WHAT YOU'LL DO

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to join our SMS/Chat team, which is responsible for building and scaling Braze’s SMS channel. This team fully owns the SMS channel within the product, from composition and sending to message responses and analytics. It also owns several supporting services for Chat messaging, including our internal click tracking and link shortening service.

As an engineer on the team, you will work with your teammates to build out new features, improve performance, and provide guidance on key architectural decisions.
