As Front End Developer, you’ll play a vital role in leading frontend development efforts for the application, taking full ownership of implementing and maintaining new features and updates. This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in independent problem-solving, enjoys high-touch customer interactions, and thrives in a small, supportive team environment. The developer will create data-driven, interactive UIs that meet a variety of customer needs, requiring both technical expertise and an understanding of customer workflows and data requirements.

What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary frontend developer, handling all UI related requirements, updates, and new UI features.
- Build and optimize user-friendly UI components, such as interactive grids and arrays, that display data in an organized and actionable format.
- Communicate consistently with customers, ensuring high-touch engagement and clear updates even through complex or evolving requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and accurately translate complex business logic into effective front-end solutions.
- Independently troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, ensuring efficient and reliable UI performance.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- You have the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree + 4 years of relevant experience as a Front-End Developer
- C# and JavaScript Proficiency: Strong experience in C# and JavaScript for frontend development.
- .NET Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with .NET Framework is essential.
- Experience with .NET MAUI and Blazor: Knowledge of .NET MAUI and Blazor is a plus, as recent UI enhancements leverage these technologies.
- Independent Problem-Solving and Ownership: Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and take full ownership of projects without needing step-by-step guidance.
- High Responsiveness and Customer Engagement: Ability to keep customers engaged and informed at every stage, providing updates even when troubleshooting is still in progress.
- Personable and Positive Communication: Enjoys collaborative, positive interactions with both team members and customers, demonstrating patience and professionalism.
- Strong Debugging Skills: Skilled in intensive debugging to solve complex UI and business logic issues independently.
