Scope of Work Will include the following:

About the department

Cloudflare’s CIO organization has an Enterprise Applications Team that operates our Enterprise Systems end-to-end, providing process cohesiveness across the functional areas. This enables our Cloudflare internal teams to operate efficiently and enable our customers and partners to do business with us. 

Within the Enterprise Applications Team is a Finance & Legal team whose main responsibility is to manage our Finance and Legal platforms in addition to other platforms that support our financial/ legal functional areas.  

About the role

Cloudflare is looking for Enterprise Systems Admin to help administrate, configure KlarityLaw application and maintain the system, as well as peripheral financial systems. In this role you will be supporting Klarity Law application,  features integrations, workflows creation, configuring, integrations to NetSuite etc. The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal communications, diligent time management skills, be team-oriented and have a strong work ethic. This role will assist other core business systems analysts/architects across IT for strategic and business as usual projects.

What you'll do

  • You will contribute to all aspects of an agile software development life cycle including design, architecture, development, documentation, testing and operations

  • You will push your design and architecture limits by owning all aspects of solutions end-to-end

  • Support/build integrations with select enterprise systems

  • Ensure all configurations and integrations are thoroughly tested and ready for deployment

  • Identify gaps and opportunities for automation and work on Proof of Concepts for new requirements as appropriate

  • Work with external vendors and product support teams to troubleshoot system issues as they arise

  • Perform day-to-day maintenance of the application in operation, including tasks related to identifying issue root cause(s), troubleshooting issues, and issue resolution, dispatch to partner teams, and/or escalation

The Senior Enterprise Billing Analyst  is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of timely account validations and distribution of invoices to customers. As the Billing Subject Matter Expert (SME), this position collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and consistent adherence to Upwork guidelines. The team lead is accountable for generating and distributing Enterprise customer invoices, onboarding new hires, account setups, continuously improving billing processes, and fostering cross-department collaboration. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Interpret, manage, and maintain new Enterprise contracts, amendments, and extensions for order entry in the company's invoicing system.

• Support the Order to Cash process by working with the Solutions Architect team to enable our product for Enterprise Clients with signed contracts.

• Collaborate with Legal, Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance partners to resolve standard orders and contracts.

• Adapt to changing processes and changes to skus and products.

• Ensure customer records and contracts are maintained with accuracy and integrity for audit purposes.

• Translate and decipher data chain to ensure all systems reflect active contracts and their corresponding fee structure and configuration.

• Act as a resource for others in approaching, researching, and resolving complex and/or escalated billing questions and discrepancies.

• Lead training for new billing staff and ensure their continued knowledge growth after initial training.

• Maintain thorough knowledge of client billing and payment terms, while managing the complete billing process for assigned clients.

• Provide recommendations to the Billing Manager for improving internal processes, maximizing productivity and quality, and collaborate on developing standard procedures.

• Maintain current documentation of procedures and provide updates to the team.

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients and handle all invoicing per the client contract.

• Work with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Program Managers to solution accounts and resolve client inquiries.

• Research and respond to client and/or internal team inquiries in a timely manner.

• Ensure accurate client records are maintained, promptly report issues for intervention or escalation, and routinely review contract changes and audit the Company’s billing system.

• Calculate adjustments, generate credit memos, and rebills as needed.

• Reconcile transactions to review variances.

• Assist in audit requests.

• Execute month-end reconciliations with a high level of detail.

• Assist the collections team as needed.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What it takes to catch our eye:

Seven years of billing experience, including a minimum of three years of experience supervising all or a portion of the billing function in a professional services environment.

Job Description

  • Work with US-based clients and Vietnam development team to understand business needs and develop technical solutions for enterprise applications
  • Lead technical of the team to make technical decision in terms of the architecture and technology choices for the applications
  • Ensure code quality and development practices are followed, code written by you and your team adheres to standards for accessibility, scalability, usability, security, and performance
  • Provide technical mentorship to software architecture and project members in complex software development projects and resolve difficult technical issues
  • Participate in Scrum ceremonies with onshore and offshore teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, management team and customers
  • Defining and documenting the overall solution architecture
  • Working together with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and requirements
  • Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and platforms for the solution
  • Developing and maintaining architectural standards and best practices
  • Ensuring that the solution meets performance, scalability, and security requirements
  • Providing technical guidance and support to development teams
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues related to the solution
  • Participating in the continuous improvement of the solution and its components
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager

Qualifications

General requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • At least upper intermediate level of English and the ability to present to client’s technical leaders and executive team as well as participating online conferences in English
  • Likely having 5+ years of experience depending on how fast of your learning and developing technical capability
  • Strong knowledge of various technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, XP, Kanban)
  • Able to obtain deep knowledge of the project’s technologies
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance
  • Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies

Technical requirements:

  • Solid knowledge and experience as enterprise software architect with the ability to be hands-on as a developer, a technical lead or architect
  • Experience with JAVA and application server architectures
  • Strong experience with web-based technologies: Spring (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data, Spring Boot) and ORM (JPA, Hibernate)
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
  • Experience with database design and SQL (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
  • Good experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks: JUnit, mock
  • Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and front-end frameworks (e.g., ReactJS, Angular, VueJS, KnockoutJS)
  • Experience in microservices and cloud environment (Azure/AWS/GCP).
  • Performs effectively & independently in software implementation activities (designing, coding, verification, unit testing, integration testing, and debugging…)
  • Competent in software development processes and agile development practices
  • Has basic & discrete knowledge of software requirements and software testing

L’occasion :

Se rapportant au chef de groupe, Développement des Applications, le programmeur analyste concevra, écrira et assurera la maintenance des processus liés à différentes applications utilisant différents langages de programmation ; il développera l'expertise informatique et commerciale spécifique nécessaire pour fournir des solutions informatisées et la maintenance aux domaines de projets/systèmes assignés. Vos tâches et responsabilités :

  • Coder, maintenir, tester et déboguer tous les programmes pour les sous-systèmes concernés.

Qualifications

Exigences :

  • Diplôme universitaire/collégial en informatique (équivalent)
  • 5 ans d'expérience en développement (requis)
  • Expérience avec une plateforme d'intégration/ETL (Informatica ou autre)
  • Expérience avec les bases de données Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL
  • Expérience avec de l'intégration via FTP/API
  • Expérience avec Informatica PowerCenter ou Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC/IICS) est un atout
  • Expérience avec Snowflake est un atout
  • Capacités supérieures d'analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Bilingue (Français/Anglais écrit et verbal)
