Job Description

The Product Manager for Shoring and Scaffolding Products is responsible for managing Doka USA's shoring and scaffolding product portfolio and lifecycle. This includes maximizing the utilization of existing products and supporting the integration of new shoring and scaffolding solutions and revenue streams. Serving as the central hub for product development, expertise, and market introduction, this role entails gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, and collaborating with sales, engineering, marketing, and support teams to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

The Product Manager will also develop and implement strategies to increase market share for shoring and scaffolding products across defined U.S. regions. This role includes delivering continuous training for Doka USA sales teams, focusing on product knowledge specific to shoring and scaffolding. This includes technical applications, field assembly, features and benefits, competitive comparisons, and providing sales support during customer engagements. This will be a remote position where the ideal candidate will be located in the Houston, TX or Chicago, IL territories, but all interested candidates across the US are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Implementation of country product strategy, managing product portfolio, monitoring success of products in the marketplace, and developing / implementing strategies for increasing market share of products in Doka USA. 
  • Maximize utilization of equipment and guide in the development of future products / solutions / services that fit the market needs.
  • Skill development and knowledge transfer of Doka business information, products and processes.
  • Cooperate / Lead projects within the product innovation process, product introduction, product improvement and product re-launch.
  • Continuously coach and develop sales team to raise their product competence level and conduct ongoing product knowledge training sessions.
  • Identify areas of growth potential and support with development of strategic plans for defined areas of focus.
  • Coach sales teams and provides appropriate and timely feedback on their performance during customer calls.
  • Conduct market studies to define requirements along with likelihood of success and revenue potential.
  • Work in cooperation with marketing on various activities including campaigns, development of literature, press releases and the management / execution of trade show exhibitions.
  • Maintain an awareness of, and exercising judgment in, such areas as market conditions, competitive activities and general economic conditions and in accordance with governmental, legislative and regulatory matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in an engineering/technical undergraduate discipline and / or 10+ years industry-related experience related to the US market.
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to indirectly manage and influence a diverse team to achieve desired results.
  • Thorough knowledge of the industry business model and the various aspects of the concrete forming business.
  • Previous industry sales experience and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills including and command of English (speaking, reading, writing).
  • Qualitative abilities including strong analytical skills, technical proficiency and effective problem solving skills.
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work as an organized team player in a results-driven, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the Region up to 50%.

The GSI Enablement Manager opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Enablement, this role will join our growing Global Partner Enablement team, with a dedicated focus on supporting our Global System Integrator (GSI) accounts. This role is essential in enabling our GSI partners to effectively position and implement Okta’s solutions to drive mutual success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including alliances, sales, product marketing, and training, to design and deliver enablement programs tailored to the unique needs of GSI partners.

*This role requires in-person onboarding and travel to our San Francisco, CA HQ office during the first week of employment.  

What you’ll be doing 

  • Develop and execute a GSI enablement strategy aligned with Okta’s partner-first vision, ensuring GSIs have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed
  • Collaborate with Partner Alliances, Product Marketing, Pre-sales, and Post-sales teams to create and deliver tailored enablement content, including playbooks, training modules, and certification programs
  • Partner with GSI Account Managers to identify enablement gaps and design solutions to address skill development, product knowledge, and go-to-market alignment
