Job Description

Analytics infrastructure

  • Implement effective, flexible, issue-identifying data collection system for lead to cash. Interface cleanly with centralized data warehouses. Establish anomaly detection and other data hygiene systems
  • Choose modern, valuable tooling for Analytics and split (A/B) testing. Stay on top of new offerings to upgrade the team's capabilities over time, including using LLMs to increase team effectiveness. Translate new software capabilities into training for analytics and PMs 
  • Develop a analytics roadmap, consulting with your leaders and cross-functional partners
  • Ensure company and focus areas KPIs are well defined and tracked 
  • Align processes and thinking across Product Analytics and User Experience Research to ensure product leaders receive comprehensive and consistent insights from the two sources
  • Partner with PM, Business Operations, and other key partners to establish product data standards, including data ethics, data quality, and data governance

Team deliverables

  • Automate and distribute key dashboards for leaders and teams to better run the business and understand user context
  • Provide systems and resources for PMs to cleanly pull datasets themselves and create their own reports (currently in PowerBI). 
  • Deliver effective A/B testing. Your team supports simple A/B testing by PMs themselves and/or implements complex tests alongside PMs. Tests themselves are well designed to deliver actionable insights
  • Deliver high value insights and actionable recommendations via your team's product analysis and executive summaries. Present to leadership regularly
  • Provide strategic guidance for Product strategy, informed by deep user and business understanding. Advise on which questions to ask. Use tools such as KPI trees to identify and recommend high leverage product areas

Team development

  • Build an analytics team
  • Coach and grow your leaders to be strategic partners for their areas (Fitness and Wellbeing and home services), delivering proactive guidance on key product and user insights that drive the business
  • Ensure growth-minded culture and learning capabilities that support your entire organization's development and skill building, including industry scientific capabilities such as statistical modeling, exploratory data analysis, and causal inference

The average base salary pay range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree, preferably in a technical field
  • 10+ years of experience in data science and statistics in SaaS / payment companies, with experience in the product and user behavior domain. 
  • 4+ years of experience building, managing and leading analytics and data science teams
  • Deep understanding of how Product Analytics can support the product development lifecycle every stage
  • Infrastructure and Tooling
    • High proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and other data science tools/frameworks
    • Experience with Snowflake and PowerBI 
    • Experience working with ML in low and high value situations.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business and technical escalations and needs. Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in solution engineering or a sales-focused, integration-related role.
  • Experience leading teams in the capacity of supervisor or manager with record of successful performance management.
  • Experience in financial services, merchant acquiring or related fintech industries is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success supporting technical sales strategies, designing, documenting, or launching successful integrated solutions and related capabilities and products.

Les Product Manager Senior mènent et gèrent une fonction commerciale centrale d’un produit ou plusieurs domaines produits au sein d'une marque. Les Product Manager Senior sont responsables de la gestion de leur roadmap et doivent avoir une explication claire pour chaque décision. Toutefois, ils doivent consulter leur Brand Product Lead avant d'apporter des modifications importantes à leur roadmap. Job Description

The Role

Xplor Gym are recruiting for a back-end developer engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience in PHP. Are you a team-player, motivated to make a difference, and looking for your next exciting career move?  We are a provider of fitness club management software, supporting thousands of gyms and health clubs across Europe.

In your role you will develop backend (including secure APIs) the European growth of Resamania. You will design and implement features within our full API-based PHP product that uses Symfony, event-based architectures and modern database technologies. We build our frontends in React and need someone with a good understanding of this technology.

You will get the opportunity to collaborate with other Xplorers across our Fitness and Wellbeing product range as well as in Xplor Pay, our global payment services platform.

You should have experience of working within an agile team, understand test-driven development, be at-least familiar with the concepts of CI/CD or DevOps, and be ready to support automated QA professionals.

As our headquarters for Resamania is in France, proficiency in French would be preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced back-end developer with the following qualifications:

Required:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with PHP, Symfony or Laravel, ideally across multiple roles
  • Knowledge of OOP and SOLID principles
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. MySQL)
  • Proficiency in building and working with RESTful services and APIs
  • Awareness of testing frameworks for robust code
  • At least basic level Git and Docker knowledge for local development

Beneficial:

  • French-speaking proficiency
  • Experience working on highly developed business critical systems
  • Experience with AWS
  • Good understanding of integration best practices (e.g. circuit breakers, exponential back-off)
  • Experience of good logging practices, ideally with exposure to application performance monitoring (APM).

Soft skills:

  • A problem solving mindset who views complex challenges as opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills for effectively collaborating with fellow developers, whether in person, via email or through technical documentation
  • Ability to stay focused and prioritise tasks when requirements evolve or priorities shift
