Meet the Team:

The Enterprise Project Portfolio Manager will establish and support the lifecycle of an enterprise project portfolio, leading program-level reviews, identifying areas for improvement, reporting analyses that provide a wholistic view of progress and gaps to senior leadership. The portfolio manager should not only be comfortable talking with high-level business leaders about individual programs / projects, but also identify opportunities to invest in programs and projects that will contribute significantly to the company’s roadmap. The portfolio manager will establish and lead a community of practice and serve as a mentor to program and project team members throughout the organization.

What you'll do:

  • Project Portfolio Management:
    • Develop and implement an enterprise project portfolio management framework and associated change approval process that aligns with the company's strategic goals and objectives, including the successful commercialization of new products.
    • Develop and manage program and project budgets in partnership with program managers, and track performance against those budgets.
    • Develop and manage program and project quality measures to ensure deliverables fulfill identified and prioritized business objectives. 
    • Identify and mitigate risks to projects and programs, including risks to the commercialization of new products.
    • Communicate progress and performance to senior management and stakeholders, including information on the commercialization of new products.
    • Utilize corporate change management strategies to support success of programs and projects within the portfolio.
  • Strategic Initiative Identification:
    • Prioritize and recommend programs and projects for investment to the company’s senior leadership, based on their strategic value and alignment with the company's risk appetite, including their potential to impact the commercialization of new products.
    • Analyze key performance indicators to provide relevant, timely and meaningful insights to the business and key stakeholders on the portfolio and its impacts to the corporate plan / roadmap.
    • May help establish strategic plans and objectives for the organization.
  • Coach Program and Project Leaders:
    • Develop, implement, and continuously improve best practices, tools and templates for program and project management across the enterprise.
    • Lead a community of practice for and mentor a matrixed team of program managers.
    • Ensure leadership for, advise, and contribute insights to a community of practice for project managers throughout the enterprise.

What you’ll need to Succeed:

  • Demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience.
  • Demonstrates competences and technical proficiencies typically acquired through 10+ years of experience in enterprise portfolio management, with a proven track record of success, including experience in commercializing new products.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management methodologies and best practices, with a focus on commercializing new products.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and a proactive nature, has a positive can-do attitude, be result and data-driven, and work comfortably in a group/collaborative setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and motivate matrixed / cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams, including collaborating, aligning with, and leading across teams that report to other functions.
  • Proven ability to establish and implement strategies and manage complex cross-functional projects.
  • Proficiency with enterprise, program, and/or project planning software.

The Project Manager will manage project activities and deliverables in our current programmatic areas: 1) forest climate adaptation and ecosystem resiliency, 2) forest stewardship workforce development, and 3) woodland owner outreach. This position will initially focus on two key projects and contribute to other regional efforts. The Project Manager will work closely with our Maine-based Northeast team and collaborate with Guild staff in other regions of the country.  

The successful individual will: 

  • Manage project workflows and collaborate with teams using software such as Asana, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams. 

  • Track project budgets, match, metrics, and deliverables. 

  • Perform grant writing, administration, and reporting to a variety of different funders, including private foundations and government grants. 

  • Maintain relationships with diverse partner organizations, agencies, and contractors across multiple states. 

  • Represent the Guild at professional conferences or events (virtually and in person), sharing information about our work through presentations, panel discussions, and workshops. 

  • Develop and facilitate outreach activities for private landowners and natural resource professionals. 

  • Engage Forest Stewards Guild members through a variety of activities. 

  • Be willing to travel from Maine through Virginia to oversee projects. 

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge and professional experience in northeastern forest ecosystems and communities 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in forest ecology, forestry, or other natural resources 

  • Strong project management, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills 

  • The drive to strengthen and expand forest stewardship in the Northeast

About this role:

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated EHR Integration Project Manager. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead the implementations of iRhythm’s EHR Integration service with health systems across the country. You will be our go-to person for our customers as you lead them through our implementations and ultimately to go-live, while setting them up for a successful long-term experience with our integration service. Managing these projects successfully will take a mix of people skills, project management, and technical expertise in configuring integrations.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Interact with clients to understand integration need; works with the sales team to evaluate the account fit and readiness
  • Analyzes and documents customer requirements and business workflow for integration implementations
  • Responsible for project management of implementations of iRhythm’s EHR interface engine with customers
  • Work and communicate independently with the client’s implementation team on regular basis
  • Oversees testing and validation of implemented interfaces based on customer requirements

  • Align with customer on action plan that achieves success metrics and goals of the EHR integration and accelerates adoption of Zio throughout account.
  • Post implementation transition of accounts to the Customer Care organization for ongoing support

About you:

You are an analytical, detail-oriented individual with the ability and desire to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.   • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • At least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s
  • Significant knowledge of, and experience configuring, HL7 integration engine solutions (Mirth preferred, others are ok!). Experience with FHIR is a plus.
  • Significant knowledge of HL7 and experience coding messages (i.e. ORM, ORU).
  • Experience with scripting (we use JavaScript, we’re looking for experience with any language) with regular expressions.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office and associated tools for project management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven success in working with health systems or providers in a strategic and consultative capacity, ideally including workflow consultation with customers and prospects.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and health economics is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field.
