Xplor is seeking a Head of Business Change UK to focus on high-impact / high-value change management initiatives in the UK. Job Description

This role is the subject matter expert for Xplor’s procurement processes and systems (Jaggaer, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Concur, etc…)  This includes being the go-to person for: 

  • eSourcing event creation (eRFP, RFI, RFQ, etc…) 
  • procurement processes and policies (creating purchase requisitions, purchase orders and approval guidelines) 
  • invoice processing including approval, matching and payment 
  • Negotiating contracts, initiating cost savings and strategic vendor alignment

Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Act as liaison between purchasing users (our internal customers) and other core groups such as AP, financial analysts, treasury, tax, controllers, and global finance owners 
  • Lead procurement projects to achieve quantifiable savings by applying best-in-class sourcing methods, and contract creation solutions 
  • Lead contract negotiations and contract reviews demonstrating expertise and confidence using online contract repository systems, cloud-based e-sourcing, and online vendor communication portals with proficiency.  
  • Extract data through MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Word reports using our procurement management tool, Jaggaer Manage and support eRFX events across multiple spend categories.   
  • Identify and capture strategic opportunities for the goods and services purchased 
  • Work to establish strong vendor relationships that are built on Xplor’s key values. Work with both new and established suppliers to create vendor partner opportunities 
  • Be able to secure meaningful, verifiable cost savings that align with strategic initiatives 
  • Work with finance team throughout the procurement cycle to assist with forecasting and budgeting 
  • Identify, report, and facilitate opportunities for vendor diversity and inclusion.  Work with other Xplor teams to promote, and support larger Xplor vendor diversity initiatives outside of Procurement 
  • Lead and participate in special procurement, sourcing, and other projects, as assigned 
  • Provide insightful guidance on vendor selection, management, and performance.  Assist in creating vendor qualities programs that measure areas including vendor quality, cost savings, and other KPIs. 
  • Create KPI dashboard that includes metrics that provide deep insight to vendor performance, cost savings, and other detailed analysis. 
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers (both internal and external) by providing timely responses, representing procurement at meetings and events, and working to promote Xplor’s company values 
  • Recognize, analyze, and report Vendor Carbon Footprints.  Become Xplor champion for reducing carbon emissions and creating carbon neutral organization 
  • Assist in the stand-up of new procurement and finance systems, and the enhancement and change management for existing programs. 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • 5+ Year’s experience in Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing Management as a buyer, sourcing specialist, Procurement Project Analyst and esourcing event creation and management 
  • Expert level abilities in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word 
  • Previous experience with Jaggaer, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, or Concur 
  • Demonstrated experience, and success, in leading procurement projects 
  • Knowledge of GAAP and ability to talk fluently regarding AP processes and requirements 
  •  quantifiable savings by applying best-in-class sourcing methods, and contract creation solutions 
  • Have experience in the creation of contracts for goods, service, and contingent labor for programs more than $1M USD. 
  • Be familiar with global purchasing and procurement process; including the ability to research/ interact and lead strategic offshore opportunities and manage purchases through these channels 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree or 10+ years of equivalent work experience 
  • 5+ Years experience working with global suppliers 
  • 2+ years experience in preparing and presenting reports to senior staff

Job Description

Reporting to the Key Accounts Manager, this is an important role within Xplor’s Fitness & Wellbeing business in the UK & European region. The Client Support Executive is the frontline of our Client Support desk. The Client Support Executives have a broad understanding of procedures that apply to everyday support issues/needs. For instance, FAQs, common difficulties, and time-sensitive queries.

The objective is to solve problems on first contact (be it, via telephone or email/ticket) so that our internal and external clients can continue with their day without impact and feel the value of engaging with Xplor as their preferred provider. 

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Be an impressive first point of contact for our internal and external clients
  • Fully understand client’s business and their requirements
  • Be fully focused on the User Experience (UX) taking full ownership for all role-based activity to ensure any open items are resolved to a client satisfactory conclusion

We are seeking a performance-driven Marketing Specialist to produce content for our payments division. This exciting position provides the right individual the opportunity to join a dynamic and high-performing marketing team that is focused on growth.


In this role, you will be responsible for writing content to support marketing strategies that create brand awareness and increase revenue for our business. This role will assist with the deployment and execution of successful multichannel marketing campaigns, ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and meet our demand generation goals.

  • Partner with clients, sales, and marketing leads, to design and execute co-branded marketing campaigns aligned with internal and client business objectives.

  • Become a campaigns operations master, managing, and building campaign lists, lead flows, and reports

  • Play a key role in executing and optimizing multi-touch campaigns — nurturing audiences at every stage, from awareness and lead generation to supporting successful customer relationships across channels (including email, social, SEO, PPC, and print initiatives)

  • Regularly communicates with clients and internal stakeholders regarding marketing plans and results

  • Build customer and prospect facing emails, newsletters, landing pages, and forms in Pardot, with an eye for reviewing content for accuracy and relevance for the intended audience

  • Write blog articles, case studies, infographics, and video storyboards that attract qualified leads

  • Develop product presentations, one-pagers, landing pages, or other assets to enable sales

  • Research industry trends to drive blog article topics for newsletters and other nurture programs

  • Conduct various win/loss client interviews and surveys to identify trends and develop case studies

  • Demonstrate sound project management skills, including meeting deadlines, contingency planning, approval procedures, campaign analysis, and tracking/ monitoring procedures

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing experience

  • Experience with short and long form writing

  • Experience launching email, digital campaigns and events

  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce and Pardot preferred)

  • An excellent writer, listener, and communicator

  • Strong organizational skills and a desire to own projects end-to-end

  • Self-starter who is excited about juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • An analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for campaign improvements

  • B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or related field preferred

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus

POSITION SUMMARY:

An Activations Representative’s primary focus is to Welcome new customers and train them on how to use their payment processing equipment and/or software. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following duties are normal for this position.  This list is not to be construed as exclusive or all inclusive.  Other duties may be required and assigned.

Perform Welcome Call/Activations Appointment and provide Merchant information and links to Clearent / ISV Support sites.  

Educate merchant on how to access Compass and provide a high-level walk through.  

Explain Merchant Compliance programs - PCI/SAQ  

Perform test transactions and train merchant on Clearent Virtual Terminal  

Troubleshoot and program POS Credit Card Terminals over the phone, when       required.   

Work with ISV and Clearent support via phone, Slack and other mediums to efficiently serve merchants.  

Be able to multi-task and use multiple computer systems while on the phone.  

Be able to work with outside Market Partners and build up knowledge of key services.  

Be proficient with multiple terminal hardware/software types and their basic functions. 

Perform Welcome Calls to list of assigned accounts and identify any early issues.  

Work on projects as assigned by manager 

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a software engineering manager who loves to build, lead, and mentor highly performant development teams. The ideal candidate has experience with software engineering best practices including Agile methodologies and API standards.  

As a leader of one of our scrum teams, you will help us develop the APIs, services, and infrastructure that powers our best-in-class studio management software and customer-facing products. You will lead a team and work closely with your team’s Product Manager to solve challenging problems across a variety of domains, but with a focus on e-commerce.
