Job Description

As the Manager of Business Development, you will manage growth of new and existing channel partners, develop and run our partner onboarding process, Develop Partner tracking metrics, and personally manage key partnerships along with the SVP, Business Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The following duties are normal for this position.  This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

  • Work with the SVP, Bus Dev to execute and iterate on the partnership strategy and goals
  • Responsible for driving revenue growth targets with the SCM’s and through the Channel Development Rep team.
  • Identify, target, recruit and onboard key target partners that are identified in the Bus Dev GTM strategy
  • Manage executive level relationships with Key channel partners
  • Lead the launch process for new partners, with the end goal of getting the partner to more independently promote FieldEdge
  • Manage the growth and monetization of existing partners through scalable programs
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales, and customer success
  • Track partner performance against goals and share learnings on how and where to improve
  • Collaborate and problem-solve at all levels of the partner’s organization and become the connector to different stakeholders

This position has a travel requirement up to 50% during busy seasons.

This position has a base salary range of $100,000 to $112,000 USD.

This position is eligible for a commission plan.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY

This position directly supervises the Strategic Channel Managers and has additional responsibility to work closely with the CDR Manager and CDR’s, and is responsible for the direction, coordination, and evaluation of these associates. The associate will carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable law. Such responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; setting goals; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • 3+ years developing partnerships in the Home Service Contracting and/or SaaS industry

  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise

Les Product Manager Senior possèdent un engagement incontestable pour identifier et améliorer la valeur client, associé à une approche stratégique pour transformer ces idées en succès commercial durable.  

Les Product Manager Senior mènent et gèrent une fonction commerciale centrale d’un produit ou plusieurs domaines produits au sein d'une marque. Non seulement ils excellent dans la livraison de produits de qualité, mais ils ont également une vision pour leur domaine et un plan pour exécuter cette vision. Ils peuvent clairement expliquer comment leur roadmap produit est alignée avec la stratégie produit et comment leur travail aura un impact positif et quantifiable sur les clients du produit.  

Les Product Manager Senior sont responsables de la gestion de leur roadmap et doivent avoir une explication claire pour chaque décision. Toutefois, ils doivent consulter leur Brand Product Lead avant d'apporter des modifications importantes à leur roadmap. Ces personnes interagissent directement avec les clients pour mieux comprendre l'industrie, les points de blocage et la façon dont le produit peut résoudre leurs problèmes ou attentes.  

Les Product Manager Senior peuvent ou non exercer des responsabilités managériales, mais ils servent d'exemple de ce qu'incarne une livraison de produit exceptionnelle et favorisent le développement de leurs pairs. Ce rôle est le poste le plus senior axé sur la livraison de produit, sans responsabilités à l'échelle de la marque. 

Responsabilités du poste : 

  • Être responsable de la planification, de la vision et de la mise en œuvre des fonctionnalités dans un ou plusieurs domaines produits  

  • Fournir régulièrement des contributions sur la stratégie produit globale et sur la manière dont les initiatives de l'équipe s'alignent avec la stratégie produit globale  

  • Développer une compréhension fine de l'industrie, y compris les tendances émergentes, les nouvelles technologies disponibles et les marchés adressables  

  • Impliquer les clients actuels et potentiels pour comprendre et analyser leurs besoins, leurs pratiques commerciales et leurs projets futurs

The Role

Xplor Gym are recruiting for a back-end developer engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience in PHP. Are you a team-player, motivated to make a difference, and looking for your next exciting career move?  We are a provider of fitness club management software, supporting thousands of gyms and health clubs across Europe.

In your role you will develop backend (including secure APIs) the European growth of Resamania. You will design and implement features within our full API-based PHP product that uses Symfony, event-based architectures and modern database technologies. We build our frontends in React and need someone with a good understanding of this technology.

You will get the opportunity to collaborate with other Xplorers across our Fitness and Wellbeing product range as well as in Xplor Pay, our global payment services platform.

You should have experience of working within an agile team, understand test-driven development, be at-least familiar with the concepts of CI/CD or DevOps, and be ready to support automated QA professionals.

As our headquarters for Resamania is in France, proficiency in French would be preferred but not essential.
