Xplor is seeking a Head of Business Change UK to focus on high-impact / high-value change management initiatives in the UK. Reporting directly to Xplor’s Global Director, Business Change, you’ll be responsible for a portfolio of projects which fit within the UK Strategy. This is a new role, created to recognise the demand for change management techniques, change discipline and stronger change governance within Xplor. Essential to the role is experience in leading and delivering change in complex and multi-functional settings, as well being able to create workable structures, routines and templates for others to follow. The ideal candidate would have experience in the payments or related financial service sectors and ideally gained through consultancy roles. The role will have three areas of focus: (1) Manage the planning and execution of strategically important projects in the UK, (2) Implementing and driving use of business change best practices that can be applied globally (3) Drive and report on business case realisation of revenue and efficiencies across the portfolio
• Relevant experience delivering change for similar scale organisations, for example working in programme management, leadership and change roles

A Technical Sales Consultant educates prospects and customers, conduct demos, evaluates technical and business solutions, and is a trusted advisor to prospects who are looking to evaluate fit. POSITION SUMMARY:
An Activations Representative’s primary focus is to Welcome new customers and train them on how to use their payment processing equipment and/or software.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Troubleshoot and program POS Credit Card Terminals over the phone, when required.
Work with ISV and Clearent support via phone, Slack and other mediums to efficiently serve merchants.
Be able to multi-task and use multiple computer systems while on the phone.
Be able to work with outside Market Partners and build up knowledge of key services.

You’ll join Xplor Fitness & Wellbeing — the team that builds innovative and intuitive solutions that enable gym owners and trainers to connect their clients with amazing fitness experiences. You’ll work on our MarianaTek product which is a studio management software built by real players in the fitness industry. We take all the complexities of running a studio and make it easy to use, brand centric, and fitness-focused.
We are looking for a software engineering manager who loves to build, lead, and mentor highly performant development teams. The ideal candidate has experience with software engineering best practices including Agile methodologies and API standards.
As a leader of one of our scrum teams, you will help us develop the APIs, services, and infrastructure that powers our best-in-class studio management software and customer-facing products. You will lead a team and work closely with your team’s Product Manager to solve challenging problems across a variety of domains, but with a focus on e-commerce.
