance
    • Have had a few wins and shorter term projects completed and integrated into the business - with plans for longer term strategic goals in place
    • Own relationship with key stakeholders and build model framework for GTM and Corporate Finance Modeling (e.g. 3-statement modeling and 5Q rolling Fcst)
    • Create a standard process from 0-1 on data foundation and reporting automation 
    • Become a trusted business advisor for GTM orgs

What you’ll do 

  • Design, optimize, and manage our Salesforce environment & supporting tech Stack ( Salesforce, Pardot, Salesloft, Clari, Demandbase, Zoominfo, 100 Handshakes, Linkedin Sales Navigator, Chili Piper or similar tools)

As Pindrop continues to scale the revenue operations team will also have to scale to keep up with the demands of the growing sales team. This growth will open up multiple opportunities including taking on additional responsibilities, learning newer technologies, potentially managing other resources or even taking the operational expertise to drive excellence in a different group.

Within 30 days you’ll

  • Understand PIndrop’s Sales process including lead generation, opportunity management, deal closure
  • Familiarize themselves with the current salesforce configuration & all associated sales tool integrations 
  • Connect 1:1  with some key stakeholders in rev ops, sales management, GTM team to understand pain points and build rapport
  • Data Quality Assessment
  • Complete onboarding and attend New Employee Orientation sessions with other new Pindroppers

Within 60 days you’ll

  • Shadow sales reps to get a better understanding of their day to day usage of salesforce to identify areas for automation
  • Understand current data management and begin thinking through a plan to improve data quality and ongoing data hygiene practices
  • Study current KPI’s and dig into current reporting and analytics capabilities

Within 90 days you’ll

  • Teach us something new
  • Identify areas of improvement and quick wins
  • Spend time documenting existing processes, automation and workflows to use as a baseline for areas of process improvements
  • Identify where we can leverage salesforce automation - process builder, flow builder to automate tasks and remove administrative burden from sellers
  • Explore opportunities to optimize our processes across all systems integrated. Pardot, Salesloft, Zoominfo, Demandbase, Linkedin Sales Navigator and Clari
